Edurne Cueva: I went to them for not ordering online and being consulted first hand by specialists, but they are more focused on the professional and the person who assisted me was not very clear on how to order the electrical mechanisms, I almost had to help him on the catalog and finally I have had to change several things. Among others they did not indicate that there are several types of potentiometers, some specific for LEDs and others for incandescence, and of course, now I have a potentiometer (which costs a lot) that does not work for LEDs. I have therefore missed that: more professional advice, which is what I went there for, at least by the clerk who attended me.

Keith Bradbury: Very poor service or lack of. I came a long way to buy HP ink cartridges . There was a girl putting them out on a shelf and the ones I wanted were in a basket. But she refused to serve me because she had not put them out yet and told me to return to! Incredible. She just had to hand them to me. Will not be back. Went to FNAC. Much better service
Abir Dey: The staff was helpful for finding me the thing I was looking for. But after purchase, when I was going out the security wanted to check my bag. I didn’t have any problem about that but out of all other people with bags, she wanted to check mine. To me it was a little bit racial profiling.
Jarrod Miller: Pretty good selection here with two floors to explore. Was undergoing some renovations when I was there last so should look even better soon.
Rick Vezzoli: This is one of Madrid’s go-to electronics shops. Like a mini-Best-Buy. They have good sales on a regular basis. The displayed items are often not in stock on the shelves below the displays. As a result, it is better to order online and pick up your purchase in a day or two in order to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Pedro Gómez Caballero: I had the problem of the transformer of a valuable physiotherapy current device solved about 4 years ago. The house told me that they did not have the transformer that was discontinued, that I had to buy a new one, for about 300 euros. In this establishment they gave me a standard one for 20 euros and they told me how I had to connect it. This week after a move, they have disconnected me, I have returned to this establishment and they have very kindly told me how to connect it again. A 10 for this store and its employees, who are more friendly. Thank you
