Sara Patz: DO NOT RENT A BIKE HERE!! I wish I could give it 0 stars. I rented a janky old bike for 10€/hr (which is a lot to begin with) when I got on something was weird with the pedal but thought might just be a quick of the dinosaur bike I was renting. Then about an hour and a half into our bike ride the pedal fell off when I was riding on the street and I was almost hit by a car. We were about 20 km away and had to walk the bike back to the place. Once we finally made it back it had about 5 hours and not only was he rude but he still made me pay for the time I had the bike. There are many kinder and better bike rental around Madrid. Mi Bike Rio is very close and much better. Worst customer service experience. Please go to another bike rental.
Response: DO NOT ALLOW THIS CUSTOMER INTO YOUR BUSINESS! Suspicious customer who wants everything for free. 5 hours on a bike and not able to call to say he had a problem with the pedal. When he arrives he wants all the service for free. We have a help desk when this happens but you prefer not to pay. If we could rate our clients we would give it -10 but we can't.

Leo Rojo: Until now I have taken my skate (a Kugoo G2 Pro) to repair twice, once due to a puncture in the rear wheel and another to change the battery, damaged by use, taking advantage of the occasion to put another one with a little more capacity. The experience could not have been more positive. The quality of the work carried out and the workmanship can only be described as impeccable, and even go so far as to clean the skate before handing it over to the customer once it has been repaired. If we add to this good attention from the staff, a fairly efficient service in terms of repair times and at least very reasonable prices, we can only recommend this store without a doubt. From 10.

My advice as a customer is to look for another workshop because here they fix one thing and break another to have you back very soon.
Response: Hello, from the beginning we have been honest with you about the times, we did not give a specific date, because we know how long it takes suppliers in Summer. We told you that that part, in case you needed it, we didn't have it. You have brought us an incompatible display, to install on your scooter, nothing could be done with that display, unfortunately your version of the scooter is discontinued, SKATEFLASH will no longer sell that scooter, we spent all this time trying to get the part with them, and neither they did not give a quick answer. In addition, you were warned that you had a damaged brake sensor, we do not repair it if the client does not accept a quote, if it does not seem like a quote to you, you do not accept and that's it. If you do not like our prices and repair times, it is your right to choose whether you want to come to our workshop or another.
María Sánchez: If you plan to buy a scooter or simply repair it, DO NOT DO IT HERE. Very inflated prices, take a look at any page of the piece you want, look at the price on their page and check it out on your own. In other stores it costs you 10 euros a piece and these incompetents charge it at 50, according to them for the labor. The place looks like a dump, a bunch of thieves, they hesitate on top of you.

There are many stores, and many prices, just as there are customers who say that we seem cheaper than other places where they have been, there will be others that seem expensive. JuanMa Gallecor: I have taken my Dualtron Mini on 2 occasions. The experience has been fast and very efficient. Appointment via WhatsApp and confirmation of delivery for repair. They meet deadlines, resolve promptly and offer alternative solutions. I have tried other workshops in Madrid Sur and have not obtained the same level of satisfaction. It is worth taking it to Plaza de España. “In the end, in other places, what is cheap is expensive”

Virginia Díaz Angulo: The attention received from the employees is superfluous since I purchased a defective electric scooter from the factory with all my confidence; they transferred it to Barcelona for repair and it got even worse in three months; since it was delivered to me with scratches due to transport and/or handling in the workshop. It arrives with the lights burnt out and the tire flat. I present it in the store by means of a complaint letter and the store manager tells me that he has transferred the complaint to the central offices. After 15 days without receiving any response, I contact the person in charge again who tells me that he knows nothing about the scare and that he cannot follow up on the matter; which gives me a phone number from the exchange without knowing who I have to contact. Conclusion I see myself in the obligation to denounce the facts to the pertinent institutions; If this comment can serve as a reference to prevent users from trusting the products they sell already used since they seem second-hand.

Georgina Rey: I went for a financed electric motorcycle, just as they promote on their website. I left a deposit of €500 and presented everything requested, but since I am self-employed, they asked me for a co-owner. Present everything they requested to the co-owner and still YOUR finance company rejected the request. According to John, the manager, they are more demanding now. This simple procedure took almost three months!!!, because "I forgot to tell" that it was closed for vacation. My procedure was boxed until the "responsible" of the premises returned, since the person he left in charge, was useless and inoperative. I had to insist, send what, press, appear at the premises... all nuisance, discomfort and no solution. Everything that John promised in the first interview and what appears on the web as "easy and fast", is difficult, uncertain and slow A FIASCO. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY POST. YOUR WEBSITE IS VERY NICE AND ITS REALITY IS VERY BAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Jose Alberto Manzano: In Madrid, great experience for short distances. There are no circulation or parking restrictions with the tag. You can access anywhere in Madrid. The road tax is practically exempt in its entirety. Charging it only costs about € 15 at the current electricity rate. Maintenance costs are very cheap because there are no air or oil filters. Removable battery that can be charged in any household outlet, as if it were a mobile phone. No need to have a charging infrastructure at home! All are advantages within the big city. The design, anyone can judge for himself. It looks fabulous to me!

Pedro Martin: Post-sale service is very bad. I bought a new motorcycle in February and took it to the dealer for warranty in May. It is the date that I still do not have the motorcycle since they never approved the guarantee, now they approved the guarantee but they do not send the spare parts... that is, they are not responsible for their sales, much less the need for the buyer to have their vehicle operational and in conditions..
