ALICIA DIAZ: I bought a maquiborda about eight years ago and my experience has been very bad. In the store they advised me the model of the machine and it cost me around €600. The machine has never worked well for me, I have taken it several times to fix it to where I bought it on Toledo street, but the machine never worked well. I wrinkled fine fabrics (chiffon, silk) and the mechanic told me that these fabrics were delicate, when I sewed them with my old machine. I stopped taking it to be fixed there and now I continue sewing with my old machine. I would never buy anything there again. I think they sold me the defective one and I feel cheated.

E F: I took the machine to be fixed and they charged me €84.70. I took it again because it made a lot of noise, they poured a lot of oil and they told me that it was very old, that a crank was loose and could not be adjusted. Since I was not satisfied, I went to another place where they fixed my machine, it no longer sounds like a ratchet and it sews wonderfully, I am thankful that the oil did not enter the engine. The mechanic is terrible.
Response: The machine is more than 20 years old, we told you that the connecting rods take on blemishes over time and that's why it sounds, but the machine sewed perfectly after making the repair. In fact we showed him that when we put oil it didn't sound so loud. Now it won't ring but in time it will ring again and it shouldn't surprise you on such an old machine. We didn't tell him it was old, we told him it's old, which is the truth, and things sound old over time, but we left the machine sewing perfectly, that's what's important. Now do not say that it has been repaired elsewhere when we have left the machine sewing perfectly. I find your message very ugly and very unpleasant when we have done everything possible to solve it. And you know, that we have put all our efforts. Which surprises me that he put this review when he left the store satisfied. All it does is do damage.

Rosa Lorente: Terrible service. For me it was a big disappointment, is a shop that I have been all my life and always with good treatment. This time I took my machine repaired, and little time to finish the warranty and with very little use once again has the same fault. horrible treatment by the technician when not agree to re-pay the same amount they charged the previous time and I return the machine with a disassembled piece. Of course I will not return and do not recommend.
Response: I apologize for your dissatisfaction but what you have said is not true. The machine picked it up repaired on January 19, 2019 and brought it back again on November 18, 2019. It has been 11 months. The repair guarantee is 3 months, therefore it is not shortly after the end of the guarantee. It is enough time. As for the disassembled part, it is the part on the front part that is fitted and machines that are as old as 30 years or more take up slack over time, under pressure and it does not fit properly, it happens in these types of models. In any case, it could have been solved if he had let us know and had not gotten to put a complaint sheet. Sam Sam: One day after buying and assessing that the product was not what we were looking for, I went to return the product. First instance: it cannot be returned because "that is not how things are done". After telling him that we only saw that it was not what we were looking for, he tells us "it has 15 days to return it but it must be returned for a SPECIAL REASON" and we ask for a return again because we are not satisfied and in the end he grants us the return because he makes an "exception" . In the process of nothing he tells us "it has a blow and it is unsealed". He gives us the return and ends by saying that he is going to "eat with potatoes" the machine with rintintin. Very upset with the transaction and do not recommend. I have bought more expensive and specialized products in other stores and they have never given me so many problems for a return. Bad experience.

I went to this shop as a Singer SAT and they got me a new machine! In just a few days, with a carrier strike in between, I had my new machine in perfect condition. And not only that: in those days they called me several times, they reassured me that we would make it, very friendly and professional. If I had known them before, I would have bought my machine from their store with my eyes closed. I give them a ten and I recommend them 100% for their professionalism and kindness. If you want to buy a machine or need to fix it, do not hesitate, they will serve you wonderfully.

In September you ask again for the classes and you are given a place again. You come to class with a knitting kit that they have sold you on another site with circular needles, and long-haired wool, when it is the first time you use those needles. it is explained to you that this kit is not for beginners and that this wool is difficult to handle due to the length of its hair, it is recommended that you practice with a normal ball of wool, which is what they offer you, wool which nobody forces you to buy, and of which you decide to take 12 balls, by the way at a 40% discount and which was left at one and a half euros per ball. During the class you did not express any kind of disagreement, on the contrary, what was our surprise when you send me a message at 12 at night on my mobile telling me that we have deceived you, that you have brought a Katia wool kit that they have told you that It doesn't work and they have forced you to buy some wool that you didn't want or need... that he will pick up the wool and give you back the money for the month of the classes and the wool... If you write a review putting a star. .. you have to have the courage to explain why you don't hide behind it and just as I have the courage to explain the reason for it. I do not tolerate being accused of being thieves or swindlers, maybe the person who scammed you was the one who sold you a kit that today you are not able to use because you do not have the knowledge to do so and knowing the sector, that cheap kit was not. And maybe the one who spoke to you honestly was us, making you see that you had to start with another yarn to later make the kit. I already told you that we are waiting for you so that you can finish the month in classes, learn what you have time and continue at home with your long hair kit, which for our part is no problem. But that we were not going to collect the wool that you freely decided to buy or return the money for the month. Because you have paid for a place that someone else has not been able to occupy. Having a business does not mean that we have to put up with everything the client wants, we treat our clients as we would like them to serve us.
