Jean Carlo: First time I decided to be a part and celebrate Halloween, in this case for the company, I was in charge of buying the deco for the office. The girl who helped me and gave me a super personalized treatment (I don't remember her name), told me that she was a sales director in Barcelona and was helping out in the store because they were super busy days and that seemed like a super attitude to me, leading by example. The company's Halloween party has been a success and my car trip with these passengers has been unique with the reaction of people in traffic!

Marilyn Sieff: It looks small from the outside but this store is amazingly well stocked and has a cool range of stuff that I’ve never found elsewhere. My kids love it. I particularly recommend if you need something for a Jewish holiday or simcha.

Ana M: On Monday my mother bought me a birthday surprise in this store, when I got home, one of the balloons was deflated, while the other was perfect. Through Instagram they told us to go through the store to fix it, but the next day when we arrived, we received the worst attention that we have ever received in any other establishment in Madrid. We were immediately accused of having damaged it, when the balloon had not lasted even an hour, the person in charge teaching my mother how to transport it and accusing her at all times that it had been our fault and not that the balloon had come with a flaw. Finally, after a while of mistreatment, we have been given a new balloon, but with an attitude as if it had been given to us and NO! They have been paid for and it turns out that one of them came defective and must be assumed by the store, not the customer who bought them. I requested a claim form that they did not give me and there they did apologize. In the end I took the balloon home, but with a horrible discomfort from having received such mistreatment on my birthday, for a balloon that came in bad condition and that I had bought with enthusiasm. On previous occasions I had bought there, but with what happened, I never set foot in that place again. Terrible customer service. If I could give them less than one star I would!

Angela Stewart: This location has two stories and so much stuff. I don't know to describe Tiger to someone who hasn't been. It's more than a home good store. They have a huge station and toy section and all sorts of little tidbits you didn't know you needed. Note books, glasses, sponges and elastic workout bands are just some of the things I've bought from them. Prices are good, quality's usually pretty good, and there stuff is always really cute. Go!

MexiLand: Cool stuff with very good prices. I love this shop so much even when some of the stuff they sell are useless but you can also find cool thing for school or even for home. Love it!

Carlos Alberto Martin San José: Terrible after-sales service. I have bought 2 children's masks, the same size (6 to 9 years). When I receive them at home, they have a 1 cm difference in both length and height, which in a child's mask is quite noticeable since the small one is not suitable for my daughter. After contacting them, their response is that it is what it is, that they are handmade and the sizes vary (I understand that they are not exactly the same, but another thing is that it is a different size, as you can see in the photo), that the sizing is correct and since they are hygiene products, they cannot be exchanged or returned; that is, you eat them even if they are poorly carved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE. But by removing the seal, returns are no longer allowed, as it is a hygiene product and more so with the state of alarm that we are experiencing due to covid19. These masks come with a transparent window so you can check their status. To check its dimensions it is not necessary to remove the seal as it can be checked with the naked eye.
