Marina: Personally, my treatment could qualify as shameful on the part of the clinic. I went to have a free demonstration of wood therapy, the next day I woke up in a lot of pain and with several bruises in the abdominal area (the area where the test lasted 15 minutes), it seemed strange to me since at no time prior to After taking the test, they told me that this could happen or that it was normal to feel pain even days later, nor that bruises could appear in the area. A friend also went to this demonstration of wood therapy and had no problem, clarifying that she was treated by a different girl than the one that treated me. I wrote to the clinic on instagram (the site through which they contacted me) and I did not get an answer at first, they even left me as read, after insisting they responded asking me for photos of what the area looked like and they replied that they were sorry and that they were going to talk among the team to see what could have happened. After sending them the photos, they left me read and I didn't get any response, I insisted again the next day and they left me read again. The last time I wrote to you was on November 24, as of today, November 28, I still have not received a response. Point out that I also called them by phone and they did not answer me either. Claudia Santos: I don't like to make bad comments about companies that are just starting out, but I think that there are clinics like this one that only want money and you, instead of a client, are just another number. We started when some friends and I were interested in their lip products, before pricking us they asked us to write a good review even without having done a single treatment with them (hence their explanation of why they have such good reviews). Following this we proceed to trust them and prick our lips, so far everything is fine, until we began to see our lips with deformations and migrations that should not be there. We realize that here they work with doctors they hire from other clinics, and I was pricked by two completely different doctors, each with their own way of pricking. At the time we are not at all satisfied and we are ready to look for other clinics with more professionalism, and we found a clinic of 10, that if someone is interested I have no problem telling them privately. Here they inform us that the acid used in Aesthetic is very dense and is used for the facial area, that is, the nose, cheekbones..., rather than for the lip, hence it migrates and we have the lip like a hard ball. From my point of view, I recommend that you find out where you play, and that a "cheap" offer can be expensive.

Saray Lo.: Very bad experience. I went for a first diagnosis and a facial radiofrequency test, but they made excuses and in the end it ended up with a lousy facial cleaning. Jeanne: The owner of Clinic Model Esbeltic Dr. Marcos Delgado Mora performed a blepharoplasty on my eyelids on August 31, 2018. He insisted that I pay in advance. I trusted him, so I followed his instructions. I was hoping that everything would go smoothly since it was a fairly simple upper eyelid blepharoplasty. On the day of the operation, Dr. Marcos Delgado Mora behaved in a way: „Let’s get this over with” and I felt very uncomfortable. After the operation, I noticed immediately that something was wrong: There was a lot of pain as well as a big, black, hematoma around my right eye. To make a long story short, I ended up with two asymmetric eyes. Even worse, I can’t close my right eye completely, and I will probably need another surgical correction. After reviewing the hospital documents, I was shocked to see that he took only 23 minutes to perform the operation on my eyes. When I confronted him about this, his only response was that I should be patient. Meanwhile, over a month has passed, and my ophthalmologist has confirmed that the health of my eye is in danger due to Dr. Mora’s badly done blepharoplasty. I probably don't need to mention that I won't be getting my money back, but this is my least concern right now. I can earn money again, but I can’t restore my health. The last week, I was at his office again to ask what could be done about my right eye and the fact that he cut off too much skin, and he said literally: “Qué coño. Son solo dos milimetros.” At that moment, I saw what kind of an unprofessional, unethical and incompetent doctor I was dealing with; I realized that I should be happy for being able to see at all after this botched operation. What a sad and horrific experience. I'm writing this to warn other people because I wish that someone had warned me. I have decided to contact the “Asociación el Defensor del Paciente por Negligencia Médica” to evaluate this case.

geka5785: WASTE OF MONEY- Its rather unfortunate but although explained came from abroad for this treatment I was never advised that after one treatment of botox- I would not be able to see any result. I have done this treatment in other countries before and never had an issue. This time the doctor just came in for some seconds and then left - I didnt even realize she was finished, no time to explain anything... When I contacted them with pictures after a few weeks to show that the botox had no effect what so ever they said I could come to retouch. Unfortunately I was not able to go right away. Therefore completely wasted my money and time... So dont go for the price, you will end up paying twice!
Nadia Conmey: I spent more that 1000€ on the dermapen and other facial treatments only for the doctor to make my skin much worse! She was often uncaring, inattentive and would only give me 5 minutes of her time. I’m still upset about the treatment I received from this clinic and would not return.

aleebyme: The treatments that I have tried in this center I have to say that they have done very well and I have been happy with the results, however I have to point out that they are extremely heavy with selling you other treatments as soon as you step foot in the premises. I understand that it's part of their job, but it's extremely annoying and awkward that they try to sneak in other treatments every time I go. For this reason I'm not going back anymore and it's a shame, my advice is to lower the intensity a bit with that, which makes the experience very unpleasant.
