I got facial and massage treatment by Mariam. She is amazing. Very caring and her techniques are unbelievable. Best ever facial and full body massage I had at this spa when I am on my travel to Madrid for few weeks. I am going again to Mariam for one more facial and full body massage before I leave. Place is very clean.staff is very welcoming. Javier, the owner, is also very nice and he made me comfortable since I was bit concerned due to COVID. Mariam is the best, I highly recommend the place and therapist Mariam. Do not miss to experience!!!!

My technician was Gema who was very careful, thorough and had the softest hands which added to the experience as it was like an angel massaging my face. Super relaxing and my skin felt rejuvenated. Yasmine di Cesare: Very calm place with reasonable prices. My husband had full body massage and really enjoyed it. I had foot massage which was also great but for some reason she touched my left foot for 2 minutes and the rest was on my right foot all the time.. Not sure way but I enjoyed it anyway in the middle of the day.

It was so relaxing but also energizing and uplifting. The masseur was a true master of his trade. Beautiful, tranquil small spa. Superfriendly, clean and professional. Instant relaxation. Easy to book online too. Booked because of a rainy day changed my touristy plans - so glad it rained! Would choose Madrid as travel destination again, just to come back :-)

Rafael Saldaña: Visiting from Miami. Efficient communication and welcome at front desk. Nice clean facility although too hot temperatures for me. Did full traditional Thai massage. Was OK; done on table rather than floor. Therapist not customizing session had limited communication skills.

Vlad-Matei Mladin: I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I'd also go back every week. My girlfriend and I took a couple's session to which we added facials (which added up to a total of 3 hours), and it was absolutely amazing. This place is the real deal. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, you will be cared for, guided, and pampered. The products they use are very good, and the masseuses highly skilled. We can't recommend this place highly enough - easily worth the price.

Sinclair Palavecino: Eloquently situated in the more "upscale" area of Madrid you'll find this gem. My girlfriend and I booked a Thai massage of 90 minutes a day in advance to be sure there was availability. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist ( don't remember her name) who offered us water or tea before choosing how we would like the 90 minutes distributed. I opted for 60 massage and 30 facial while my girlfriend did the full 90 massage. Not sure what those ladies ( Muk and Meow) did to us but we came out very relaxed and in another world! Thank you!

Upon hearing the review, the manager personally called me and apologised and invited me and my partner back to have a complimentary 1 hour massage. This is exceptional service over something that was just a misunderstanding. The massage was beautiful and firm with aromatic scents. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will be back.

Pilar Rodriguez Cobos: They are not worth it. The place is very nice and they offer you a tea, but in addition to being expensive, they gave me an infection in my finger with the manicure. In addition, they require you to pay 50% of the service in advance and that I am a customer from a previous time . I do not recommend it. The nails are also very artificial even though they are yours because of so many layers of base and color enamel that made the result fat and ordinary nails, uglier than if they had been acrylic. I had an appointment made and that was it, and it was to remove the manicure that was done to me because being so "special" I thought that they were not going to be able to do it anywhere else. Do not go to doubt the infection that gave me the manicure. It's a pity I didn't go to see them with my finger like a club. I have caused the cancellation of the appointment by not responding to their abusive practices of paying in advance. The evaluation of the questionnaire is before the infection and before contacting you a second time. I don't go crazy and of course I have already told my surroundings and I do the rest here.

Cane yesterday with friend for a 30 minute foot massage, price was 35 euros. Then did 30 min facial and 60 minute massage of choice, cost 95 euros. Will be back ❤

Chuong Dang: Got the Balinese massage; came in looking for a deep tissue massage for my lower back. It's just been hurting. Went in, got undressed, and laid down. Masseuse was all right asking what pressure I wanted, which I told her. But then through it all it just became moderate. More like a hit and miss on the pressure. It didn't feel like consistent so I wasn't happy about the experience. I enjoyed the fact they brought hot tea out for my stuffiness and the menthol ointment for my nose which helped. I am thank you for that. Receptionist was great and service was there. Otherwise, just need an improvement and consistency on massage.

Juno Thomas: My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the circuit with a set amount of time in each different type of pool/bath. Sauna first, then jacuzzi, cold pool and then Onsen (warm bubbly japanese style bucket bath, super nice). Then some lovely tea and a great 50 minute message. All just for 119€ which is an amazing price considering most places in Madrid charge at least 160€ just for a 1 hour message for a couple! Highly recommend this place for couples! Masseuses were very nice too and spoke enough English so we could tell them that we wanted a relaxing to medium massage!
Perry Stalin: Really friendly and attentive staff, food was great and had a really nice view from where i did set. Lovely setting and some nice walks around the grounds and surrounding nature and hill. The hot tub was wow, kinda weird you out when you're sitting there alone and another couple joins you. You accidentally bump toes and catch each others eye, it feels like they want you to go back to their hotel room for some middle age experimenting. A fat guy was also asleep and snoring in the steam room, but that's not a reflection on the resort or staff.

My friend had the same comment, that she didn't feel anything. I think they should have asked the level or how to say of how much pressure we can take. But that's just me. Or maybe I should have said to put more pressure. But I didn't wanna mess up with how the masseuse normally do her thing. It was okay over all, but could be better.

Jonathon Lavers: As soon as you walk in you feel that you are in Thailand and having been to Thailand this is something I am very familiar with. We were greeted by one of the massage therapists and asked to sit down and put our slippers on and then escorted to our massage room where very tranquil music was playing. The massage therapists were both Thai and this only added to the Thai massage experience. We both had the Balinese massage opting not for the traditional Thai massage this is well know for being harder on the body. After 1 hour with a special promo costing €45 I felt brand new the massage hit all the right spots and left relaxed beyond belief. 100% recommendable if you need a massage in Madrid.

