Willy Coyote: My experience has been with a PDAE (Spanish water dog) and it has been disastrous. They left the dog full of shears and shaved all the belly up to half a rib when I indicated that with scissors. I must say that they are very friendly but the result, at least with a spaniel, was not good. They had warned me but I didn't believe it and yes, they were right.

Blanca Garcia sierra: We have gone many times with our dog but unfortunately we will not return the last time, not only did they charge us more without notifying us that the rates were going to rise and they also charged us for taking more time to cut their hair despite their delay. Hawa Diallo Diallo: Hello, I wanted to leave my horrible experience in Lavakan in the community of Madrid, I decided to go a second time to wash the dog, the first time was not bad but the second time was terrible. The poodle has scandalous eyelashes (in fact I remember that the girl told me that she had beautiful eyelashes that should not be CUT) as you can see in the photo that I attached the first photo is days before going to the hairdresser freshly washed by me As you can see, the eyelashes do not hinder vision. In the second photo is when I go to pick him up from Lavakan, they removed his eyelashes, they left knots on his body that I later had to remove at home and as you can see, he has that red zone. Faced with this event, he tells me that he has removed them because it makes it difficult for him to see, and that he had not told him if he did not want him to remove them. Just to say that everyone is responsible for their pet and that they do what they want but my birds are my family and they have suffered a lot and have been hungry because I usually weigh them and of course when I brought them to this place the lady didn't even know what they eat nor did I have food for them, much less the fruit they should eat and the rest of the cages the parrots were in terrible condition so gentlemen, be careful. And as you can see by the comments that answer borderline and that are always right, here I leave the photos of the parrot cages and how sad and angry it has given me. This yaco had 2 nails hooked and could not move and was hanging with its beak, I told this lady and her answer was no and that he usually gets like that and that it breaks everything and of course I was sure that it was hooked apart because it could be seen and because it was dying and by insisting so much he called a worker who brought something to cut wire. There are no words to describe the treatment this yaco has received since this worker twisted his nail and also to say that for you what matters is money and not treating animals like that and some dogs that I saw I don't even count it just to say how embarrassing And now you can answer whatever you want, but I can assure you that for all these defenseless animals I will file a big complaint where appropriate and see if you learn to treat animals as they deserve and charge for it separately.
