Maria Cst: I visited the store a couple of months ago, I went in to have a look, it is very beautiful with a lot of variety of products and the best quality. I was attended by Miss Kamelia who knew the products very well and is also a person full of joy who encouraged me and ended up buying three suitcases. I stopped by last Saturday to buy some FPM suitcases that were still pending and unfortunately Miss Kamelia was not there and none of the other clerks were up to it, it looked like a funeral home. I hope they cheer up a bit because they lack "life" so at the moment I have not bought anything!

Sanae UCHIDA: Suitcases of various brands were sold, not just RIMOWA. RIMOWA had almost all types and sizes. I bought a classic flight 33L. They also made tax exemption documents right away. I asked if it could be delivered to the hotel, but no. However, it was close to the Alcala Gate and about 5 minutes to Cibeles Square, so the transportation was not bad, so I pulled it back. At the airport, after check-in, I put other duty-free items into Terminal 1 of Barajas Airport, had the customer affix a stamp, and returned to Japan as hand luggage. Customers at Parcelona airport have been waiting for 3 hours, but Barajas is always available and the procedure can be done immediately. There is a refund at D66 in Terminal 2, and there is no handling fee, but if the document was paid in Japanese yen, the exchange rate was not good, so it is better to pay in euros and refund in euros. I think it might be good.
Juan Carlos Milena: A very complete collection of Rimowa, Tumi and Piquadro suitcases. Not suitable for fashion fanatics, because in the end you will want to take it all. I used it to search for gifts for VIP clients

Yael Grimman: Watch out! Terrible service and totally cheat you. The item I picked said €72 but when I got to the cash, they took off the price sticker without telling me and wanted me to pay €150!!! When I called them on it, they said it was the wrong price and just smiled and shrugged when I said they couldn’t do that.

In a short time they wrote my name on the bag I bought. I am satisfied with this store of TUMI. I recommend it to you too.
Petr Pavlik: I start to have serious doubts about the quality of aftersales service of Tumi in Spain. My bag suffered from manufacturing defect. Despite it occurs within warranty period, after more than 5 weeks, Tumi still did not recognize the problem nor they did manage repair or replacement.