Tina Sakers: Relaxing baths, sauna, scrub and massage. More communication would be helpful. People come down the stairs and wander around trying to figure out the flow. I alternated between the warm pool and the cold pool and ended with the sauna. I was asked by the masseuse to come from the pool, she starts to explain about the scrub and massage and then the time keeper comes and says she just brought other people, I should go back to the pools. The bathroom is well equipped with all you need after the baths.

Rocky Blanco: This is my first experience with an Arabic Bath and it was fantastic. The customer service was great. They spoke multiple languages and was able to help clients from different backgrounds, was available at all times with help, and respected you while enjoying the baths. The baths were all very clean and the bathrooms as well. Additionally, i also got a massage after the baths and it was wonderful. Tips for those going: book early, bring a bathing suit and change of clothes, stay in the baths area until they call you for your massage (if you booked one) don't rush your bath experience, you will get a whole hour. Definitely worth any experience you purchase for the price and service you get.

Molly Weaver: DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT fall for this tourist trap. You are herded through this facility like cattle. There is absolutely no peace and quiet, people are splashing in and out of the various pools trying to get their moneys worth. The tea is served in metal shot glasses so you cannot hold it because it is so hot. The cleanliness is lacking at best. They also cram you in the dressing rooms like sardines, so if you’re trying to get a shower in afterward, good luck! You are elbow to elbow with 20 other women in a tiny dressing room. Not enough showers. Staff extremely unhelpful throughout your visit. During my service the individual assisting me started removing my bathing suit (top completely off) without asking my permission first. Not to mention if you pay extra for services it only cuts into your time for the baths. This is definitely a skip, not worth it during your visit to Madrid.

Rick Crespo: I’ve been there 5 times in six week period while staying in Madrid. Obviously I love the place and friends who have frequented Hammam share in my delight. Service is fantastic from scheduling to reception. They explain every step of the process and instantly you are in a relaxed state of mind. I had massage in two of my visits whereas the other 3 were simply the baths. My top wellness establishment in Madrid. Look forward to returning when I’m back on Madrid in 2023.

The atmosphere was great, everything is very clean and it was very comfortable. We went around mid afternoon so it was not too busy. Massage was great and we honestly almost fell asleep. My only complain would be the massage itself: 1st: it’s not a full body massage, just back and back of the legs. 2nd: The masseur asked me if I wanted soft, medium or hard. I asked hard. My honest opinion was that she was just putting oil in my body. I didn’t feel it was a massage. If this was the “hard” version, what is the soft one? I would give a second try, with a different masseur.

Aj Mills: Great place to go relax and just pamper yourself. Highly recommend booking the 30 min massage. You won't regret it. They will give you a good scrub down taking off all the dead skin, then give you a relaxing massage. Afterwards you go and enjoy the baths.

Mark Raum: A fantastic place to relax after ten days traveling. Soak in the five pools of varing temperature and sweat it all out in the sauna. A thirty minute massage is the perfect ending. If you don't get a massage, at least spend some time on the heated black slab of rock.

The atmosphere makes you totally disconnect and enjoy. We took the half hour, next time we will choose the one hour, because it flies by. The spa is not very large, it has the right and necessary, but it is very good. Super friendly staff at all times. The changing room area is large and has many good quality products that are available to the customer. The price seems a bit high.

Oana Rusu: The Wellington Hotel Spa, Le Max, is the most! They gave me an hour of massage for me (I could choose between a relaxing massage, a moisturizing massage or the third option was the hot stone massage). Some platform if they sell the massages of this Spa, with which if you want to enjoy a massage of 10 on a site of 10 I recommend it because the massage for example lasts the same as if you compare it on their website, the only difference is that not all massages are available. All massages last at least one hour. I chose the relaxing massage. They use hot essential oils of almonds with a touch of arnica and calendula. The spa has other types of therapies for massage lovers, among which, the traditional Thai or lomi-lomi, reiki or refloxology. Of course they have a wide variety of treatments for both face and body, facial luxury or revitalize you (Elizabeth Arden Pro). It also has a fitness area and a pilates area. The facilities are very modern with all kinds of details for customers from the organic tea, Clarins products and even lockers where you can leave your stuff that close with an activated bracelet by wifi. It also has a large terrace where you can drink any type of drinks when the weather is good. The outdoor pool can only be used by members. The center is open every day of the week.

I was hoping for something that would be new and a change, based on the raving reviews. The massage didn't provide a better level of relaxation or feeling limber. I would recommend going with a different one. The Thai massage must be what makes people rate 5 stars..

Sarah Perkins: I previously put up a review stating that during my visit some of the facilities were not working or dirty and that the massage was not the kind I had booked, but instead a deep tissue massage that ended up hurting my shoulder pretty badly. The spa responded to me saying that I had indeed booked that kind of massage and I thought I must have made some kind of mistake and removed my review, as I didn't want to leave a bad review of both the facilities and the massage if both were not warranted. However, I finally went back and searched my records and saw that indeed I had NOT made a mistake, the massage I booked was a chiropractic one and not a deep tissue (attaching the receipt to this review).
Sandro Celar: Sorry to say this but the truth is if you didn't feel so relaxed after than what's the point of going to the spa at all. The water was not at the suiting temperature it was colder than it should have been. Most of facilities had way to cold water. All in all I wouldn't come back here.
Response: We are sorry to hear that, but the hidrotermal pool is at 35 degrees and the jacuzzi is at 36 degrees that are the máximum temperatures allowed by Sanity Minestery in Madrid.
