Fran Aznar: The worst butcher shop in Madrid, THE VACUUM PACKAGING IS NOT REAL, IT LASTS 20 days. I have been taking hams there for more than 5 years, since they are in charge of cutting and vacuum packing. So far so good, about 3/4 years ago my family and I realized that after the first month air begins to enter the bags and it stops being packaged, so the ham begins to go bad. We went there to discuss it with a worker, he told us that the reason was storage, we had to put it in the fridge. We continue going to said butcher shop with more hams and storing the vacuum packs in the fridge as we had been told, air continues to enter and it continues to get bad. We went to claim, they gave us 4/5 envelopes (of someone else's ham, not their own). But, in the last purchase I asked for a whole piece of peceto cut without filleting and they sent me the cut piece, I called twice and they agreed to solve it. The attitude really bothered me because they didn't even contact me. As a client, the truth is that I evaluate buying in other places, because they sent me the cut knowing that it was not what I asked for, in fact when I called to complain they already knew that they had sent me a cut that was not.

Carlos de la Barra: Great meat quality and selection!A true butcher, offers recommendations, cooking techniques and ideas for a perfect dinner or BBQ. This is the sort of little places I highly recommend as it keeps a traditional quality craft alive, instead of shopping at a super market.
