Daniel attended us and he has made our visit very pleasant, he has resolved all our doubts and his knowledge of plants is excellent, very good customer service. Javier P: Veteran garden center with many decades of presence in this place. They have all kinds of plants and accessories. They do gardening and garden work. They are very nice. You can park for free inside the enclosure. They are the same as on the A-1 almost in front of the Jarama circuit, they had a farm called Huerta de Santa Marina (later unified in Casla), where Mariano Casla, the patriarch of this family, also lived.
Javier: I went to see plants and possibilities to design a garden. Once there, no one asked me if I needed help. I decided to go to their website and fill out a form with photos and needs. It's been more than 3 months and they haven't answered me either...

Tam Sanz: When I have my mansion I already know where to buy the plants. They have a lot of variety and the prices are very good (not only for plants but for furniture and curious things (like one of those old carts that horses pull around Seville)). The staff is wonderful, they don't look at you or harass you like you're a delinquent in the delicacy store. The site is very nice, if you are not going to buy, it is worth going in and looking.

Javier Hernandez Manada: They are supposed to offer pruning services. They gave me an estimate in September and since then... after four calls, I'm still waiting... if you're not interested because it's not much, you can say so instead of dragging me out. It is not receipt. Sorry, you explained it to me 4 months later. I did not make the payment because an employee told me to wait for you to confirm the approximate date after 3 emails asking for no answer. I don't know which is worse, honestly. If the initial service or instead of acknowledging the error, blame it on me. It's okay to apologize to the customer instead of telling him it's his fault as if he didn't want to pay.

Ana: I loved it. The entrance is a bit... typical of a conventional nursery in the middle of the road. The super friendly staff. Good prices. I LOVED the garden seedlings area (they don't usually have them like this, they always sell them in trays of 6/12 plants). You can take the seedlings you want by units and there is a great variety of everything. I recommend it and we will be back!

José Díaz: The good taste and love for plants is noticeable from the first moment you enter the premises, where you can walk around surrounded by them and enjoying how they carefully install them. Maria jose Pineda calzada: I bought all my trees and plants there, the workers are friendly, and very nice. Manuel advised us which trees were suitable for my farm in Chinchón, every year he stopped by to buy the fertilizers so that they continue to be precious, and when they have a problem or pest I also go. Fred H.: This is a cute shop. Prices are reasonable. The staff know their plants. It is smaller than others of the same brand. They have real few and basic bonzais but they have some interesting selections of plants. I liked some of their plant pots too. Their Siamese fighting fishes were in the darkness, I could not appreciate them.

Carolina Hontoria: I've always been outside and this was the first time I've been inside. I was very surprised by the space and the great variety of plants. I really liked that they have outdoor plants on the one hand and indoor plants in the store. I have to highlight Elena's attention, both with me and with other clients, she was very attentive, gave advice and offered help. He also asked me for the phone number to notify me in case any of the plants I asked about arrived. However, I put four stars because of the bad attention of the long-haired girl in the outdoor area. I don't know if I caught him on a bad day or what, but I wish he would have looked after me a tenth like Elena did. It seemed that he had little desire to attend to me, quite sharp and sharp. He wanted to dispatch me very quickly despite the fact that there were no people waiting and with the way he treated me he succeeded. Davide Giampà: Such an amazing experience. It has a store inside and a beautiful garden outside. The entrance is free and every Saturday there's a free tour portrayed by Mercedes. It's really interesting and funny. I highly recommend a visit if you're looking for a different spot in Madrid.

Beautiful landscaping and impressive cacti to see, and a great shopping experience, learning about the different habitats of these plants, and specific instructions to take care of them. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a bit far from Madrid but it’s worth the visit.

Even my boyfriend, who doesn't particularly like plants, kept his attention during the whole time and enjoyed learning so many curious things. I don't know whether all visits are that long, but people were free to join and leave the group at any time (very helpful for families young children.) The site itself is beautiful, really pleasant to simply walk around, and the nursery is also very impressive and a dream for succulent-lovers. I particularly like the fact that they do research on several aspects regarding cultivation, propagation, etc. Not living in Madrid, I recently placed my first order online and I am extremely happy with it. Both plants and tools arrived very quickly and perfectly packed -in a cute paper printed with interesting facts about xerophytes, perfect for gifts!-, with the cacti carefully wrapped in plastic film to avoid damage. I'm looking forward to moving to a bigger house with more space for my plants and I'd love to hire them to design the garden. Really nice project.
Daniel Alexander: Not a botanical garden, rather a plant centre/shop for cacti and succulents. Interesting to pass an hour long at the stage and wonderful shapes and varieties.

Inma Pixitours Travel Photoshoots: Desert City is a must visit in Madrid if you love plants and succulents. It is a particularly beautiful place to take photos as well!
Andres Velasco Garcia: Besides the quality of the shop which is great I was impressed by the guided free tour of the botanic garden which was 1 hour plus and evidences the passion with which the place is run. It's a good place to bring kids too.

Betty Boo: Regreted buying the products because salegirl says that their CBD oil can be consump but on brand website it states clearly not for eating. I bought 2 bottle of CBD oil drops and didnt open to check bottle in store, when i got home to open the package 1 of the bottle was already open and look like a tester product. Anyone buying frm this store should check prices on their website first as they dont put price tag on their products in the store ( the price i bought is much more expensive than on website) and DOUBLE CHECK products from packaging before leaving the store!

Moe Bsat: I purchased a vape that is supposed to have 80 puffs. The vape isn't good at all, barely releases any vapor. Also, you can't see how much you are really getting. I bought it at 8:00pm and it ran out by noon next morning used 3 times. Before going, I was also told to grab a loyalty card, but when i got there an hour later i was told there aren't any and that "when they run out, we don't re-stack". I bought 2 vapes for 50 euros. Big big waste and disappointment.
