Luis Barrios: I loved this store, wonderful, there are all kinds of socks, with all possible drawings from SpongeBob to movies. Karlo Medved: I know this is the third review for a single purchase but I wanted to share my experience. The store has a large selection of socks and designs and their cotton socks seem to be good quality even though I haven't tried them on. Their polyester and polyester-cotton blend socks are a different story. I recieved a pair as a gift for my birthday because they had a design that I liked. While some deformation of the design is always expected in this kind of sock, here the deformation is really noticeable and in my opinion it ruins the look of the design. The problem is that these socks are more expensive than the cotton ones even though the cotton socks are of much better quality in comparison. When we tried to return them because the quailty did not match the price (10€ !!) we were told that the store does not accept returns and that we can't return them because they were already tried on. After that the situation escalated because the seller seemed to take the critique quite personally. Our intention wasn't to be disrespectful, we just wanted to return the product and leave our opinion so the store could improve itself in the future. While I understand they are not legally obligated to accept returns I don't believe it would harm their business as much as a poor review could. In conclusion, I believe the polyester socks are overpriced and that their customer service should be improved.
Mirta Moravec: Bad quality, worse customer service Bought a pair of socks as a birthday gift for a friend. When he tried them on he was very dissapointed that the most visible part of the sock completely loses shape and fades. Went to return them and were met by a very angry guy who just won’t accept that this doesn’t look good and takes everything personally. Some of my favourite quotes; - “Where are you from?” - because my country of origin somehow affects the situation - “You don’t know good socks” - I guess there are no good socks in my lame country - “We’ve had a million customers and never a complaint” - read some of the other reviews with the same complaints - “We don’t do returns, that’s how it is in Gucci, Balenciaga…” - as if he knows or can be compared to high-end stores In the end he barely made the required signature for the official complaint form. Avoid!!
David Muleka: A very interesting and rare concept. The store is full of socks from different brands and a huge variety of designs, separated depending on the sewing and sizes. The staff look friendly as they help you if you are looking for something specific you want on a sock. I recommend taking your time when choosing since you can have a laugh with some designs.
Matias R: Not the first time I see a sock store but this one got a LOT of designs to choose. They are separate by sizes and materials and each group offers a lot of different styles. The staff is friendly and caring since the help you find the topic you have in mind. Nice place overall.
Otto Raškaj: While I can tolerate bad quality socks since I can (usually) return them, what I can not tolerate is bad behavior and disrespect towards paying customers. Extremely unpolite owners who would rather insult my intelligence by claiming that "I don't know how socks are made" than use this as an opportunity to increase their quality of both product and service. I recommend you give this shop a wide berth.

Aroa Lacia Coleria: Taking into account the aesthetics of the store, the store's social networks and the boss himself, I had an idea of the type of store that I could expect. Still they managed to surprise me, a store with rough designs where you find them trying to be a renowned brand without obviously succeeding. In addition to being cheesy, the designs are horribly repetitive (not a single cat design in the entire store?). Only the attention I received is saved but still I would not buy anything even to do them a favor.
Concepcion Campos: If you want top quality and superoriginal socks, do not hesitate, this is your store. The swimsuits are also highly recommended. It is a specialized store and that shows in the treatment and the quality of its garments. Ideal for socks to go fashion and great, along with the swimsuits, and as gift ideas.
Juan Antonio Rodriguez-Toquero: They have a section dedicated to socks with very original designs. There are for boy, woman and man. I think it really is as if they were 3 unique sizes since being 90% cotton they adapt to the foot. Large size fits for feet from 41 to 46 In addition there are medium and high. Normally of this type of sock you will find them of medium height but in Naive they are also tall.

Lulu Swanborough: I bought a pair of tights here and sadly they ripped after I wore them twice. I thought this brand was supposed to be good quality but apparently not. When I tried to explain this to the sale assistant and get a new pair, she was not useful at all, she said sometimes they rip. it happens. This is not what I expect. Poor customer service from a brand which I thought was of high quality. Won’t be shopping here again.

Eva Fenies: Excellent experience! I am a regular customer of this brand. I bought some leatherette leggings with a pocket 3 months ago and for the first time, they did not give me good results. I no longer had the purchase receipt, but since I had paid with a card, I indicated the day and the SUPER friendly clerk (a blonde girl, unfortunately I don't know her name) located it for me and exchanged it for another product. Rositsa Kovacheva Mechkova-Vega: I agree with the opinions of the unpleasant attention on, all to one of the vendors, a long-haired brunette girl. I am a frequent client of Calzedonia and I have bought from almost all of them in Madrid, Leganés and Fuenlabrada, but this is, without a doubt, the one with the worst customer service. The shop assistant has forgotten her manners at home. Also that it is there thanks to the clients and not the other way around.
diego pc: Located in front of the Foodissimo that overlooks the parking lot. Small store but well organized and good service. I usually stop by to look at things when I have family birthdays, women, etc. There are usually older shop assistants, but there is also a younger girl, with long hair, who still takes less time, but to my surprise, just as prejudice, (my fault) she always surprises me when I agree because of the attention she pays and helping me find appropriate gift, 5 times 4 I was right, only the 5th time is that I already had it the same. It is nice to see workers who care about their work and help the client, not only dispatch, which is scarce in the sector. Highly recommended and attention of 10. Even more so if you change lines, or leave or enter.

If you are TOURIST you are LUCKY, ask for information about the TOURIST CARD of El Corte Ingles in the store and you will have SPECIALS DISCOUNTS ON YOUR PURCHASES. Very nice staff, they will be pleasure to help you, and if they don´t have the product you´re looking for, they will try to get it for you! They even have exclusive products in the store.
