Laura Matheis: I went to a workshop to create a photo album. I LOVED it. Loved the experience and it was a great way to spend a Saturday morning with a friend. The owner was LOVELY!!!! This nice young lady had a lot of patience and taught us incredible tips to create the nicest album. The materials provided by her were superb (can also be bought at her store). I definitely recommend this place!!

Eva Navarro: A great site for people who like crafts and especially scrap. They have everything! An outrageous variety of embossing powders! Secret Envelope Productions: Big range of mainly craft based art supplies. Items are displayed on big ugly green signs, which is fine but not ideal for someone who likes browse and touch things. It's kind of like shopping online but in real life. Go for this bizarre experience.
Carmen Pănuță: They have a lot of stuff, for painting, sculpting, gluing,air brushing, accessories, buttons, leather strings, buttons etc. The only thing I wanted and they didn't have was a faux-leather sheet. The girl who attended me wasn't especially nice and barely mumbled a "thank you, goodbye" in response when I left. The old man who was attending someone else seemed very very nice.
Stuart Wilson: Amazing choice of art and crafts supplies even a printers press! Pretty much all you could need. I think the second branch near Tirso de Molina is bigger .. where I could get engobes for ceramics. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful.

Cristian Azevedo: It is the Folder that my colleagues and I normally go to because it is next to our office. The guy who is in charge (apparently) of the store is quite rude and unfriendly and every time you ask him for something he seems to be sparing your life, without exaggeration. More than one colleague has had a bad experience with him when asking for an invoice by mail (which never arrives and when you go to ask for it he does it reluctantly) or when he himself has made a mistake in printing photos of the machine and has paid for the copies that have gone wrong. In short, terrible attitude towards customers on their part.
Nacho Alonso: Second time in a week that I go and the printer is occupied by a person who is printing either textbooks taken from photos and sent by WhatsApp or 200 sheets of a nearby business with a very identifiable logo. Which I think is great, but they have sent me home both times because they were going to spend more than 1 hour doing those jobs. Man, I say that you can serve other customers who are going to print a normal volume of things and leave these jobs on hold or do them at another time so as not to saturate the store... I clarify that this has happened with a new guy, with whom he is Bald and bearded I have never had any problems in over 1 year.

MARTA FENOLLAR: This place was wonderful, but now behind the counter there is a very unpleasant woman with straight hair, a cocky, aggressive tone and a great desire to argue about everything... who also doesn't even know what she has or doesn't have: The paper The Wall is from Canson, although she says NO (I attach a photo) and discusses treating professionals as ignorant, there was another client who was scandalized with the treatment I received out of the blue, everything I said seemed wrong to this salesperson , he threw the catalog of papers at me in a bad way on the counter, in short... I am clear that he did not want to sell me the paper that was and continues to be available on the web, although around here they say that they have the one on the web In the store, he told me he didn't have it... I was treated much better in the Bellas Artes stores on Hortaleza street, cheap prices, kindness and education for the same products. I will not return to La Riva, after 25 years buying my materials there. I do not recommend this site, not anymore. Now answer what you want to justify yourself, there are many reviews for the same thing, deplorable treatment of customers.

Those of us who attend to them are the same in both cases, so the problem must be something broader. We are very sorry that you consider that you were not treated correctly and we will speak again with our saleswoman, who had already told us about the encounter, although not in the same way. That is why we ask you to call the person in charge, to solve it right there. Now there is little we can do, apart from losing a client. As for the item you were looking for, it is in our catalog but on our website it is not specified whether or not it is in stock, and it is currently out of stock. Again our apologies, the last thing we want is for anyone to stop feeling welcome in our home.
Irene Crossing: I have not returned to this store because of how badly they treated me the time I bought. They will have great roles, but they couldn't be more rough and unpleasant, honestly. There are better stores, where they at least advise you and treat you kindly. Here they dislike your presence. And for God's sake don't even think about asking about a product they have on their website!
