Mad Brewing: what do users think?

Wade Begrow: I had such a great experience at Mad Brewing. The beer and food are very good. It's some of the best craft beer I've had in Spain. The brisket is a massive portion. It was very good, but I couldn't finish it on my own. I tried my best. I had a very nice tour of the production facility as well. The staff is very attentive and informed about the different beers they offer. They also sell cans and bottles of other craft beers from the region. I can't recommend it enough. It is located down an alley, and it may be hard to find. The coordinates are correct - just follow the alley until you see the sign. They also have a comedy club upstairs that overlooks the brewery and cellar. How cool! I can't wait to come back next time I am in Madrid.
Response: Thank U, Wade! Was a really pleasure to drink some of our beers with you! Please come back soon!

Sietse verhoog: Great tour by Daniel the master brewer. The beers are tasty and exclusive. The meat.. no words for the brisket. Just amazing.
Response: Thanks a lot, Sietse!

王俊翔: They literally have a nice brewing skills!!! Their home brew is soooooo delicious. The place is at the end of the alley, so don’t be afraid, just walk til the end!
Response: Thank you for walk til the end!

Sophie van Goethem: Fantastic place!! Really good beers, locally brewed as well as other options. Also the food was amazing, I had the German sausages and I really had the feeling of being in Germany for a while. 😁😁😁 the beer desert was fantastic!!
Response: Thank you so much!

Kathleen Peralta: Sp happy to find an excellent Brewpub in Madrid! Really quality Imperial IPA ! Food is amazing as well. Worth a trip !
Response: Thanks for these great night enjoing our beers!

João Marcelo D.: An amazing experience!! I had the opportunity to take a tour of the factory with a beer degustation, which was incredible to be able to discover the world of craft beers with Daniel (master brewer of the house). To eat, I ordered a philly cheesesteak, delicious!!! And the staff couldn't be kinder! STRONG RECOMMENDATION!
Response: Thanks a lot, Joao!

Tomas Perlik: I have visited Spain a lot but this is first place where I had really tasty beer. (I'm from 🇨🇿 Czech republic)
Response: wow! <3

Artur Kukuła: Beers are not exceptional, but food is very teasty
Response: Thanks, Artur!

Darren Smith: Super inconsistent place. Bartenders are almost rude digamos “borde”. I have tried so many times with this place but even with the change of ownership the staff are unfriendly and the it’s a dead atmosphere. Don’t bother.
Response: We're very sorry about what happened with the staff. We'll take action on it.

César López Macías: Good to have some beers and eat something. But the star is the beer, different flavours. Recommended.
Response: Thank you so much Cesar!!

Beerhouse | Craftbeer Bar: what do users think?

darren phelps: Another really good craft beer house in Madrid, great selection of ales including gluten free.
Response: Thank you!!

Luke S: Nice range of craft beer. I had 2 and they were nice but have to day they were not cold enough! Need to lower the temp of those kegs :)
Response: Thank you!

Bengt-Göran Johansson: A good place for beer. Nice bar and people with knowledge and good hospitality.
Response: Thank you very much!

Robert Kydd-Robinson: Decent craft beer selection, however most of the beers have a high percentage of alcohol! I recommend getting a small portion and trying as many as you can. Free snacks that you can bring to your table and their info board was integrated with the Untappd beer app.
Response: Thank you! Cheers!

Josh Green: Great staff and excellent beer list. Nice outdoor seating too.
Response: Thank you very much!

Otto Abreu: Nice craft beer bar, not cheap not expensive, with a good selection of beers. Highlights on draft: la chouffe and pilsner urquiel
Response: Thanks for your review Otto! Hope to see you another time :)

S H: Very nice little Beerhouse, worth a visitService: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Response: Thank you!!

Simon Hayes: Huge selection, yet every beer we had was of great quality. Staff were really friendly. Humorous sportsbar-meets-craft-connoisseur clash but the resulting vibe is fun and very unpretentious. Understandably, it gets busy quickly!
Response: Thank you very much!!

Camila Soler: Cozy little bar with a decoration that reminds me of Irish pubs. The guys behind the bar speak English and were the friendliest! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who's around Bilbao looking for a beer in a quiet place.
Response: Thank you Camila!

