Anna Wilkins: Sandra did a wonderful job transcribing the design I had drawn for my tattoo and was very patient with me being both nitpicky and a baby about the pain. zineb el abbassi: I had my first tattoo + a piercing here and I definitely made the right choice! They're professional, clean, very welcoming and just good at what they're doing. They take time discussing and executing your ideas and the result is just great. The studio is very clean with such a comfortable atmosphere. They speak English, French and Spanish, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend and I'm definitely going back for an other tattoo!

Raza Rex Iversen: Sandra has made me three tattoos by now, and I have been very satisfied every time. She is very professional and skilled, and knows her job. She gives good advices on design, size, colors, placement of the tattoo etc, and really cares about the details. The result has been really good each time. The tattooing in itself has been a nice, safe and fun experience, and it's easy to socialize with her or just chill while spending some hours in the studio. As a last point, I really like the vegan profile, and the fact that all products are vegan. I can definitely recommend her!!!

G'Klorgho Vrag: Professional, attentive and personable Tattoo artists/support staff (admin, reception, management). I had 3 sessions with Adrian Rod and would highly recommend him (amazing realism artist) or any other artist at the shop. Artists at Humanfly specialize in many different tattoo styles and artists from around the world come to work as guests often. Many artists, including Adrian, speak English. The shop itself is very clean, organized and spacious with neat interior decor. The shop looks small on the outside but, it is huge inside. If a client is concerned about privacy, each tattoo station has sliding, non see-through doors. There is a nice large private patio behind the shop to chill, drink or eat. The shop is also the headquarters of 100 Demons clothing. I bought multiple shirts and toques. The designs are unique and created by artists from the shop and around the world. The apparel is not just nice but, great quality too. One of the best tattoo shops I have been to. Highly recommend being tattooed at Humanfly!

j0shdafunky1: Walked in expecting to have no chance at seeing Jee, but by a stroke of rare fortune I was able to schedule an appointment with el maestro himself for two days later. Everyone in the studio was beyond accommodating, and of course the work of Jee is beyond value - a true master. He created a one shot all day piece to compliment my preexisting tattoos on the leg. His work, along with everyone else in the pristine studio I’m certain, is top calibre. I plan to continue our works together later this year when he visits nyc. Cannot recommend the fine people at Human Fly enough. Truly accommodating and professional from beginning to end!

The Dear Grandson: These guys knows their stuff, a nice combo of artists of different style and ethnicities with a high quality portfolio. One of the best tattoo studios I've seen in Madrid, comfortable and amazingly decorated. This is the kind of place that doesn't require a showcase on the street, these guys already have a name on their own so there's no need to be in a crowded touristic area, which is great for privacy issues. Even though, is quite a tricky puzzle to get to the studio if you don't know your way around.
Al Chu: Great shop! Very inviting atmosphere, from the super friendly staff and crew, to the relaxing patio area to chill while you wait. The Artists are world class and extremely accommodating. I got a beautiful piece from Jee and would definitely be back to get another when I’m back in Madrid. Jacob Nelson: Had both lobes pierced today (evening of November 12) and they are significantly uneven. Not a lot of attention/care paid by the actual guy doing the piercing. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable, but we definitely felt rushed and that showed in the result. Would recommend another shop since even such a basic service was messed up.

Maïa Espinosa: Me and my friend got our first Tattoos here on the 15th of April and it was an amazing experience. The lady at the front desk was very nice to my friend who didn’t speak Spanish (i translated for her) and answered all of our questions and concerns. We were both tattooed by Kique who was very sweet to both of us. My tattoo has healed very nicely and I’m very pleased with it. Attached are photos of the fresh tattoo, 2 days after and now 2 months later. If you want a spontaneous tattoo in Madrid, this is the perfect place to go!

Kathy Mtz: The welcoming staff and prices are ok BUT Federico did a micro dermal piercing which came out just hrs after. The next week they had to be removed because they were poorly done. Try another person.

Response: Hello Royce, As you should know, sometimes can happen in the healing process that the ink doesn’t stay properly. About the shading, he asked you if you wanted more or you would leave it just like that and you decided to leave it that way. In both cases you have the opportunity to come and revise it because you have the guarantee of three months. You have also to make sure that you follow the steps that the tattoo artist gave you to heal it because it may be a little bit dry (you have to hydrate it). Once it is healed you can come and we revise it without any problem. Thank you and see you.
A B: I never write reviews but I am so happy with the result of my tattoo. I was a walk in and was given an appointment for later in the day. The price of the tattoo was reasonable for the size. I did not have a solid idea on how I wanted the shading to look but he took initiative and it came out beautifully. The tattoo artists ( Oscar) he took the time and care to make sure it was a solid tattoo. I will be back for another tattoo before I leave Madrid. UPDATE: I have gotten 6 tattoos and a piercing here! each time is amazing experience, friendly, fast and well cared. I have had Oscar for most of my tattoos and he is professional, attention to detail and easy to work with. Thank you for 2 years of great tattoos!

Before going here I probably talked to 6-7 studios in both Sweden and Spain and at least five artists told me that what I wanted to do wasn't possible without using laser.
