Bryoni: I do not usually write reviews however I was very upset by how I was treated yesterday. I was choosing between many different providers for a prepaid SIM card and decided to go with Vodafone. The customer service from the 3 members of staff yesterday was terrible and rude. I waited for half an hour to be served and I appreciate that they had other customers to help, but they approached everyone who walked in after me to ask what they needed help with and ignored me, even when I tried to ask them for help. When I finally got the attention of one of the staff members, she pushed me to another staff members to deal with and made a big huff. The next staff member made me feel like I was being a huge inconvenience and was rude with her instructions. She rushed me through the process and I got a prepaid SIM card without knowing how to activate it, what data/ call package I got, what the next steps are and any proof of purchase. She just said "done" with an aggressive tone and walked away. I had waited patiently without causing a fuss and been polite when trying to find out what SIM card she was giving me, but got no respect back. My family who also need to get SIM cards will not be getting one from Vodafone now.

Samiyyah Williams: Omgoodness was a super easy process. We walked in told MariaJose (the worker there) what we wanted and we were literally set up in less than 10 minutes. She spoke fluent English and noticed we were also trying to speak spanish and used spanish at certain points. Great service we will definitely visit this location again. Lily Grigoryan: Place has 2 workers only, none understands any language other than Spanish, 2nd one also doesn't understand anything about her job either. The shop at the most touristic place has just 1 person working and 10+ waiting all the time. So in general, service is horrible. Also, they run out of all card packages after 4, so had to come the next morning, when they had only L, XL packages idk why, so had to take L with around 140 GB net for a week.

Zaineb Ouazzani: Such a horrible service, not only are the employees rude but they don’t give you any solution at all. I explained to them that I wasn’t able to do simple things such a pay or register for an account without error messages. One employee disregarded my messages and then tried to create an account: the error message appeared ! And then he just told me that he can’t do nothing because the system was down and he asked me to call in an hour and went back to his seat.

Beth Nicholson: Terrible service. I contracted a mobile phone line with Vodafone by phone and received a text to say it had arrived. I went to the shop and experienced the worst customer service of my life. I arrived and waited at least 20 minutes to be served. I then showed the text, order number and my ID to Marina who was the rudest person I’ve ever met. From the moment she served me she was impolite and abrasive. She looked on the system and said she couldn’t give me the sim. She then said the sim wasn’t there. I explained I had had the message to say it was. She was rude again and unhelpful. I asked her to call Vodafone to clarify why the text had been sent. She refused and said I should call. I left and received a message saying the sim had been given to me! I called Vodafone who informed me the sim was in fact in the store. I returned to the store the next day and was attended by someone else who confirmed the sim was at the store. I can forgive a misunderstanding about the SIM card but honestly marina’s attitude was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. EDIT - was told on here to contact them on Facebook so I did and no one responded

Arturo Avila: Their service here is usually pretty good, the only problem are the queues. I’ve been there probably around 5 times and I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 15 minutes before they helped me. But once you’re helped, they do so quickly and with a smile.

Nurece Gunes: My daughter had lost her phone. On Sundays the Vodafone inside the El Corte Inglés is open. There was such a nice Vodafone lady there, with a smiling face, she helped us and in 5 minutes we got another telephone card. It costs 5 euros, to inform. So happy to find an open Vodafone shop on Sunday . There seems to be one more in Puerta del Sol.