Caleb Smith: Excellent beer with a light crowd. My wife and I went out with some friends on Father's day and found that most venues were closed but this place was open. I tried their choconut beer and absolutely fell in love. I've tried very few dessert beers in my time and this was hands down the best I've ever had. I'd absolutely come again.
Response: Thank you very much!

La Osita | Craft Beer | Oso Brew Co: what do users think?

Jochem van de Laar: Cozy pub, good music and a great selection of good beers. Felt really welcome by Marc the barkeeper. He truly understands the concept of customer service. Planned to go there for 1 or 2 beers but ended up staying for the entire evening until pub was closed! Nice interaction with other guests as well. Highly recommended!

thekilteddrifters: La Osita is the taproom for Oso Brewing (Our favorite Madrid brewer). Definitely one of our favorite tavernas in Madrid, with a fantastic atmosphere with a good mix of locals and tourists. The beer is of exceptional quality and they always have a fantastic and well-considered selection available. Manager Mark is charismatic and has tremendous knowledge of his beers. Great tapa of Chorizo or Salchichón and sourdough is served alongside your drinks. They serve a limited menu of cheese or meat platters, and the quality of the product is top-notch. In addition, they also host food pop-up events from local restaurants and street food providers. If you are an artisan beer lover this is a must-visit.

Thomas B: My favourite beer place in Madrid. They have great pub quizs on Wednesdays and a constantly changing beer menu of their own brews and collaborations with other breweries. The cliënte is a little family or regulars that make up an international crowd that is very welcoming to people visiting Madrid for a trip or a while. A great place to learn about the qualities of good beer and to meet other people.

Jonathan Scheets: We came here for a few beers and had a fantastic experience. Many different styles on tap as well as others in cans. We had three different IPAs, all of which were delicious. Rare find in Madrid, so if you are craving a high quality craft beer, this is the place for you. The staff was attentive and super friendly, clients a good mix of locals and expats/tourists. Served with a nice plate of meats, cheese, and bread.

Jennifer Cozby: Awesome beer spot in a wine city! Louis, our bar tender, was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the beers! Get the NIPA (número uno in the pic) you won’t be disappointed!

Louis Goutorbe: Without a doubt the best craft beer bar in Madrid, the beers are amazing, they organize several events for example on Monday all the pints are at 5€ and Thursday is a beer club during which you can try amazing beer ranging from IPA to geuze, sours, imp. Stout… Jean Marc is such a nice guy, he really makes you feel like home, the customer experience is clearly the best I have ever had They also organize restaurant pop ups during the weekend where you can have amazing food. I really recommend this place if you are looking for good beer, good food and friendly people, I can’t wait to see you there :)

Clarinda Allen: Best craft beer bar in Madrid!! The beers are amazing, there’s something for everyone (even the poor gluten free folk)! But the real draw is the service, the current manager, Marc, is the absolute best. He’s kind and personable and the best reason to become a regular. Can’t recommend more!

Bianka Cramblit: A real top place, great selection of beer that changes regularly in a nice part of Madrid. The Osita brand stuff are usually the favorites but the visiting beers add some nice variety! It’s hard to find good craft beer in Madrid so it’s nice that one finally opened up in this area. Definitely stop by for a pint or two when you’re in the neighborhood.

Jovan Brdaroski: Cosy little craft beer bar with unique and constant evolving selection of beers, with staff very keen to help you find one you will like. They also do a great beer tasting session. It's a very fun way to spend a few hours, even if you don't like beer! lots of information about the craft beer process (both scientific and a bit more personal), with an outstanding variety of beers to try.

Kat B: Stayed at an airbnb nearby and stopped in. Staff was very welcoming and passionate about beer. So much so that we stopped in a few more times during our stay. Great beer too! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Beer Joint Madrid: what do users think?

