Kevin Dao: I was in Madrid for 4 days and needed a gym close to the Plaza Mayor. Although all the equipment was arranged tightly, there was everything you need for a good workout. There are bench press tables, one squat rack, a chin up bar and various nautilus machines. I didn't use the cardio machines but there seems to be a good amount of them. 10 euros for a day pass wasn't bad at all. They just needed an identification card.

Ivan Lysenko: The gym has become a very dirty and neglected place. I took care of him since 2019, and now I had to leave him. Everything dirty, neglected, several pieces of equipment in very poor condition, several treadmills do not work well (every minute it gives you a warning that no one is detected and you have to press a button every minute to continue), the two of three faucets have not changed more than a month and a half ago, etc It's a shame
To Hdz: I have not had problems with the place, I take the little one to swim, the pool is the same to learn swimming. The gym costs €37 per month, it has a Turkish bath and if you want to go to the pool you must pay €22 more and you can only go three times a week. The instructor speaks English, the receptionists are nice and always answer the phone calls. Four stars because the internet does not reach inside the place, there is no Wi-Fi in the dressing rooms and there is no telephone signal.
Fabiana Estevez Sotil: It will not be the most modern gym, but what interests me is that they treat me well and know about their profession, and that is guaranteed. The gym is very familiar, the staff is great, friendly, knowledgeable and Antonio, my instructor is a machine. Alex Rodri: Probably one of the best gyms in the area in terms of quality/price. Among the rules of the center is the mandatory use of the mask at all times (except for showers, drinking, eating, etc...) vsancro: Highly recommended. Its price is great (€ 37 per month in 2018) being able to go every day. Alberto Gómez Godino: It seems that if something goes wrong they say that they have not had girls or students with those names blah blah blah, the reality is that the training structures are disastrous, how expensive it is and how long it takes to give you clothes that force you to buy so that you can advertise them, there are thousands of better schools and I have had my little girl there, whatever you say, if you don't, it's simple, NOT WORTH! And when you leave, they don't give you back the money you've spent on their garbage tracksuits and cheap advertising that you do to them! My little girl competed without a jersey because they didn't even have the decency to buy it for her (after all the money I paid) and I had to borrow it from one of the moms. Not bad, next thing! ;)
Response: Buenas tardes: Since you do not identify yourself, we obviously cannot know who you are. Nowhere do we deny having girls with one or another name, we do not know what it refers to. On the other hand, having a Municipal Pavilion as a place of training does not seem disastrous either, a pity that we are not economically powerful enough to build our own, but we doubt that there are many clubs in Spain that have that possibility. Regarding the price, paying between €1 and €2 per hour of training does not seem that expensive either, but of course, it depends on the purchasing power of each one. The training kit is personalized and manufactured specifically for each gymnast, but we are a Gymnastics Club, not a tailor shop, so it takes us a while to deliver what the supplier indicates, which is usually around 20 days/1 month. Our Club is an institution that takes sport seriously and competes at a regional and national level, so wearing the corresponding training clothes (like all Clubs) is not an "advertising" issue as you inquire, but which is a sign of identity. You pay for a kit that you keep and use, for what reason do you imagine that we should return the money for it once you decide to leave? As we have already indicated, it is personalized clothing and we are not the manufacturers. Finally, the leotards are specific to each gymnast. The logical thing is that his parents buy him one to compete, but, in our case, we try to ask the families that make it up, collaboration to be able to lend jerseys to those other families that, for whatever reason, cannot buy one. Roope Nygård: Very cozy and nice climbing gym with spray wall and training equipment in addition to your normal bouldering walls. Despite the language barrier (I don't speak Spanish, and the staff only spoke a little English), I was welcomed with a smiling face. Great customer service by that one guy whose name I didn't catch, since he was busy guiding a group. Something you should notice is that they don't have an option for paying by card, so prepare either cash or be ready to pay with bank transfer.

Anastasia Nikolopoulou: The boxing class with Pablo is something you cannot miss, highly recommended, you learn a lot and it is a complete training. Dylan Garay: A high quality gym, I train in that place and personally I can say that there is level and a lot of class. It is a great place to learn sports from new contacts, they also have an incredible technical team. I personally if I wanted to join a gym, this would be the right one. The only downside is that it is a bit out of the way. But the facilities are large, spacious, and have brand new machines and very good vibes.

Usuari Google: I signed up for CrossFit out of proximity, but the CrossFit instructors at this center leave a lot to be desired. There are some aspects of exercise that can become harmful and not make sense, especially if they don't adapt it to you and on top of that they demand more of you. Stretching prior to contraction exercises has been shown to not be very effective for the muscle, so if it doesn't feel good I don't do it, mainly because I'm going to train and not break. Another negative aspect is that the box is very cold. And the worst part has been the treatment, they don't know you at all and they start yelling at you and humiliating you even knowing that you haven't trained for a long time. I do not tolerate disrespect and much less being told that this is why you stay on the sofa at home... Paying a fee of about 70e to receive this treatment, because obviously I will not return, nor do I recommend it. If you want good professionals and aware of the physical condition of each person, a team that motivates and adapts the exercise to your needs. I recommend Crossfit Vicalvaro.
Tamar: I enrolled my 10 and 15-year-old sons in boxing, and it's the best I could do. Very good prices, impressive facilities, everyone is very professional, Flori the very nice receptionist, and Paco the boxing teacher is the best teacher my children could have. Highly recommended, for adults and children.

