Ro Rodriguez: Very bad customer service. They had my laptop for two months and we’re not able to fix it because the parts they ordered were all faulty. When I would ask for updates they would leave me on read or not read it at all. After calling them they would send me a voice note that they would give me an update soon, but then the wouldn’t. I had to call again to get any information from them. They gave me the run around for 2 months. I understand if you are busy or if you are trying but you are getting faulty parts but at least try to have good communication about it. When I finally went to pick up my laptop after them not being able to fix it, it took them several minutes to find my charger cable and they only gave me part of it. When I asked where the other half was (the part that plugs into the wall) they were about to give me an excuse that they don’t have it. Then they started looking for it and found it immediately plugged into the wall. They are very disorganized and their customer service is seriously lacking. I recommend they hire additional help to get that place organized.

My phone model is quite old so I was worried there would be no phone screens around, or that they would have to try to find one and order it in, but they had one in their storage! These guys have every type of phone screen out there. Friendly and fast service! And much better prices than in the USA. For my phone, it cost 50 euro all included. Thank you!

Anne Thoma: I had a terrible experience with Computer Chamberí, do not choose them for your phone repair!!! I went to the store to have my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired, which cost 80€. I choose this store because it offered a 6 month warranty on their repairs. However this warranty is NOT REAL. After having my new screen for 2 days, it cracked after being in pocket in my purse. It was clear it was an issue with the quality of the screen. I went back to the store to request a new screen since it had only been 2 days but he refused to fix the phone or offer any help. The owner was rude and made it clear he is scamming customers.

Moto Hot Sauce: This is the worst computer repair shop in Madrid or anywhere. Very unprofessional !!! They have no problem to lie to you and take a job they know they cannot repair because they lack the technical experience. They will ask you pay for an evaluation on your computer knowing they do not have the experience to fix it. They must really need the 38 euros, business can't be that good. What a scam. When all goes wrong when they take apart your computer and break parts because they don't have professional tools and equipment they blame the customer. The refuse to admit any obvious wrong doing even if its for 30 -50 euros to repair. Total scumbags !! the owner is very arrogant and dishonest.. Steer clear of this place... Rick Deckard: ENGLISH BELOW Este es el taller de reparación de computadoras más deshonesto. Rompieron la puerta de la carcasa de mi ordenador cuando intentaron abrirla y luego me echaron la culpa. Los llamé 2 minutos después de que recogí mi ordenador. Su técnico lo puso en mi auto para que no lo notara. Me dijeron que podían reemplazar la placa base cuando les di la información y luego me dijeron que no podían hacerlo después de llevarlo allí. Me hicieron pagar por la inspección de todos modos sabían bien desde el primer momento que no podían hacerlo. Les pagué inmediatamente de buena fe, pero mienten sobre romper la carcasa de mi ordenador. Se puso muy abusivo y grosero por teléfono. Evita este lugar no son honestos, ni aceptan si cometen un error. Traté de resolverlo con ellos, pero me dijeron que siguiera adelante y escribiera esta reseña que no les importa. This is the most unhonest computer repair shop I visited ever. They broke my computer case door when they tried to open my machine and then they blamed it on me to wash their hands of the situation. I called them 2 minutes after I picked up my computer. Their tech put it in my car so I would not notice it. They told me they could replace the motherboard when I gave them the information on the phone (serial numbers, etc.) and then they told me they could not do it after taking it there. They made me pay for inspection anyways knowing well from the first moment they could not do it nor had any intention to fix it. I paid them immediately in good faith and sent them a transfer confirmation. I did not get the same treatment back, instead they lie about breaking my computer case. I was told them I would bring it over so they can see the damages and they refused to even look at it and he got very abusive and rude on the phone. I lost time and money because of this shop. Below is a picture of the broken latch part. Lenovo charges 55 euros for a new door. Avoid this place they are not honest, nor do they accept if they make a mistakes its always going to be your fault. I tried to to work it out with them, but they told me to go ahead and write this review they don't care. His response below illustrates his arrogant attitude.. since other people had no problems fk the clients that had an issue with his work. If you say something negative ... its a fake review LOL. This guy is total joke and you can see how dishonest he is with his replies He thinks people have nothing better to do than waster their time and write fake reviews about a micro business run out of his closet.. I would count your RAM cards before leaving a computer with this guy. He will accuse you that you stole your own RAM cards... A NATURAL BORN COMPULSIVE DISHONEST UNPROFESSSIONAL LIAR... This is my experience and my honest opinion.. @ Irene Goncalves, @Gabriela Fernandez... I read your review and he did the same to me... its our fault he does bad work. He does not want to issue refunds because he will not stand by his less than amature work. Alejandro Ramirez: I took my HP computer with problems with the charger and the battery, which had made me a mess for a long time. The day after leaving it, they called me telling me the breakdown and the budget. After accepting it, the parts took a little less than a week to arrive, and in one morning they changed it for me. While I was able to take the computer with me to continue working with it. The technician is very friendly and attentive. If the budget is not accepted, you have to pay something more than 30 euros, and if it is accepted, you must pay the budget and something more than 40 euros for labor. Perhaps a free estimate would not hurt, but after all, they are quite decisive and effective. Very good experience, if I have problems again I will surely return to them.
