Mónica J.: I think a picture is worth a thousand words. I bought the extensions a couple of months ago at €85 67 grams. I always buy Indian hair but due to schedule issues I decided to buy a little more in Thin Justino to fill in when they put them on me. ERRORRR The hair is not natural, it is mixed with synthetic. They get very tangled as you can see in the photo I have worn them both the same month and the ones with Indian hair are perfect and on the other hand the ones here are disgusting to see them. Do not waste your money or the health of your hair since by getting so tangled you hit yourself good pulls every time you want to comb them. And beware that to return them they put a thousand obstacles on you so forget it! They take advantage of the fame they had years ago but the service and quality is now disastrous... very very disappointed

Esther Criado: I have been using extensions for almost 10 years and the last 6 with curtain extensions attached with micro links. I have a lot of experience and I know how to take care of them, they usually last me approximately 9 months. At the beginning of February my hairdresser bought me a package of 100 grams here and I put them on on February 15. The extensions had to have some type of treatment that was lost with washing and after about 3 washes they began to create horrible tangles that I was not able to remove with any type of product, neither masks, nor serum, nor oils nor mada . They created like a kind of nests impossible to untangle. At the beginning of March, my hairdresser contacted the store managers to explain the problem and see what solution options they gave us. From the beginning it was all hits and problems. According to them, there is a period of fifteen days to return the product and that we had not used it until much later, which was when we saw that it was defective, it has not helped. Last week, with less than a month of wearing them, (when the normal thing is that they last me 9 months, as I said) I had to buy another one to pay for the withdrawal and the installation and the extensions were completely split and destroyed, in addition that with so many tangles they have ended up breaking the anchors of my own hair too. This morning, after having called several times, my hairdresser went to take the extensions to be seen and after wasting her time and money, she has achieved nothing. Although according to them, the return time has passed, I think they should take charge if there is a defective product. Especially when they have been reporting for more than 15 days. They are products with a high cost and without any guarantee.

Guadalupe Echauri: THEY CHARGED ME €360 FOR SYNTHETIC HAIR TELLING ME IT WAS NATURAL HAIR. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THOSE WE DO NOT KNOW. I went to this place because I was sightseeing in Madrid, I decided to apply NATURAL hair extensions and it turns out that I ended up paying €360 for synthetic hair. They take advantage of the fact that a client is not local to deceive. It should be noted that I left the site and the extension has already dropped, I came back and they charged me €50 for placing it better when it was their mistake. To make matters worse, after 4 days I had to throw it away because the hair was totally tangled. I went to my usual hairdresser and they told me “Honey, this is €20 synthetic hair that you can find in any Chinese bazaar 😭.”
Response: We have never ever used €20 synthetic hair as they told you, because we do not have it, nor do we use it. We always put natural hair 100%. We do not distinguish if the person comes from abroad or is here, we treat everyone equally. The way in which each client cares for their extensions also has a lot to do with it. I also find it very strange that he charged you €50 to fix it after leaving the site as you say. Because that would never do. We charge €50 to adjust an extension after a minimum of one month has passed.

Gloria: Hair extensions made VERY VERY bad, the next day after doing them they started to fall off several strands. A job that should have lasted at least 3 months and instead, after about twenty days, about 25 locks had already fallen and the others that were left were all to be redone, admitted, moreover, by the shop staff. Although I had paid for a job done in the worst way, with badly done altarpiece, wrongly distributed hair with a hanging curtain effect, as soon as I got out I had to run away from the hairdresser and try to fix the job as best I could. Once I came back to rearrange all the work they had done badly and wearing all the fallen hair, I tried to be as correct as possible without making too many problems (I just wanted the work to be fixed), but the response from the staff was to answer in an absolutely rude way, to treat the customer very badly, not to take responsibility by making stupid assumptions to put the blame on me and make me pay back the work that has been redone to remedy what they had done, without feeling any reason or care at all nothing. I tried to speak in the most polite way possible with the red-haired lady, very rude, who did not want to call the boss from the shop and in addition threatened to call the police or to take them off after I had paid for a job I repeat badly and finding myself in this situation because of them. In addition, I always do the extencion, I have them with the texture and with the keratin and I have never had a situation of this kind neither of human quality. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I ordered 200 grams of blonde weft hair extensions and I’ve had them in 2 weeks and they are completly ruined - can’t use any heat on them at all and they feel so plastic almost like Barbie hair. I understand they are cheaper than normal but I would rather pay 500€ and have hair that lasts. I have just been to the hairdressers to have it curled and we can’t even brush the curls out as it all just go back to straight. I do not recommend at all, the hair is terrible.

The saleswoman has shown us three wigs of the style that my mother was looking for, and with the second she has given full. We are very happy with the treatment and advice. The explanations on the care of the product are very adequate and simple. The wig, despite being synthetic, is of great quality. We have left delighted and my mother is gorgeous!!!