Irene Miranda Compan: The best place in Madrid to learn all types of dances besides offering yoga lessons and gym. I recommend trying the flamenco, salsa, modern style and yoga classes. In addition, the architecture of the place is very Spanish with a central courtyard. The atmosphere is very well-coming.
Clara Nchama: It's always fun to come to this place, specially if, like me, don't have too much time to exercise or don't fancy the gym routine. Paying the classes by day, you can try several and then decide if you want to continue, or how many days you want to go. It's also great the variation of classes, going from Bollywood dance to Cajón flamenco.
Carl Göran Heintz: Just joined and there is a huge selection of classes and the space is very nice but I would prefer if they cut some classes (does it really need to be 9 clases of pilates every day?) and was open later on saturdays and open domingo when people have their free time.. and perhaps also earlier, and lowered the prices. 49€/month on special offer cannot really be considered a special offer. I guess the same goes for other gyms in Madrid though, seems cartel-like. I guess im going a bit off-track now but only things more expensive in Madrid then Sweden are gyms and electronics, in Sweden I pay 17€/month with 24h access with classes like box, yoga, pilates etc. Given that the average salary is about 1/4, it doesnt make sense that gyms are 2-3x more expensive.
ChefBig Rich: Dope gym in which customer services; and the equipment is up to par. I'm a huge fitness phanatic and it literally has all things in which a person needs to get a great workout. From free weight to machines, even a huge selection in group fitnessclasses. This place has it all with plenty of trendy music to help get your mindset ready for your workout. Let me also mention it's very clean and big as well so ur not just bumping into oneanother. This was a great little stop in such a hectic and busy town. Totally recommend this to others.
Lucía Moreno-Manzanaro: The administration team and customer service is outdated, rude and abysmal. I misplaced my bono (a loose piece of paper) and they completely refuse to try and find a way to compromise so that I do not lose the 90€. When I explained my situation, I was told with disdain that one cannot simply "lose" a piece of paper, and that it is clearly stated on the back to not lose it (If only I had thought of that in the first place), that they cannot take responsibility for my recklessness, and that I would "find it eventually", insinuating that I was perhaps lying just to get my money back. They keep NO online systemized track of who attends which classes, or who purchases their bonos or classes. They did not take into account the receipt of my payment or my class attendance, even though teachers write every students name at the end of each class. An incredibly disappointing experience and waste of money.

What you chose is "the origin of Bitcoin", that is our "12 coupons bond", which you can use in at least 90 different activities, including 1 day pass at the gym, massage with the osteopath, studio rental to rehearse or teach your specialty, or even exchange for drinks. We wouldn't say we are a bit backwards, but in the end we are selling just "dance", not rocket science 😉

Ana Fernández: Site of ten! I decided to try one day and it's been almost a year and a half. The impeccable facilities, both the room and the wardrobe (it has everything, you do not need to take anything). Monitoras many wine reception all lovely. Bike / box / ballet sessions that change every three weeks, super complete and very fun. Sometimes organize events with brands in some class, networking days, ... If tests come back😊

anais basilli: I will never sign up for this site again, I feel like my money was stolen. Book to go to the class at 4:45, I arrived two minutes late, only two minutes and the doors were already closed, there was not a single person in reception who could open it for me, supposedly they had an emergency and that's why there was no one at reception. The worst of all is that they make you feel guilty because you arrive 2 minutes late, when I have previously seen people who arrive later and let you pass, apart from that they leave you waiting outside for more than 15 minutes to call you and tell you that it is your fault . I will not register again, I regret not having registered elsewhere. The response they gave me is even worse, they call me after reading my review saying that you can't tell a client that she can't be late, but they respond to my review saying that you can't be three minutes late because otherwise you don't have the permission to enter the class. In the end it's your fault as you didn't have anyone at reception. The bad service at B3B GMC is impressive.

Inmaculada Martínez Merino: I have signed up for fitboxing and hypopressive classes and I am delighted. The treatment by the teachers is very close and personalized. They follow your progress, they take extreme care of the technique and they are aware of you at all times. You can tell from minute 1 that they are real professionals. In addition, the classes are very fun and there is a very good atmosphere among the partners. I recommend it 100% for people looking to try activities other than the typical gym on duty (the offer is very wide) and who enjoy being treated as a family. Maria García: Simply wonderful, it is not an ordinary school, the treatment is exceptional; classes are professionally led and that's the big difference. From pole dance with different levels, Pilates led by the two teachers who take extreme care of the technique, the zumba (very different from all the ones I have tried !!!) and they also teach modern dance to children where the leveling that surprises have. I was one of those types of people who took for granted that Crossfit is only for very top sports people, and I clarify that there are very top people and very down people, the common factor of these extremes is simply that they enjoy training, each one in their own way. rhythm, but one who does 20 pull-ups enjoys the same thing and I do not do 2 even with elastic help but I enjoy doing what I can.