Michael Doherty: This was the highlight of our trip. So good that we came back the next night. The beer options were great with some solid options on tap and plenty more cans/bottles. Most importantly though, this was probably the most fun we had talking with locals. They were so kind to us even with our limited Spanish. We talked about common beer interests and ended up hanging there for like 2 hours. One of the guys said he was doing a beer release of his own beer the next day so we came back to support. His beer also happened to be an excellent DIPA. We also had a smash burger which was an excellent addition to our beer drinking. I can’t say it enough, this is a great place to be if you like beer
Response: I really appreciate this review 'cause you guys were great! Thank you very much for the visit. Lovely to find like-minded people. This kind of things are the reason we do this. Thank you very much

trevor pullen: It was hard to find craft beer in Spain, the taste of home that we love. But Beer Joint had exactly what we were looking for. The smash burgers was a bonus. Highly recommend. The owner are super accommodating and friendly. We came back!
Response: Many thanks!!

yardtamer Bernards: The new hidden Gem of Madrid. Need a break from the tourist hustle, this is the chill spot. Great beers on tap and lots more in the refrigerator. If you drink beer you’ll find something to satisfy for sure🍺
Response: thanks!!

arun kumar: Very good place for tasting brewed beers and also they have wide varities of beer available around the world
Response: Thanks a lot!!

Linda Clemons: Great place off the beaten track, and the bartender spoke English.Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Response: Many thanks!

Cristina Grados: Great venue in Madrid to taste amazing beer. Located next to the rastro and the owners have exceptional knowledge about what they offer, tell them what you like and they’ll give you the best selection!

ezra robichaud: Went here the other night with friends I met at the central house hostel. I am from Vermont in the US were we have good craft beers. These guys had great beer and burger was awesome. Washed it down with more beer and chili fries that were top notch. Will be returning for sure 👍
Response: Thanks!!

Julián Colombo: Incredible craft beer and food!!Recommended dishes Chili Cheese Fries, Chili Fries, Sweet Fries …More
Response: Thank you very much Julián!

Paul J White: Ok for a quick beer, the food isn't up to much.

Kaitlin Owen: Great selection of beers, rotating taps, bartenders happy to chat with you to find one you'll really prefer!

Bee Beer Chueca | Craft Beer | Gipsy Brewery & Tastings: what do users think?

Xabier Granja: Nice place to grab a beer in the afternoon. Staff were nice, even though they seemed a bit bored - I can’t blame them really, we went at around 4pm where business was really slow (it was us 2 and another couple in total), I’m sure I’d pick up speed later in the evening. Although I wasn’t particularly in love with the beer I ordered, I could appreciate that it was good quality, just not a perfect match for me. They kindly gave us some peanuts to go with the beer, which is still done in some places in Madrid and it’s always appreciated. Overall, a nice place to stay for a bit and have a drink.
Response: Thanks Xabier, for your visit and for your 🌟🌟🌟🌟. We're glad that you appreciate our craft beer experience in Madrid. Yes, definitley 4pm in a work day at Madrid it´s rare to find crowded venues. Thanks again and hope to see you soon at Bee Beer Madrid.

Antoine Gamberini: I would recommend this place without any doubt and for sure bring a lot of friends. Why? A very welcoming and friendly staff, a great selection of fine beers as well as own produced draft (excellent ones), the quality of the tapas proposed, the nice atmosphere of the place... Fantastic bar!
Response: We jump for joy reading this message! Antoine: thanks a lot for appreciating our work and passion for what we do every day at Bee Beer. See you soon!

Christine Faith Gumalal: Love their craft beers. Friendly staffs and great location. They will help you select the beers for you if you order the bee flight. My personal fave is #10.
Response: Thanks for your visit and comments Christine! Bee Beer Team.

julieta hermosilla: Lovely cozy place with crafted beer 🍻 7 options from the tap and a lot of bottle that you can directly choose from a fridge. Great side food the best is the cheese plater and the bravas!
Response: Thanks Julieta! It´s a pleasure to share craft beer, tasty food & music with good vibe people like you. Hope to see you soon!

Eemeli Alanne: Place to be for enjoying good beers or buying yourself a few bottles. Try out the Beer flight to get a taste of their different beers. Good customer service also in English! If you are in Madrid and looking for quality beers, visit this place.
Response: Thanks a lot for your visit Eemeli! It´s nice to read messages that appreciate our work and passion for craft beers. Hope to see you soon in Madrid, and at Bee Beer =)!

andrea h: Very nice and cute craft beer place! It is smaller, just a few tables but also bar sitting. The service was very nice, good music and beers were really tasty. 5 options on the tap and many more in the fridge ;) Recommended! Cheers!
Response: Hi Andrea! Thanks for your message! It´s always a pleasure to share our beers and music with good vibe people like you. See you soon!