Leri Saduk: Dear Vodafone, today I went to this store with a code to return my device, spent 40 minutes there, and left the place without returning it because your staff was not capable of receiving it. Why did I spend 40 mins plus the journey to your store? Do you think people have time to waste and should just assume these inefficiencies?!? I don’t mean to be rude but..useless store, useless staff. Here is what happened: I had cancelled my wifi contract with Vodafone, so as usual, they sent me a code to return the devices I had, within 30 days, and extending that period will cause penalization of the client. So I went to the nearest store to return the modem device, 6 days after cancellation/receiving the code. Both codes I had from Vodafone didn’t work on the store’s computers, so the staff told me to call Customer Support (22123) from the store. Okay..We call Customer Support, explain the situation and receive the answer that the codes are fine and should work. Here starts the funny part: Store staff tells me “Now they will need to create a new code, which you will receive at best in a couple hours. You should come back another time, or if you want to wait, wait over there so that I can attend other clients”. Wait why? How many times I’m supposed to come to YOUR store to return YOU YOUR device? And have you solved my problem so that you want to attend other clients? At the same time store has 3 other staff present, not attending to nobody..At this point I’m still on the phone with Customer Support, not even finished our conversation.. After waiting on the line, CS says exactly what staff said, that they will apply for generating a new code. And I explain them that I’m upset and don’t want to make the trip again to the store for returning the device… After the brief wait on the line, CS tells me that it is up to the store staff to receive or not receiving the device. At this point the staff says: “I won’t take your device since the code is not working”. ”How about being practical? Signing a paper saying that I return and you receive the device?” “No” After 30 minutes of conversation with CS while I’m in the store, CS offers to pick it up from my address, which I appreciate, but that’s the least they can do! I’m wondering: What’s the point of having staff in your store if they will make me call CS and make me manage my petition from there? This store’s score for customer satisfaction is ZERO!

Here is what happened: I had cancelled my wifi contract with Vodafone, so as usual, they sent me a code to return the devices I had, within 30 days, and extending that period will cause penalization of the client. So I went to the nearest store to return the modem device, 6 days after cancellation/receiving the code. Both codes I had from Vodafone didn’t work on the store’s computers, so the staff told me to call Customer Support (22123) from the store. Okay..We call Customer Support, explain the situation and receive the answer that the codes are fine and should work. Here starts the funny part: Store staff tells me “Now they will need to create a new code, which you will receive at best in a couple hours. You should come back another time, or if you want to wait, wait over there so that I can attend other clients”. Wait why? How many times I’m supposed to come to YOUR store to return YOU YOUR device? And have you solved my problem so that you want to attend other clients? At the same time store has 3 other staff present, not attending to nobody..At this point I’m still on the phone with Customer Support, not even finished our conversation.. After waiting on the line, CS says exactly what staff said, that they will apply for generating a new code. And I explain them that I’m upset and don’t want to make the trip again to the store for returning the device… After the brief wait on the line, CS tells me that it is up to the store staff to receive or not receiving the device. At this point the staff says: “I won’t take your device since the code is not working”. ”How about being practical? Signing a paper saying that I return and you receive the device?” “No” After 30 minutes of conversation with CS while I’m in the store, CS offers to pick it up from my address, which I appreciate, but that’s the least they can do! I’m wondering: What’s the point of having staff in your store if they will make me call CS and make me manage my petition from there? This store’s score for customer satisfaction is ZERO!

Go back with a problem and it's a different story. You'll be told to call the -generally useless - helpline. Not the staff's fault, it's company policy.

silvia miranda: Horrible, I go to help me unsubscribe from the contracted services, obviously they wash their hands saying that customer service is in charge, I understand that each one has a place of work but the help is null. I call customer service at the number that appears on the website and it is free, they tell me that I have to call 11824 (SPOILER DO NOT DO IT THEY ARE REAL SCAMMERS). After getting in touch with them, they pass you from one to another until a robot is put on and when you manage to talk to someone (a person) the call is mysteriously cut off, so you call again. After a while I get an invoice from my company of almost €70 for a call that does not exceed 20 minutes. It is assumed that if you drop out of the contracted lines, no matter how much you do not have a penalty for permanence, they will still swindle you and charge you disproportionate money, whatever you do, you will not be able to drop out without being charge. I do not recommend anyone to hire this company, they are scammers, they only care about scamming customers, even if you as a customer have done everything well, following the instructions of the sellers, who clearly sweat it
