Kathleen: Went from blonde to black! They did a really good job. Would say it’s a bit pricey but not sure if pricing is considered normal here in Spain as I come from Australia. For me, their pricing was difficult to understand on their website. They charge to blast dry and wash your hair which a lot of hair salons do but I find it quite odd when the thing you’re doing (eg. dyeing hair) requires that anyway; but I understand it’s common practice. I had my hair semi-permanently dyed to black and it has transitioned to brown in 2 weeks. I was told it would last 2 months. I probably would have waited to get it done back in Australia if I knew it would fade that quickly. Regardless, their customer service is great and they are all lovely. My hair did look really good when it was done. Despite fading so quickly, I can live.
T C: They were awesome and accommodating! So okay to start from the beginning I emailed them instead of calling them and was, unfortunately, inconsistent with my times because of my work schedule, but they were able to work with me and fit in a time to have my hair done. Second, I asked for a very bright teal hair color and I was going from dark red and black. I ended up spending 8 hours there. Yes, it was tiring but definitely worth it for the care my hair dresser took to try to bleach the color fully out of my hair and tone it. Then I was given a hair treatment and then my hair was dyed. The entire time they were very very nice and kept asking if I needed anything. While I was there I got 3 bottles of water, a sandwich and a gin and tonic from the bar next door! They were very attentive. When I got too warm from all the tinfoil on my head they even rolled out an air conditioner out for me! And even though my Spanish isn’t amazing, they worked well with me! (The receptionist spoke English and my hairdresser spoke Spanish) Thirdly by the end of the process my hair still wasn’t/isn’t the exact right color that I wanted and my hairdresser was aiming for. So we scheduled another day, for free, to touch up the hair color! A bit on the expensive side but also I had a lot of stuff needed to be done with my hair. Besides getting it bleached and colored I also had a hair treatment and a cut and styling! All and all worth the experience! I live in Zaragoza, but will definitely come back here again! *update!!! My hair is now perfect!!!! Went back today and they added more blue and taught me how to use specific hair color shampoo and conditioner!
Gosia Ozga: I got my hair cut and blow dry today. The service was really nice and the hairstylist in the pink hair was really friendly, she spoke English… the salon is not big but really nicely design and clean. The only recommendation to double check the price before doing anything… I marked with the point 2 that was cutting and hairstyle that I have long hair and the price was 35 euro… and at the end of the service I was told 83 euro or around this price… that shocked me indeed because I was not expecting this… apparently as I was explained I would need to choose two positions not only one… and before the service nobody check what exactly I marked… it was a bit confused and… at the end I paid 50 euro… Service is really great just please double check what client marked and double check prices not to get a heart attack :) I will go back there again for sure! And for the next time I will know how the system works. I give 5*… besides misunderstanding the problem was solved and the service was great!

Luli Garcia: Awesome experience! I had a nightmare salon experience the day before in Barcelona and I called Are You Ready desperately five minutes before they closed on Friday evening as I was traveling the next day to Madrid. They worked me into their already packed day and I spent 4.5 hours going through several treatments until my hair was perfect! They stayed 1.5 hours past their closing time to help me which is unheard of in Spain. They are truly experts in hair. My hair looked way better than before I even had the bad experience in Barcelona. They were kind and very professional! Highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be back. My hair was done by Sandra, Leo and Ana.

Abby Hromadnik: My friend and I had researched salons in Madrid for a while as we are exchange students from Canada who had no knowledge about where to get our hair cut. Are you ready? came up with a google search and we were able to see that their reviews were by far the best - therefore, we booked an appointment and went. It was not a disappointment. The staff were so friendly and offered you water and took your coat as soon as you stepped in the door. We were quoted 62 euros for a cut, wash and style. This was similar to what we have paid before so we were happy with the price. They took the time to understand what we wanted for our hair and made sure of it before they started. The entire experience was great and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in Madrid.

Kally Mchugh: If you’re looking to get your hair bleached I can recommend Are you ready?, for 220 euros I got blonde highlights (roots only) and an olaplex treatment, and my hairdresser did a great job! As someone with very basic Spanish I received a warm welcome and even a complimentary beer from the bar next door! Brilliant service

Ivan Gutierrez: Great place for kids hair cut. Good fun for the kids with chair as old cars and they get distracted with child appropriate content on a tablet. Very good service and keeping good care of COVID measures. It is not cheap but well worth it as they manage to get even those kids horrified by hair dresser experience to have a nice time.
Erick Dubis: Truly extremely professional. Our son is 20 months old and he is a very difficult little boy, crying and rebellious throughout the cut and the girls have given him a very good cut despite all the difficulties.

