Guillermo de Yavorsky: A very bad experience, I left 10 shirts to wash, two of them were returned to me stained, I returned with the shirts still unused with the ticket that shows that I had not used them after washing. As a result, they insisted that I had brought it stained and thus a new € 200 shirt was left. If it was really stained, they should have told me at the time of leaving it to wash and it was not the case. I read a number of reviews with people claiming lack of professionalism and very poor customer service where apparently the only one who is wrong is one as a customer. They tell you that because I have not reviewed it when withdrawing it, but they do not review it when taking it, that is, they do not take any responsibility. In my case I did not use it and I brought it with the ticket of the garment on the same hook etc ... and even that does not help them to know that I have not stained it after removing it. The treatment they have with their clients is incredible. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE. Apparently the blonde lady with short hair is already famous for her antipathy, I read that in several of the comments.

On the other hand, in our establishment we do NOT use products that can cause discoloration precisely to avoid these incidents. In our union we are observing an increase in garments with similar discolorations at the reception of the garments, due to the disinfection with bleach that is being carried out in all types of establishments or places that we visit daily. On the other hand, our cameras showed us that he was attended by a different person than the one he describes.

Jacki Tice: Very kind and helpful owner. My Spanish is abysmal, so she spoke slowly and clearly. She helped me use the machines and recommended the best settings for a heavy down duvet. I watched her help every customer that stopped in while I was waiting. The machine only accepts 1€ or .50 coins, so she made change for me. If you're not sure about Spanish laundromats, don't hesitate to stop in.

Roldy Arrouk: This is maybe the 15th time I use Pressto Plus services in Madrid (not to mention other cities)! Their place is very clean. Their staff are very friendly and ready to help you even if you don't speak Spanish. The quality of service is great compared to the price you pay (as low as €9 for one load of washing and drying). They have a seating area with FREE WiFi and power plugs. A nearby supermarket is right across the corner if you need a quick bit while you wait. Love this place!

Great treatment, good prices and they are always available to give you a hand or solve any problem (in my case something as silly as sewing a button, but it helps me). Highly recommended!

Alejandro López: Some CHEERS!!! lousy quality (they tear your clothes) and zero customer service! I would never take anything here, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Chronological review. April 2021: In October 2019 I took a suit to this dye, they broke it, they recognized it (they told me by mail after an expert of theirs recognized it) and they did not give any solution and they have kept the suit. Due to the issue of the pandemic, I gave a more than reasonable time for them to answer, but I have been behind it for a year and a half now. They do not answer emails and when you show up at the store they give you long. January 2022: They still don't give an answer, they don't pay for the suit (it was new), you don't even answer the emails, you call or they introduce you and they keep dragging their feet and acting strange. July 2022: they tell me to remove the review and they pay me the money (they must be in a campaign to improve google reviews), they still don't pay!! I say again, they are cheeky, lousy quality (they rip your clothes) and zero customer service! I would never take anything here, nor would I recommend it to anyone

Chase Kosich: Took laundry there for wash and fold and they ruined all of my white clothes, all of them are discolored and it looks like they have stains. None of them are white anymore. Really disappointed.

Bret Waters: Unbeatable treatment, trustworthy. I love that the suits come out smelling nice. I leave suits and I have also left a coat — they are quite careful about cleanliness. They also have a bonus for several suits if you go often and it is cheaper and you don't have to worry about paying each time because everything is already paid for. They offer a service to take your clean garments home and the delivery man waits for you to check the result of the work, explains the work done on the garments (the wedding dress has been washed 3 times to recover the white) and how to preserve the garments that you're not going to use. You can leave the cover that you use to store your clothes and then they return the garments with the cover from the dry cleaner and the cover that you left in the deposit. COMPLETELY RECOMMENDED AND THE PRICE IS WORTH IT (although it seems expensive, the results have been very good).

Of the four garments I wore, and paid in advance, they were only able to properly clean two, advising me that one of the four hadn't gotten the stains right (when in fact they hadn't been able to clean two of them). The attention is terrible, they are tremendously rude and do not meet the times. I do not recommend it and I will not return.
Zacs 86: I've been going to this laundry for a few months because a while ago I was attracted by the €46 voucher for 20 shirts. It's a really bad laundromat. There is not a single time that I pick up a garment without it having a problem. Always something that has been badly washed and/or ironed. Once they even damaged a shirt without refunding me of course.

I have removed it on the agreed day and when I went to use it I see that it smells exactly the same. I have gone to another laundromat because I need it to be clean for a trip and they immediately told me that this has not been washed. THEY ARE SO CHALLENGE that there was still a mask in their pockets that I used and it looks like I forgot to take it out. BY THE WAY they only accept cash payments WHAT A CHALLENGE, DO NOT EVER GO!!! And if you have made the same mistake, check the garment in the store before leaving. Personally, I'm not even going to return it to be washed because I'm not going to take a risk with a €300 coat, honestly it's so that they return all the money from the clothes that people haven't washed.

Maripaz Alcaraz: I brought a stained coat to be washed. I went to pick it up on the date they indicated and the stains had been removed but the white area of the garment (it is tricolor) was full of blue stains. I mentioned it and a very nice girl realized what had happened and, very kindly, kept it to wash it again and fix it. When I went the second time, the stains weren't gone and this time it was the one I think was the owner, at the counter. I told him about it, since I'm not going to wear my coat any worse than I did, and with extreme arrogance he insinuated that perhaps those stains were already there before I wore it and that I hadn't noticed and he kept it warning me that if I washed it again it would be "made a slime". The third time, I picked it up and it was perfect, it was delivered to me by the first girl I've talked about and everything was fine. My score goes to the lady, if it hadn't been for her treatment, I would have put 4 stars.
