Alejandro Martín Plaza: What a pity I did not read the reviews before buying, same procedure, I buy a shovel that is available on their website and they send me an email saying that there is no stock that they send me a superior one but without the corresponding gifts (shirt and others). Juan Carlos Mayans: I have bought a paddle tennis racket that in the first game has lost part of the coverage on one of the sides. Upon returning to the store, they tell me that they do not give a guarantee, that the guarantee is from the brand (bullpadel) therefore they do not change the blade. The only way to solve the problem is to leave my shovel and they contact the brand to make the change (if applicable). I left them the shovel and a week later I went to pick up the new one. Once with the new shovel the exact same thing happened and finally in less than 6 months the shovel is completely broken. I attach the photos of the second shovel 6 months after purchase.

We understand your discomfort at losing the place, but the club told you that your renewal was out of time and alternatives were sought, which did not match your level or did not fit you due to preferences. We understand it is logical that the levels and exercises that are carried out in class are objectively established by the teacher, who is the professional and it is not the student who determines the level of his classmates or says which exercises to do, since said Assessment usually lacks technical rigor and is usually done subjectively, so if a student enters a group, it is usually because they have the necessary level to be in said group and the exercises carried out are in accordance with their level. It is amazing how people's heads are, assuring something that there is no sign of wear, no dirt, no smell, or ANYTHING, it is absolutely disrespectful to a client to ensure something like that when if it were so I would be ashamed to go to change some used shoes. If you play with some shoes, they have to have wear, sand, dirt, the sole a bit more worn, smell, etc etc, it would be evident. I don't understand how they can treat a client like this who went with the 100% clear intention of taking another model, but who would have done the same, come home and try on both feet quietly for a long time to see sensations, but after the surprise I obviously didn't want to take anything with me. On top of that they told me that they would return it to me as a favor but that they were used, it's amazing!! I put this review because I do not like injustices, nor the movies that are mounted ensuring things without proof or evidence! I unfortunate experience ! I do not recommend it nor would I go again.
