Javier Sabater: I feel totally ripped off. I have the plan so that visits to the vet are free of charge, but what has been my surprise that when I ask for an appointment they give me one for the following week because you only have one vet during July (during the rest of the year they have had up to 3), but They tell me that if I want to take it they charge me for the visit as if it were an emergency. 1.- It seems wrong to me that they reduce the number of available appointments so much, since it makes the service enormously worse, and I understand that it is only to save on personnel. 2.- The emergency visit is charged within normal business hours, I understand that taking time away from the rest of the scheduled appointments. Let them serve you but paying more. 3.- Properly report the program, we will assist you as long as it suits us, otherwise you will have to pay more. Come on, a complete scam. I do not recommend either the clinic or the program.

José M. Bermúdez: I have taken my dog to César Yotti, a dermatologist. The consultation is not cheap but it is certainly worth it. If I had worn it from the beginning it would have saved me a lot of time, money, disappointment, tests and even surgery. Highly recommended.

Mike Mahoney: We just arrived from the US with our dog flying cargo with American Airlines. Everything went very smoothly and there were no issues with the vet check or customs. Communication was great, and with both the US vet and Dr. Nave in Spain we were able to accomplish this task without the need for a pet transport service. Nothing against using them but it was proving difficult our dates were changing due to heat concerns and we wanted our dog to fly on the same flight. AAH/Dr. Nave is highly recommended.
Jose Gonzalez: We boarded our dogs Champ and Ritz at AAH on several occasions, including during a 6 week long summer trip we took to the US while living in Madrid. During the time they spent at AAH, we saw many happy pictures of the boys playing outside. They were both in great health and spirits when we returned to Spain. AAH made boarding easy by picking our dogs up and dropping them back off at our apartment in the city. In addition to boarding, AAH helped with our dogs relocation, when we moved to Madrid and when we returned to the US. The process went smoothly in both directions. And last but not least, AAH provided the routine vet services we need while we lived in Spain. Appointments were easy to book and on time, and our dogs were always well taken care of.

Tatiana Nanaieva: The AAH Veterinary team is extremely professional and caring! We are so thankful for all the care and treatment our pet has got here. The cat had been so scared while under bombs during russian invasión in Ukraine, and had been so-o-o tired while fleeing from war to Spain with us , trying to hide wherever he could on our long drive. It took him long before he could feel safe and relaxed. Still, when we visited the AAH vet clinics, he was always calm and not scared at all. Melvin Thorn: Cannot thank the team enough. Relocating to the Philippines and loving my dogs was tearing my hair out to get them there. AAH took care of all. As I had to do a Covid test and 48 hour quarantine they looked after my boy and girl for me. On arrival I Cebu they were both fine. Now happily at my side once more

Shane Kenny: This is an outstanding place, as an Irish person in Madrid, it is still amazing to me that I can get excellent fresh food, all my need for the house, a big screen tv and tyres for my car all in one place. Really though the staff are helpful and this supermarket really has everything you could possibly need.

Anthony Verrecchio: Fairly gigantic supermarket that even sells Walmart-style clothing and random accessories - from light bulbs to televisions. Good beer selection, good organic food selection. There are some random other shops as you enter and exit, as well as all along the front of the supermarket opposite the checkout areas....from cell phone mini stores to a deli, and even a small cafe. Kind of a weird setup, but cool place. Underground parking available for patrons, as well as a large outdoor lot.
Pablo Rubio: This was a very large Alcampo with an excellent selection of food, but there were 2 major annoyances with it. The parking is very annoying as if you are shopping for more than an hour, you have to pay, I don’t understand why any business would incentivize people to leave sooner. The other annoyance is they purposely removed the expiration date sticker on a wheel of cheese I buy frequently. It was clearly expired as it was completely covered in white mold which only happens when this perticular cheese is expired or near expiration, I would have still bought it as it is delicious once you remove the mold, but why not be honest and not try to pass it off without the expiration sticker? Apart from that the woman that works in the cheese department is very friendly and enthusiastic and is an asset to this location.

Christoph Fischer-Antze: The best supermarket in this neighbourhood. They have a surprisingly big parking lot given the high real estate prices in this area and have literally everything you can think from groceries to non-food items. Their produce is very fresh and the choice is wide-ranging from fish to meats to cheeses and take away.
B T: The supermarket is so dirty, I both a burrata that was in a terrible condition to eat and at least I left a pair of shoes to fix in a store INSIDE that stole me because they didn’t made the work and when i tried to make a complaint they told me that they wouldn’t do nothing about it

Dani Benitez: Large and clean new supermarket. Quite a variety of products although some were missing. The seemed are good although next door you have a Mercadona. Regarding the workers, there are some who should improve their behavior towards the public. The truth is that the cashier was very rude, she neither looked at you nor spoke to you, very rude.
Luca: The greengrocer is wonderful. Very tasty fruit, although not cheap... Generally very friendly staff. The fresh area, in general, very good. Bakery with variety. Perfumery with everything I need. They should improve the advantages of the points card... It is very scarce.
Jose Arreaga: This place was needed in the town, very well organized and cared for, the delicatessen, the butcher and the greengrocers have top quality products at good prices and in general the whole store is very well I recommend it, the staff are very attentive and professional and the spacious and comfortable parking 5 stars well earned

René Thein: Alcampo in La Cañada is our absolutely favorite supermarket. You can find everything for cleaning and especially for cooking. Meat and fish of excellent quality, delicatessen and Spanish and French wines of superior quality. Very friendly and attentive staff. Recommended supermarket!