Longevity Pantry: Lovely spot. Craft beer paradise. Jose behind the bar is a gem. Good music. Good vibes. Tried cheese selection too and was very good. Highly recommended.
Response: Thanks for your comment! Glad to know that you liked our Crafts Beer & athmosphere. Hope to see you soon here or at Bee Beer Debod!

Steinar Johansen: Really good craft beers on tap. Make sure to try the bars own brews. The bee flight taster tray is a really good deal. Also has good food options.
Response: Thank you very much for your visit and for your 5🌟! Glad to know that you appreciate our own recipes and our craft beer selection. See you soon and enjoy Beer Beer!

Samuel Pigeon: Terrible customer service, asked the employees for some recommendations of bottled beers to buy, we bought about 10 bottles and cans. my friends and I had tried 4-5, we then had 4-6 left. The ones we tried we didnt like at all. We returned to the bar to try and return them to get our money back or at least exchange it for something else in the store and the 3 employees all refused. May 01 2022 at aprx 22:11. The employees were all arguing refusing any type of help and said we bought it and now we have to deal with it. Terrible customer service and terrible beer suggestions
Response: Thanks for your message Samuel. We will take note of the specific case.

shane lee: Great beers. Friendly service. I really enjoyed my time here. Imperial IPA was the standout for me.
Response: Hi Shane! Thanks a lot for your 5🌟. Our Imperial IPA (Coronel Mostaza) is one of our favorites to, we´re glad that you like it. See you soon at Bee Beer!

Taproom Madrid: what do users think?

Adrien C: Good pub like bar in Chamberí. Large selection of draft beers/IPA (around 40 different ones). It's has great screens to show the football games. I'll go back and will recommend it.Food: 3/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Eamonn Devine: One of the best stocked bars I've found in Madrid. A good spot for people who want try Spanish craft beer, or who want some foreign craft or quality beers.

Tony Anetts: Popped in while visiting Madrid on holiday. We are craft beer lovers who visit craft bars all over the world and this place has a truly excellent tap list - as good as it gets really outside the US (and I'm not American). 40 taps pouring a broad variety of styles. The staff were nice but not exceptional. The tasting teays are a decent size and great value at 10 €. There is a burrito place next door where you can buy food and bring it into the bar to eat. Overall a good venue with a stunning tap list.

Garrett Dietrich: This is by far my favorite bar in Madrid. As a student who is studying abroad, the staff has helped me improve upon my Spanish and have been incredibly friendly and personable. The beers and ciders are phenomenal and every time I go I have more and more fun. The atmosphere is incredible and it is such a nice place to have a chill/relaxing night with some friends!

Svenja Geißler: 40 different beers ... But for every single one you need to go to the bar. No table service and thus a considerable queue at the bar. Very few chairs. Most of the place is bar-style.Service: 3/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5 …More

Julio: I went to try the seasonal pumpkin ale, it was good. Cozy place with a good variety of draft beers, supposedly they change rotate the beers they have so that's a good incentive to keep going back!

Cameron Hempton: Great bar with plenty of taps for anyone looking for any type of beer. Great place to spend a casual night, or for tourists to try Spanish craft beers. Also surrounded by great restaurants to grab some food to pair.

Bengt-Göran Johansson: A Taproom that have a huge selection of beers on Tap (40). They also have the option to get a flight for 10 euro to sample 4 different beers from the list

Joris Stinkens: Nice selection of beers on tap. Prices are fair for the beers.Nice location of the bar. Friendly staff.Good vibe inside the bar.

Abhijeet Borkar: Awesome place to meet up with friends and grab a drink. The bartenders were very friendly!
Response: Thanks Abhijeet!!!

Jordi Mulders: I had such a great time here. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, handing me samples of a few beers to find out what I liked. Beers were delicious and unique. Definitely go here on your beer tour.

shubhra bhatt: 🤤🤤 I am drooling just by remembering the delicious taste of the food and the beer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for hanging out with friends. Strongly recommended.

Steinar Johansen: Excellent beer pub. Good selection of craft beers. Tried both a porter and an ipa that were really good. Food also seems of high quality. Home made fries and a really good burger. Highly recommended.

