Jasmine Melrose: Sadly, I cannot say that I had a good experience at Pronovias Velázquez. We called in advance to ask if the appointment could be in English, and on the phone, they assured us that it was fine. Then when I arrived, the employee who could speak English told me she would be with me right away and then another employee came and began the appointment in Spanish, indicating that the other person was busy and I had to struggle with the very little Spanish I speak. A few days before the appointment I was sent an email asking which dresses I liked. Not only was there no reply back but she said that she didn't read it. On top of that, I came in with the same list of 15 dresses that I liked from the website, hoping to try at least one of them, and I was informed that they didn't have any. I was told that I couldn't walk around and look at the dresses and I was brought a few dresses that she thought I would like from a description I gave her. Then, after trying on three dresses that she brought me, I was asked which one I wanted to buy, and if I wasn't sure that I should "make up my mind quickly", I felt like there was pressure to buy and I had no intention to after my experience there.

Marcela Barnes Hernandez: The customer service at the store is great, all the girls take care of every detail but Sometimes you feel when you have your appointment for fitting day, they are in so much rush that you can’t have enough time to check everything or enjoy your time. The central customer service is the worst ever, lack of service, lack of attention to detail and overall response and empathy considering the pandemic was very poor. I spent a lot of money of my wedding dress which was extremely important to me and this should have been a better standard.

Michelle Geiger: Because I don't speak Spanish, the Rosa Clara team made an effort to give me an English speaking assistant. Lucia was very attentive to my needs and showed me dresses within my budget and according to the style I described. I was also allowed to browse dresses in the store. She even called me when I was abroad again to answer any further questions I had and accommodated to my every need. In the end I didn't go with a Rosa Clara dress, as I found another one better suited to me and my budget, but Rosa Clara dresses are absolutely gorgeous and the price includes all the tailoring and fitting. The dresses are also made for you from scratch, so you really get a custom made dress, which is more than what is offered from a lot of other wedding dress shops. I always wanted a Rosa Clara dress, and although I didn't take one in the end, the service in the store made it at least a possible option for me. Thank you!

María Dolores Ibáñez de Aldecoa Martínez: The price is high but the quality and the work of being made to measure is spectacular, as well as the attention of Larisa (my store adviser) and María who made changes against the clock. I live outside of Spain and I only had the opportunity to do the tests a week before the wedding, but everything was great. I had three tests from Monday to Friday and the changes were fast but correct. The dress fit me like a glove, which I was never sure would happen 100% for living abroad and going with time counted. María was very professional and patiently explained the changes she recommended and why, they were all perfect. I also have to point out that the fabric is incredible and in my case it made the dress fit naturally and perfectly and it was very, very comfortable.

Bea Belmonte: It was something magical and spectacular. A moment that I will never forget, much less Bea, my advisor. He wrote to me during the week prior to the appointment to get to know me, find out my tastes, types of dress that I liked, etc. He recommended me to see two dresses that a priori had nothing to do with me and I directly discarded them. I asked them to get me a dress from last season that was my favorite and that I would see myself in for D-day, and although they didn't have it and it was a bit difficult, Bea got it. Ani Anzola: I am an insecure person in decisions as important as a wedding dress, and I have had to come twice. Both Dio and Laura treated me with great affection. Lopez: It took me a long time to find something old, (I wish it had been earlier! ) It was the last store I visited having gone a thousand times before and when I had almost chosen a discarded dress. I had a feeling that I couldn't stop visiting something old before making any decisions. And what a success. Of course I didn't have to search anymore and I forgot everything I saw before. The store has wonderful clothes, some unique ones that are little treasures. Both Monica and Adela are great professionals and it shows that they know and love their work. I can't recommend visiting something old more to all brides who want something special, whatever their budget, everything there is of quality. It has been an experience that I will always remember fondly.

Also, for personal reasons we had to move the delivery of the dress two weeks forward, and it was no problem to have it ready beforehand. It was the only dress in which I didn't feel disguised, I felt myself, and it was thanks to them. For the price it was quite good.

Denisa Chelaru: Do not buy in this store you avoid stress I bought the dress in their store in Madrid in November…according to them a discount they gave me. Adriana Alier's dress. Marina Rozas: As a guest I went to Pronovias with more than a month in advance, in order to find a dress that I was looking for a wedding in Brasil, I payed it at the same moment but ended choosing a color as they called ¨champagn¨ that was in the catalogue not in the store. One week before the wedding the only date they could gave me for trying it, besides make me waiting for trying it they brought me a green dress, not the color I chose, once assuming the error they told me that my dress would get there a day after. Two days passed and after calling them several times they tell me that the dress never existed and that I had to choose other one that if I knew I would never choose for the occasion. So here I am one day before my trip without my dress waiting them to fit it an additional service that will cost me 60 euros. As profesional that deals with retail and customer experience I can tell that for brand international known my experience was a deception and I wont be back again.

toñi garzon: Unfortunate experience that I had. They sold me a party dress two sizes larger than mine. At all times they told me that with the arrangements it would be perfect. After six tests and passing through the hands of five seamstresses, the dress was left with defects and nothing to do with what I had seen. The conclusion he drew is that said dress was defective from the first moment and at no time was anything said to me. After paying a lot of money for it, the only solution the store offered me was not to charge me for repairs. I had to go due to lack of time and not being able to buy another one for the event with a dress full of defects. I do not recommend this establishment or this firm at all. The discomfort they made me feel on the day of the event was unforgivable.

Ana Ballester Sierra: The worst decision, make the bouquet with her. Following the references of a friend who made the dress and the bouquet with her, I decided to order my bouquet of preserved flowers from her. A week before my wedding, she tells me that she has to give me the bouquet because she was on vacation the week of my wedding. I met her one day before I had to go to my hometown for errands, to my surprise she didn't have the bouquet done, she did it quickly and running that same morning. The order and the photo are nothing alike, it gives off an air but it's horrendous and shabby, she tells me that my bouquet had a lot of paniculata and that's what she did, put stiff bouquets on it, leaving the bouquet skeletal. I asked him to send me step-by-step photos, he didn't, he only sent me when they were done. I asked him to add more white hydrangea, which he didn't do.
