Marli was a phenomenal host in Madrid. She opens her house and heart to all who stay with her. She made incredible food, kept a clean house, and had great recommendations on places to see in the city. She made my roommates and I feel at home immediately. So pleasant and friendly, she made my experience in Madrid so much better.

Could not recommend Marli House enough! I spent a semester abroad here and had an absolutely amazing experience. Marli’s location is outstanding and her hospitality is even more impressive. She was so welcoming and all of my friends in my study abroad program were incredibly jealous of my setup at Marli House. Marli was a wonderful host while I completed my study abroad in Madrid. The apartment I stayed in was in a great location. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Marli's cooking; she typically prepared a 3 course meal and there was not one dish I did not like. Marli made me feel like I was more than a tenant and ev en cared for me when I got sick for a few days. I cannot recommend Marli enough if you are in Madrid, she is truly wonderful.

Studying and living abroad can make any student nervous, especially when they are assigned to live with a host family they have never before. From my first day in Madrid, Marli embraced my friends and I as one of her own. She was always available to help us with anything we need, and turned our group into a family. I will always be grateful for my time in Madrid, but it wouldn’t not have been nearly as memorable without my friend and second mom that hosted us. Go Marli!
