If you need to rest without worry that's the room you need. TV, Wifi, shower and of course a comfortable bed.

Hotel well located, good breakfast. The first day we just had one towell to bath but the next morning we informed the staff and the following days we had plenty towels. The worst thing was the hiway noise, next to the hotel, and because the windows didn't shut properly, we heard noisa all night long.

A friendly and helpful staff and the location permits easy transport to the city centre. On the first night, the room was very noisy due to poor sound proofing from the highway just in front, but the staff changed us to a quieter room for the following nights. The room and bed was clean enough. And yes, it's a budget hotel but even so I felt that the room was less comfortable than previous experiences at other Ibis Budget locations.

The location makes it convenient to reach most other parts of Madrid. Staff were very nice and professional.

The room is very very bad , not good conditions for 2 people. The amazing thing about the hotel is the staff , that is amazing, Lena and Douglas are fantastic people, truly awesome.