Brandon Ferguson: Everything about this place is class. The food is very tasty and made from good quality ingredients. The beer selection is carefully curated and as local as craft beer can be in Spain. The atmosphere is laid back and the booths at the back are comfy for small groups. But what stands out the most is the consistency and the genuinely friendly service. A son and father run the place and everyone who works here feels like part of the family. It’s not a Madrid experience by any means but it’s full of people from Madrid who want a guaranteed great meal, great time, great beers. Can’t recommend The Stuyck enough!

Katri Niemi: Very tasty cheese burger and pulled pork burger. Good selection of craft tap beers. Would recommend, would go again.

Ciaran M.: Had an awesome time here! The service was great, the food and drinks were amazing, and the bathrooms have funny doors as well! Highly recommend coming here!

Christina Iva: Such a beautiful place with great food and good beer! Highly recommend to try mussels they were just so delicious 😳☺️

Dania: We ordered 4 different types of beer to try out. It was a nice experience and the food portion is generous.

Paul McGuinness: Great beer selection and cool place in Malasaña. We were the first people to enter the bar when they were opening and the manager was very grumpy. Maybe he had a tough night the day before so will still give you guys 5 stars ⭐️ as the beers were top.

Chad OConnor: I am never disappointed in their beer selection. The bar staff are also very cordial. I haven't eaten there in years so cannot vouch for the food

Chuck Payne: If you love craft beer and you are in Madrid you really need to check this place out. Amazing selection of beers, friendly staff. Add it to your must do list when you visit Madrid.

Michael Doherty: I thought it was nice and clean but the selection for cold beer was just ok. It looked like a great place to pick up beer to take him if I was a local. We actually got the wrong beer as well which was a bummer. Probably wouldn’t go back unless it was super convenient
Response: Thanks for the visit Michael. We're sorry you didn't get the beer you drank right and encourage you to try more from our extensive catalog. Cheers and good beer

Jonas Holmdahl: Great beers and fantastic service. The selection is great new world beers and classic Belgian beers. Good for a a drink or three :-)

Joan Bosco: What a great place! I stumbled upon this store while walking around Madrid and went in to inquire about a particular Basqueland beer that I was looking for. Nacho was super helpful and told me about similar beers that I may like, and even let me try some from the tap. I bought a can and enjoyed it there at the bar. Great conversation, super helpful staff, chill atmosphere, and I learned a lot about beer as well! Definitely check them out especially if you are interested in trying a new type of beer or are looking for something particular - they had a huge selection of both canned/bottled and draft beers.
Response: Thanks for the visit Joan. Glad to help you. Here we will always have good beer and good conversation. Cheers

Sebastián Fresnadillo Ayuso: One of the most authentic and genuine craft beer bars in Madrid. Selection is based on price and good quality. The attendance is superior.

Rick Culleton: One of the few places I could find a Est Coast IPA in Madrid. That is worth 5 stars any day.

Aonarchs: Excellent experience. Good menu, beer choice lovely though a bit expensive (nonetheless justified). Bit loud sometimes but that can't be controlled, good atmosphere. Service sometimes slow but nonetheless recommendable any time.

BREW WILD PIZZA BAR: what do users think?

Jay D. Rhone: The atmosphere gave us San Diego brewery vibes. The service was great and fast. The beer is amazing. I had the Queens lager, and it was thirst quenching. There is a great variety of pizza and other bar type foods. If you're trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of Madrid. If you do not want to get dressed fancy and go to a nice restaurant. If you want to just have a nice cold beer, some pizza, and do it all in a chill environment... this is the spot for. Enjoy!

Rojand Noroozi: Literally one the best Pizza I ever had all over the world. Try the Autumn Leaves which is great. It was so good that forced us to have two nights in the raw dinner at the same place. Great choices of beers, just missing some Australian crafted beers😉. Friendly staff. Great vibe. Don’t miss it.

Michael Doherty: Stopped in for lunch right after getting into town. Since we are American we were of course the only people having lunch at 1pm 😂 The bartender was nice and helps us to order a pizza and some beers. I was pretty surprised at how good our IPAs were and the stout was genuinely a Top25 I’ve ever had. The pizza was tasty and a really good size. We split one, and I’m not normally someone who splits. We definitely would go back

Dr. Adham AboulFotouh: Forget the name and go! Why? Because they have the greatest crafted beer near Plaza Santa Ana.. and you don't have to eat pizza 😅 This plaza is known for staying late, nice tapas and great crafted beer. It's a must see in Madrid. This place gives details about the craft beer on a chart behind the taps. Not spacious though, but you have to try it solo or with a friend.

