I thought I won’t be able to find and buy and adjust a dress in such a short period but they made it possible and made me very happy, they are kind and they even gifted us cute bottles of very tasty local wine ♥️
Geraldine Boorman: Met a wonderful lady called Asia today. She has taken over looking after my daughter in law to be. What a wonderful relief as she was getting a little concerned with the previous lady. Asia was very understanding, caring and listens she really put my daughter in law to be, mind at rest and brought the smile back to her face. I feel she will do the alterations perfectly and C will look stunning. C said how relieved was and feels things wi be okay 👍 now. Daylin Alvarez: I can’t say enough about how much I loved my experience at this store. Anna and Mamen were amazing. I wasn’t expecting much after having such a crappy experience at another store, but they turned my day around when I got there. They instantly recognized what I wanted and brought out incredible dresses to match my request. They also had dresses in house in my size which made the whole difference in being able to picture the dress on my wedding day.

Aggie Wang: My friend and I had the worst experience in Spain just in the store. When we entered we were told they were going to close in 30 minutes. When we grabbed our stuff and went to the fitting room, the girl showed her reluctance to let us in. Originally I grab five cloths to try on. But realized we didn’t have much time so returned three back to her and only tried two cloths. During the time she showed her attitude with so much impatience and annoyance on her face. Also told my friend who was waiting outside to rush me. We were not the only customers in the store. There was another couple of which the lady also was in the fitting room and husband/boyfriend was waiting. But the staff did not say anything to them. Only pushing us. Maybe because they were Spanish speakers. We were apparently tourists speaking English. When I came out and we were going to the ground floor, it seemed the lift did not work. We asked the girl: has the lift been turned off? She responded in English in a very rude tone: I don’t understand. The whole time she was pushing us in English! Now she acted as if she did not understand English. We were so disgusted by her attitude and rudeness. If she does not like her job, does not want to serve her customers, why not leave?!

Estela Lomas Muñoz: Muy mala empresa. Resulta que pedí un vestido el cual me probé un segundo y lo metí en la caja puesto que no era mi talla y me quedaba grande , lo devolví y después de pagar diez euros de gastos de envío me lo han enviado devuelto por un supuesto enganchon que seguramente lo hayan hecho ellas porque yo lo mandé en perfecto estado. Lo peor con lo que me he encontrado Su respuesta es que ellas están seguras de que ellas no han sido. Cuando está claro que no son vestidos de calidad , solo hay que ver la tela y el precio. Very bad company. It turns out that I ordered a dress which I tried on for a second and put it in the box since it was not my size and it was too big for me, I returned it and after paying ten euros for shipping costs they sent it back to me due to a supposed snag that surely they did it because I sent it in perfect condition. The worst I have come across Their answer is that they are sure that they have not been. When it is clear that they are not quality dresses, you only have to look at the fabric and the price.

B T: In February 11th I brought by internet 3 pieces of clothes. They sent to me just 2 of them and they told me that there was a problem in their system. They sold twice the same jacket and there was no more in the storage. Since that I’m trying to talk in Maje to have a answer. Are hours hanging on the phone waiting for someone that says only that some day they will give my 135,00 euros back. I already called 5 times and wrote 3. Nothing happens.

erica boiza: Very friendly when it comes to assisting you, variety of dresses and very comfortable when picking up the dress, I requested home delivery and they could not be more attentive and pending that everything came to me well. Helena Burgos: The close experience that I know of this store has been disastrous. It will be good value for money but the treatment leaves a lot to be desired: first, they made a dress wrong... okay, anyone has a mistake, but the worst thing is that when the client arrived at the wedding venue (who was the godmother neither more nor less) the dress was stained with grease... it may also seem like a mistake, but the worst thing is that the store did not accept its mistake and did not even apologize... a shame!
emy talaya: They left my daughter lying with the dress three days before a wedding. They deceived her with the size and on top of that they told her that they would return her money after having paid the insurance and days later they told her no finally even though she had left her account number. Shameful treatment of the customer by the shop assistants and those responsible.
Response: Good afternoon, we are sorry to read the opposite of what really happened. The client chose a dress and reserved it, giving her the opportunity to exchange it for the same in another color if she tried it on the following week (she reserved the first Dress a week before the wedding). When she tried on the second dress, she was offered to fit it as we do with all our clients, in the face of which not only did she not want to, but the show in front of regular clients whom we have as witnesses was unfortunate. That is the truth of what happened and using Google reviews when it has already been repeatedly explained to them is not the way to proceed. RENTAL MODE does not let its clients down, it tries to offer different solutions, as long as it is done with education and respect, because above all, behind our brand, there are people and very hard workers.
marta ceñal: I stop by rentalmode Madrid approximately once a month for constant events. I consider that it is an affordable way of being able to go gorgeous for very little price. The owner is practically friends with seeing me at the store and she has always been very helpful to me. I am not an easy figure girl and still find the best style for me leaving me impeccable. I am delighted with this store and especially with the owner. A charm of person and an excellent worker.
María José Ortega Casanova: The service provided is unsurpassed. I have already come to his hands for various events, even when I was pregnant and hit the mark. The person in charge, Cayetana, could not have more taste! She immediately captures the style of each client and advises you with an exquisite treatment, she is a charm as well as a great professional. And regarding their outfits, I love EVERYONE! All the designs are wonderful, the quality unbeatable and the treatment incredible. Carolina attended me, a charming person, she made me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world, always attentive, very affectionate, a great professional, she solved all my problems with great efficiency and made my choice of dress and the successive tests, a few very pleasant moments that when they finished I felt sorry because I was going to miss those laughs and that love. Marcela Barnes Hernandez: The customer service at the store is great, all the girls take care of every detail but Sometimes you feel when you have your appointment for fitting day, they are in so much rush that you can’t have enough time to check everything or enjoy your time. The central customer service is the worst ever, lack of service, lack of attention to detail and overall response and empathy considering the pandemic was very poor. I spent a lot of money of my wedding dress which was extremely important to me and this should have been a better standard.

María Dolores Ibáñez de Aldecoa Martínez: The price is high but the quality and the work of being made to measure is spectacular, as well as the attention of Larisa (my store adviser) and María who made changes against the clock. I live outside of Spain and I only had the opportunity to do the tests a week before the wedding, but everything was great. I had three tests from Monday to Friday and the changes were fast but correct. The dress fit me like a glove, which I was never sure would happen 100% for living abroad and going with time counted. María was very professional and patiently explained the changes she recommended and why, they were all perfect. I also have to point out that the fabric is incredible and in my case it made the dress fit naturally and perfectly and it was very, very comfortable.