Fiona T: Forgot the name of the stylist who did my hair, she was Ukrainian but wow my hair looked amazing. I was skeptical because I am from London and only trust one hairdresser with my hair. However, this stylist was different. I requested a blowdry and explained that my curly hair gets frizzy in the wind. 3 days later my hair is still in tact and no flyaway frizz despite the windy weather in Madrid. Gracias! Kim Harper: This was my first visit to Toni & Guy in Madrid. I had called into the salon a few days before my appointment date to discuss what style and colour that I wanted. Fernando was going to be my stylist and I must say that from the moment I walked into the salon he was very professional, gave me advice on what would be good for me and my hair. On my appointment day he was absolutely fabulous. He took time and talked through the process of what he was doing to my hair and discussed with me what cut he thought would suit me and also make the condition of my hair better,, as it was in pretty bad condition. Overall my first experience with Fernando and Toni & Guy was 5* the colour and cut I am over the moon with and I will definitely go back, in fact I have my next appointment already arranged. My hairstylist was Fernando, a great guy who really knows what he is doing. Very friendly, and speaks good english. He gave me a great haircut and style. Sarah Keenan: Good service, bad hair cut. I feel compelled to review as I got my hair cut at this salon based on the glowing reviews I saw here. The overall experience in the salon was great, professional customer service as you would expect from Toni&Guy. I left feeling happy as the styling was very good. On washing and styling my own hair I saw how uneven the cut was. No long layers at the back like I had asked for (language wasn´t a problem, my hair stylist spoke good English) and a few layers at the sides were so uneven, I had to cut a few strands myself. Unacceptable for a 30 euro haircut let alone 60 euros. Would NOT recommend.

Tina attended me, and she achieved this very natural result that I am delighted with. And at a reasonable price, unlike other salons that charge you €200 for the same thing and with worse results. They are kind, attentive and professional, I arrived wanting some super blonde highlights, when doing the test with a lock they told me that they did not recommend it since my hair was impossible due to previous dyes, they gave me an alternative and I trusted them and I left satisfied with the result 😍😍 thank you guys for your attention, it will undoubtedly become my trusted salon. I will have to travel since I live in Guadalajara. But is it worth it.

Madelyn Schur: As an American in Madrid, I wanted to get my hair done and I got a recommendation for Blow Dry Bar. I made an appointment with Fernando and he exceeded my expectations. I am in love with my hair and the balayage was done perfectly just by showing him one picture. I would recommend this place for anyone. He also styled my hair for free at the end for a photo. Hair dye came with a free coffee and a cake. Fernando and I had a lovely conversation and everyone in the salon spoke English as well as Spanish.

Abdiapaola Rodriguez: Terrible blowout, didn’t know how to deal with thick hair, my hair ended up getting frizzy and curly as soon as I stepped out of the salon and the gloss treatment did nothing to my hair, paid 80€ for nothing, didn’t complain because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I was better off blow drying my hair with the revlon brush

Harry (HARRYXCX): I had the greatest experience here today with Clara. I felt very welcomed as I did not plan ahead and make a reservation and was still treated so wonderfully by the staff. Especially Clara who was kind enough to cut my hair and make it the exact color I wanted on short notice! I could not recommend this place more as it is relaxing and has a very kind staff. The music is great and it has a very nice ambiance inside. Services: Hairstyling , Hair coloring , Shampoo & conditioning

Quite possibly the best haircut I have ever gotten. Sandra is who cut my hair and she did a outstanding job. I would recommend the mens hair club, but more specifically Sandra, to cut your hair.

Xavi Lee: We made an appointment a while ago and everything was great. A very nice girl received us on time and at all times her treatment was very pleasant. The process takes a while but they put drawings and things so that they are entertained and it does not make them tiresome. They also have hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance. Very happy with the result.
Lucía García Roca: Very professional and punctual. They have two TVs so that the children can entertain themselves when they do their treatments, chairs adapted for them and a games table. It shows that they are used to working with them, they have a lot of patience and they know how to handle them.