Emrah Seckin: Woowwww, great tasty and incredible pizze. They don't have a wood fire oven but they do pretty good. They have a great selection of draft beers as well. Try barrel works cognac beer, about 14% which very well balanced and tasty beer. Highly recommended

Ladan Masoumi: One of thw best pizza I have ever had anywhere in the world. I am vegetarian and had the Autumn Leave (mozzarella, crema de gorgonzola, truffle negra, boletus nueces for 14.80 €. It was an absolute delicious, and we gone back the night after :) very friendly staff, even they are not all great in English, cozy atmosphere, just loved it and wish we had a similar pizza in down under ;)

Sydney Grunwald: One of the best pizzas we’ve had in Madrid! Really cool place with 15 craft beers on draft and tons of creative pizza options. We got Mr.Mars and the volcano and loved both! Definitely will be coming back here and bringing friends!

Lee Kirkman: Superb selection of craft beer, 14 on tap plus a selection of cans/bottles in the chiller. The pizzas are also top drawer and huge so don't over order. The music was the cherry on the cake.

Siranna Angel: Nice selection of craft draft beers, plus cans. The prices tho, are a bit expensive. I paid 6.50 EU for a pint of IPA. The pizza was outstanding! We'll go back for both.

Michael Rea: Great beer selection, paticularly if you're missing the stateside beer scene. Solid IPAs on tap. Friendly, helpful staff. Cool upstairs and basement. Great pizza!

rljmaster 10: The biggest selection of belgian beers of madrid fo shure, and a lot more from other countries. The sausage mix is a must if you want to feel a little bit more germanic. Great place to try new tasty beers.
Response: thanks for the review

Michael H M: Very good bar with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. They have a huge stock of beers from around the world. Their only downfall is that there is no toilet seat in the gentleman's toilet.... Strange Otherwise 5 stars
Response: thanks for the review

Jovica Markovic: Great choice of beer's, especially Belgian. Food accompanied delicious. Service ''muy bien''. Overall great experience.
Response: thanks for the review

luis ofray: Good, good beer...very classy place...not a big fan of their potato chips....but if you ask me ...you get better service...better free tapas with same style beer at L'£urope across the steet that's where you want to take your special someone
Response: thanks for the review

Jonathan Anderson: One of the best bars for beer I've been to in Madrid huge selection and good prices!
Response: thanks for the review

Germán Barba: Good beer from Be and GER. Bit pricey and food ain't great. But you have beer, so what you complaining about?
Response: thanks for the review

Chris Tonge: Great selection of Belgian beers, one of the best in Madrid. The only downside are the prices, but it's still little bit cheaper than the competition. Really friendly staff. Well worth a visit. Take away option as well!
Response: thanks for the review

Kalor Mojado: I've been searching for a place like this for a while in Madrid. All kinds of delicious beers! If you are tired of the local mahou beer and need a good artisanal beer in your life, Belgian, German, Dutch, this place will probably have it! They have some of my favorites for sure! It's a small place but it's cozy and decorated with old beer bottles, they have a cool display case of beer mugs that I would love to have at home someday.
Response: Thank you very much. Thank you

Ashling Moran: This is my favourite beer house in this area where there are quiet a few. Excellent selection of beers, on draft and bottled. Good prices and service. Atmosphere is good and they give pinchos also, they have a small food menu too although i haven't tried it....yet.
Response: Thank

Tracy Scott: Great beer selection, terrible staff. Came over and gave us the menu, when she came back the beer we wanted wasn't available on draught. You couldn't just have told us that at the start? Second round, another draught beer not available!!! Come on, it's not hard to get your customers, here are the draught beers, minus the ones that are finished. Also, when you order a bottle, they don't give you it with your glass. I wanna read the label, all other good beer bars give you the bottle - poor

Fogg Bar Birras & Cheese: what do users think?

Reinaldo Elias: Great options for beer, both on the tap and on the fridge, really nice staff, and an amazing sandwich. At first glance I found it strange that they didn't have tables, but it wasn't a problem at all, the chairs were enough to keep me there for two hours. I saved the place to go back whenever I'm nearby.

T. M: Loved this bar. Staff were so friendly, particularly Fernando who also gave us tips on where to go afterwards. We tried some great beers & their cheese board was very good.

