Sencom: They did ask us and they brought what we asked for. They also bothered to call saying that it had already arrived. Upon picking up the product, the appearance was not very good, it seemed that it could be used. There they disregarded saying that it is what had come to them. They should take responsibility for what they sell and demand quality from their supplier
Rebeca Lopez: The first time I called I was attended to very quickly. However, the failure of the refrigerator continued, and after calling incessantly for more than a week, we continued waiting for the technician or someone to inform us, come to see the fault again and give us a solution. We had to call another company that did fix it for us, but in the end it would have been cheaper to buy a new fridge. Marta Zabala Cutillas: They are scammers. They charge me the air they charge me 80 euros to come. I mean almost 500 euros in total. Without looking to see if the air conditioner is faulty first...the air conditioner only worked for a week. I call them to fix the problem or ask for an explanation as to why they charge my air without looking to see if there is a problem... and nothing. After that they no longer pick up the phone.
