Tyrone White: Super helpful/friendly/welcoming staff which sadly hasn’t always been the standard customer service experience in Madrid. Very nice selection of clothing. Wanted something for the unexpectedly crisp weather and found something that appealed to me but due to it being the end of the season they were out of my size. Would definitely return.

Rodrigo Armas: Because of COVID the store was facing staff shortage, and customer service was one of the areas specially affected. I was contacted by management who apologetically explained the situation and decided to give it another chance. I received excellent attention, and the overall experience was very positive. I appreciate the effort in reaching out after my initial review and would recommend everyone contacting Justo ,the store manager, for consulting regarding your needs.
Rima Courage: I ordered a Herno coat from this boutique via Farfetch. The coat arrived without the pictured belt. I tried the coat on and as it was too small and I was returning it the next day after delivery, I didn't bother to write in. I had not removed any tags and returned the item in the exact condition received, in the same packaging. The boutique accused me of failing to return the belt and accused me of wearing the item! I will never do business with such a place again. Awful experience.

Dajing Li: Bought an item from this boutique on Farfetch, I waited 8 days and the status is still preparing for shipping. Did not hear anything from the boutique regarding the order until I called the customer service of Farfetch and was told the shop doesn't have inventory to send. If I never call CS I would never know about this and my credit card would still be charged of an item I will never receive.

Rafael Armenteros JR: Today I went to buy a smoking and the service was miserable there were two workers and their disgraceful service made me exasperated as I felt disrespected and disappointed as I thought that I was going to a luxurious department store.
CHONGZHOU WANG: A beautifully decorated men's clothing store, but it is not allowed to return and can only be replaced with other items or clothes. The attitude of the teller is very bad. It gives two stars because the store has a discounted off-white worth visiting.
Silvia Castillo: The customer service is terrible, the clerks, far from helping you, make you feel uncomfortable. It seems that their work bothers them. It is unacceptable that one leaves wanting not to return because of the treatment received by their employees.
Rafael Armenteros: Today we were visiting the store looking for a tuxedo, it seemed that we were asking for a favor, there were two shop assistants who came by but made the least effort to help us. Honestly, customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

And when you need to ask a couple of questions about a product, they answer rudely. It is very annoying that in a store that pretends to have a "certain level" they treat their customers in such a contemptuous and unprofessional way. You go there willing to leave a lot of money and you don't want to receive that kind of treatment. I certainly won't be back.

Gina Kim: I found this place through research and had great reviews! One thing I didnt know is that it is mostly an online shop (but hear they are opening up a shop soon). I made a reservation on our Honeymoon for my husband to get a custom tailored suit, and when we got there he told us its mostly online but he would love to help. He spend so much time and detail to explain his company and every detail about how to purchase a good suit. The service, attention and genuine concern for his customers is a breath of fresh air and honestly so hard to find. The fabrics are all great to amazing quality and the price is unbeatable! Pablo: I bought a cardigan and by mistake at the store they charged me twice, when I realized it I called the bank to check it and they confirmed the double charge. I called the store and they made me go to check it out, I was stunned when the person in charge treated me inappropriately and that there was no imbalance in the box and therefore they could not proceed with the return, he treated me haughtily without offering me any solution, erre q erre with q there was no mismatch without checking anything. Sie-Hang Cheung: I've lived in Madrid for 2 years and could never find a store with clothes I liked. Stumbled upon this last weekend and decided to go in and this is THE must go store for men that don't good quality clothes and more! They sell lots of cool brands like Blaw, Denham, Krakatau and also very good looking pasta and nice art! Give this a go, if you're not into the usual brands you see around Madrid and you won't be disappointed. I like this store because it's not just clothes, but a bit of lifestyle, which I'm more used to from the Netherlands (it's actually very similar to the men stores in the Netherlands). Love this place!
Leia: Interesting selection of products. Overshadows the fact that they do not allow purchases to be returned, even with all the labels and the product being in perfect condition (and with a purchase receipt). They bought me something that is slightly small for me, and since they don't have the next size, we have to eat the product. The result: we will not return to the store.

Mikal Rian: Best cuts in the area if you like high armholes and unconstricted movement. Cut/style is Spanish/Italian. Range is €6-900 and beyond (if opting for custom/"semi-bespoke") for suit. Nice fabrics, staff is knowledgeable. Nearby, Anglomania is one step below (some 1-200 cheaper, but about same quality/price ratio), Canali one step above in result (but 1.5-2 steps, or €400, more expensive). This is where I'll go next time I have a €1000 to burn. Review is from 2017-DEC.

Desmond Shum: I have made a bespoke jeans there. The quality is not not consistent. Some come back with the wrong length and I need to send back for refitting.

luis delgado puig2: It's a shame, but the quality of the clothes and the customer service is leaving a lot to be desired in this store. I have had a problem with some boots that have detached the sole and they tell me that the claim does not proceed because it is from use. I bought them in January of last year and of course I did not use them during the summer. I had to file a consumer claim. If you have a problem, you are no longer a customer for them.

Miguel Muga: NEVER GIVE AWAY ANYTHING from this store that you buy online. They give you something and, for whatever reason, you want to change it for something else (NOT returning) and they force you to contact the person who gives it away so that they can proceed with the return and, if they want, make a transfer and buy it in the store. They CANNOT be exchanged in the physical store with the gift receipt.