Alessandro Virtuoso: Might be because I was there early and it was empty, but it was a bit underwhelming. Pros: the cheeses are indeed amazing. Cons: the beer list was a bit weird, had an okay-ish saison. The staff is a bit... shy? Or I was intimidating. I don't know, they hardly looked at me. Worth a quick visit.

Sie-Hang Cheung: Lots of craft beers and food here is also great! The service is not the best, but not too bad. The cheeses are just amazing, definitely take the cheese platter!

Troels Jensen: I was here before corona. It's still here, still the same. Tapas and food is nice, beer is excellent. Good atmosphere, bartenders are very helpful.

Mircea-Bogdan Tănăsescu: With an exclusive Spanish craft beers on tap and a gorgeous list of cheese and ham tapas this is one of the Heaven place on Earth. Looks also like a family business, since Pablo is training his son as a Publican :) And there's a special tapas for every kind of beer you will have it 😊

Jason Gilmore: Love this place. Great selection of Spanish beers and they give you a little snack with each beer you purchase. They also have a nice meat and cheese spread.

Benoni Rivera: It's nice and cozy but didn't have all of the beers available from their menu so it was kind of a bummer, anyway decoration is flawless and attention is very good too.

Nacho Fernández: Excellent bar that sort of brings together a more traditional Spanish bar type, with a very modern, hipster brewery. Local craft beers with several types of cold meats and cheese platters.

Bill Tinley: Great selection of beers, the Sociale in particular. Friendly staff. Nice space. The mix of embutidos and cheeses was excellent, if perhaps too much for two people.

Bee Beer Debod. Craft Beer, Snacks & Pizza: what do users think?

Jaishree Garg: Fantastic beer! Great variety of tap and craft beer. Tried the Don peranon (home brew- really Interesting beer), Dr raptor oak aged IPA, Vitus, and a can of the Salty kiss craft beer- loved all of them. The owner is really friendly, loved our conversation and the beers at this place. Recommend you head here for a nice pint of beer on a sunny Madrid evening!
Response: Thanks a lot for your message and 5🌟! Nice to know that you appreciate our experience. See you soon and enjoy Bee Beer!

Derek Leonard: Very good beers....had a Orange/Basil/Honey ale that was great and an Imperial Sour that was even better (tasted like a wine barrel aged beer). Very chill atmosphere and friendly staff.
Response: Thanks a lot for your message Derek! That beer is Agente 99, one of our favorites too =). See you soon!

Stefan Landstorfer: I never had compareable delicious Chicken wings or stripes of Pork in my whole Life. I am 51. Don‘t miss it!!!

Response: Hello Aaron, Thanks for leaving a review! We're so glad you enjoyed our Craft Beer bar, and mentioning our staff, we do our very best for the hoppiest experience!

Jackie Hammerton: We had a phenomenal time here at Bee Beers. I gifted the “Beer Meets Cheese” experience for my in-laws and we enjoyed artesanal beers and cheeses with a beer expert. They were so polite, accommodating and the beer was both delicious and intriguing! We will definitely return for a repeat experience, or just some beers for a casual afternoon! Come and enjoy!!
Response: Thanks Jacquelyn, it was a pleasure meeting you, and has been a splendid afternoon for us too. See you soon!

Jesus Tarifa: The hours are not accurate for Sundays. Showed up at 13:00 and was told they were closed. I showed the person working there that their hours on Google were inaccurate and the man was very rude and dismissive. I would not give my money to these jerks based on their horrible attitude.
Response: The truth is that our team does not deserve clients with this type of bad treatment or vocabulary. Don't worry about coming back. We reserve the right of admission.

Kitti Nagy: This is a super cool place with an amazing stuff! We drank a few beers and ate the vegan pizza which was very delicious! They paid attention to every little detail, I love places like this! ;)

Starbeers: what do users think?

Meghan McArdle: Super friendly bartender. Not crowded at all when we arrived (10:00ish at night on a Thursday). We showed up on the right day, ad Thursdays are apparently 4€ pints and a discount on fridge beers. We love IPAs among other types, so we enjoyed the variety of beer options here.
Response: Thanks for your visit Meghan! And we still have the offer on Thursday :)

Charalampos Petrou: It is nice it has a big variety of products and the prices are ok, it is not cheap it is no expensive. The food was very nice and quality. Be careful that if you order a pint it is not going to be a British one but a smaller. In general it is a nice quality place to eat, watch football, play darts and in general have a good time

Tina S: Great tapas, we took chicken and beef ones. Prices are quite nice and affordable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing the could be a bit better is the speed of putting the order out.

