ROSA MARIA Castro Esteban: I have been a client of this center for years, almost since its opening, for manicures and pedicures. During this time there has been frequent renewal of persoban, and generally always well, until a year ago when with a new incorporation I began to have problems (injuries when cutting the nails, poor treatment of hardness, use of thick enamels and not lasting the manicure or 12 hours, wanting to make me wait having an appointment to attend to another person without time, etc). That is why on the last two occasions I requested that the other employee attend to me. Today they tell me that due to medical problems only the competent person could do the manicure and they inform me that the pedicure would be done by the incompetent person. I told the manager, over the phone, that they should have informed me, but due to the rush, he accepted how they had organized it. What is my surprise, when at the end of the manicure, they inform me that I do not have an appointment for a pedicure, because the incompetent employee has been upset for not wanting her to attend to me. It seems to me that they have had a total lack of responsibility, I am free to choose who I want to be attended to and the minimum was to have informed me that said person did not want to attend to me in advance. A total lack of professionalism, incompetent in his work, ZERO STARS, and of course I will never return. And of course, I have won with the change of center.

MARTA FG: I have been going to Tatiana Silva for many years to get a Brazilian straightening done. At first it lasted 4-5 months. A marvel. But for a couple of years it has nothing to do with the above. In a month as if you had not done anything. It is clear that it is not the same product and the current one is not effective. They have focused too much on marketing and neglected quality.

Fiona T: Forgot the name of the stylist who did my hair, she was Ukrainian but wow my hair looked amazing. I was skeptical because I am from London and only trust one hairdresser with my hair. However, this stylist was different. I requested a blowdry and explained that my curly hair gets frizzy in the wind. 3 days later my hair is still in tact and no flyaway frizz despite the windy weather in Madrid. Gracias! Kim Harper: This was my first visit to Toni & Guy in Madrid. I had called into the salon a few days before my appointment date to discuss what style and colour that I wanted. Fernando was going to be my stylist and I must say that from the moment I walked into the salon he was very professional, gave me advice on what would be good for me and my hair. On my appointment day he was absolutely fabulous. He took time and talked through the process of what he was doing to my hair and discussed with me what cut he thought would suit me and also make the condition of my hair better,, as it was in pretty bad condition. Overall my first experience with Fernando and Toni & Guy was 5* the colour and cut I am over the moon with and I will definitely go back, in fact I have my next appointment already arranged. My hairstylist was Fernando, a great guy who really knows what he is doing. Very friendly, and speaks good english. He gave me a great haircut and style. Sarah Keenan: Good service, bad hair cut. I feel compelled to review as I got my hair cut at this salon based on the glowing reviews I saw here. The overall experience in the salon was great, professional customer service as you would expect from Toni&Guy. I left feeling happy as the styling was very good. On washing and styling my own hair I saw how uneven the cut was. No long layers at the back like I had asked for (language wasn´t a problem, my hair stylist spoke good English) and a few layers at the sides were so uneven, I had to cut a few strands myself. Unacceptable for a 30 euro haircut let alone 60 euros. Would NOT recommend.

Madelyn Schur: As an American in Madrid, I wanted to get my hair done and I got a recommendation for Blow Dry Bar. I made an appointment with Fernando and he exceeded my expectations. I am in love with my hair and the balayage was done perfectly just by showing him one picture. I would recommend this place for anyone. He also styled my hair for free at the end for a photo. Hair dye came with a free coffee and a cake. Fernando and I had a lovely conversation and everyone in the salon spoke English as well as Spanish.

Genevieve E Hadeed: about 4 months ago, i went to the salon to get my color done, previosoly i had grown out blonde hilights, and i wanted to touch them up and do an inbetween color. i went to speak to the stylist before my appointment and communicated several times in between feeling confident about my hairstyle. i have gone to several hairsalons in madrid and have gotten my hair messed up many times so i was nervous. anyways fast forward to my appointment, 5 hours later, i ended up with burnt fried orang hair. Now tell me, what hairdresser puts bleach on already blonde hair? So, i left the salon with damaged hair, that was toned to an orange color. Now, my hair is still destroyed with thin stringy ends. END RESULT: i had to color my hair dark myself. i spend 120 euros for orange burnt hair. i will never go back or reccomed this place, or atleast the hairstylist i had which i wont mention here.