Jacob Dobie (whipper32): Great place, great service, awesome pint !5/5

Chinaski Lavapiés: what do users think?

Anthony Izquierdo: I went here with my girlfriend after dinner one night while we were in Madrid. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this brewery was. It was hip with a bar lounge feel. The bartenders were very knowledgeable and hospitable. The beer was delicious as well.

CParsons107: Searched for craft beer bars and came upon this place. Stopped in and was psyched on the tap list they had. Tried two flights and then opened a bottle of fonteinen kriek with some great cheese sampling they recommended. Bartenders were very friendly and helpful, AC was kicking and all the beers were tasty. Definitely enjoyed it

Mark Venning: The Chinaski (named after the alter ego of legendary literary barfly C. Bukowski) is the place to sample a wide variety of craft beer in Lavapies (up to 18 taps!). Impressive bespoke artwork on the walls by Mauro Entralgo and others. You may be confused because the place has a big sign saying "Colonia de San Lorenzo" (quite possibly an aftershave popular with the clergy in days gone by) but don't worry, the neon sign in the window should show you you're in the right place. International craft brewers from all over the world - Norway, Canada, Italy, UK etc - hold special events and tastings now and then. Never had problems with the staff experienced by other posters but the place does tend to get rammed in the evenings especially at weekends. Early or late afternoon is a good time to go when you can actually hear the excellent music selection, usually the pick of UK, US and Spanish alternative guitar music from the 50s to the 90s. Prices may appear steep when compared to the cheapness of mass produced lagers on sale in typical Spanish bars but this is the norm for craft on tap in Madrid I'm afraid. If you're lucky you'll get a full Imperial British pint glass of your chosen brew, unlike the smaller US pints served in some Madrid craft establishments. Otherwise you get a sizeable snifter or a cheaper half. Tasters are also available in fours or eights (if I recall). You can also check the tap and bottle list on Untappd as it's a registered venue. Cheers, Chinaski!

Mircea-Bogdan Tănăsescu: Probably the best place for craft beer in Madrid. 16 beers on tap, mixing Spanish and non-Spanush beer, very careful with their DOC. Let me explain: each beer was not from Spain but from Madrid, Catalonia, Navarro. Thumbs up for Dieu du Ciel and Siren! Tapas nice and some surprises may occur too 😊
Response: Thanks for your comments. We are very glad to have in our bar foreigner visitants. hope to see you again ¡salud!

Jacob Nechrebecki: This is a stellar find in a local neighborhood that appears up and coming. The beer selection is spectacular. They do flights as they have numerous taps. They cover local, Europe and even international rarities. The service was outstanding as well.
Response: Thanks Jacob! was a pleasure serving you, ¡salud!

Bella Lalinda: The fine place for drinking in Lavapiés, only 5 mins walk from the metro. The cozy place with the simple nice weed table and load of beers from different countries. I love the vibe and the beer and we had a lot of fun... sitting, drink, chitchat and chill!
Response: ¡thanks!! is a pleasure serve you

Joris Stinkens: Nice selection of craft beer. Spanish and foreign beers on tap.Special interior with really helpful and nice bartenders.A must visit for craft beer lovers.

thekilteddrifters: In comparison to other Beer places in the vicinity, Bar Chinaski is overpriced and lacks atmosphere. The service on our visit was anything but friendly, in fact, it felt like we were a nuisance, disturbing the barman from eating his Pizza! The tapa along with the beer was minuscule and poor considering the price of the drinks. The windows are covered with some sort of film which gives the impression that the windows need a good clean! Not a Taverna we can recommend or would return.
Response: Thanks, we will take into account your comments.

Gustavo Melo: There's a wild range of beers, really, but their sin is not to have some many Spanish beers; they only had 1 on tap,. The staff is friendly, is well located and the prices are good.

Álvaro Aparicio González: Great beer selection and super knowledgeable staff!
Response: Thanks Álvaro! We are very proud of our staff, ¡salud!
