Tony Still: Bought a leather chair in January 2019. In less than 2 years the leather is cracking and wearing, even on the corners of the back of the chair which are never touched. Sent a complaint 5 days ago and heard nothing back so far. Very disappointing Update: After some delay a response and an offer of an alternative replacement chair so happier but the equivalent chair is no longer available so deciding what to do. They are trying to help which is good and why I have increased my rating to 3 stars. Further update: I have now accepted a 25% refund and kept the chair. The alternatives of a replacement in cloth material or a full refund but return the chair were rejected.

When I bought the furniture, I also wanted to furnish more parts of the house and for this I made an appointment, after a certain time there it began to seem that we were "disturbing" and they left us a catalog, while idle hours passed and they dedicated themselves to serving clients without by appointment, of course I did not buy more from them. The conclusion was to go through an ordeal and from the experience I would not buy a pencil from them.

Before making the purchase, I call to confirm that the delivery time is the one stated on the web, from 2 to 3 months. Juan Manuel Velilla: We needed to buy a table for a property we were about to rent so we chose to do it in Kave Home because there was 5-10 days delivery. It has been more than 1 month since we did the purchase and still waiting for the table. We have not been able to rent the property (or even take proper pictures). We have contacted both Kave Home and the transport company and they blame each other, totally unprofessional. I don't recommend dealing with them if you need or want your items delivered on time.

Keary Mason: I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I see now that the issue I’m facing is common for Kave Home. I placed an order on July 8th and was told to expect delivery within 5 weeks. After waiting 5 weeks, I received a message saying my order will not arrive for another 17-18 weeks! That is nearly 6 months delivery time after ordering. Kave Home should have better visibility on inventory and order times. This is dishonest service. Kave Home, please help make this right.

Craig Simon Wardrope: The products in the shop are nice, but avoid ordering anything that they don't have in stock. Over 2 months waiting for a table we had ordered (and paid for). Initial delivery date was 1 week. After that, each week it was delayed further, different reason each time. Maybe this is a one-off and all the multiple delays are valid reasons, but even if that is the case I'd expect better customer service for the price. After 2 months eating our meals without a table, they are still not able to even give us an ETA (despite ironically still having delivery dates for the same product on their website - are they lying to us, or to other customers?), so we gave up and asked for a refund.

M Z: This is the worst place to order anything. They are liars. They tell you one thing, then you end up waiting for months. Do not believe anything on their website BTW. Today when I go to the website under a different name, all my items show as available within few days! But I'm still waiting 4 weeks later. Also their customer service is trained to make you wait and give you false information rather than try and solve your problem. If you need furniture to use with reasonable notice, don't even think about this place.

Eli ibañez: There was a delay of weeks, in the delivery of the table (180x90cm, extendable to 230cm), but they complied with the payment of 5% of the total amount as a bonus for the delay. The assemblers were very friendly. We like the table very much.

ROBERTO SALCEDO S: A shame of a store! They sell quality, design and service and it is the opposite. My wife bought two pieces of furniture for the living room on November 5 plus delivery and installation. Since then, only problems... On November 18 the furniture and the assemblers arrive, it is evident that they are super beaten, because instead of taking it away and ordering another shipment, they leave it at home. 3 weeks later, on December 9, after calls and negotiations with the customer service department, they make another appointment to change the damaged parts. As soon as the packages are opened, they come back damaged and one of them in a different color... In summary, 1 month and a bit later with some broken and beaten furniture... and KAVEHOME without any rush

Samir Abu Dheir: About 3 years ago I bought a sofa. After 3 months the seats were already sunken. I notified the company. MCL XXII: A disaster!! They have had the furniture in a warehouse and when they agree on a delivery they arrive late! Never more!!

Reichel Mz: I really like Italian decoration and design, but when you find people who love their work and explain it to you, change it, try it and do it with pleasure, it's entering another dimension. I have been in several decoration stores in the area, of important firms and exquisite designs, but the attention of the staff was lacking. I was unaware of the Boconcept models in terms of sofas, they have quite a variety, from the most classic to some with a more daring design. In general, they are all very comfortable and very affordable, the only downside that I put is the scarcity of the firm's fabrics. Fantastic value for money and Teresa's unbeatable attention.

Ignacio Arcas: I'm sorry to have to communicate by this means to request attention. In January 2020 I went to your center to buy 4 mirrors, which had to be delivered in February. That month, after two weeks of delay, I began to contact your staff to claim the order and I did not receive a single communication. Despite having a cordial attitude, the days passed and after another month of abandonment before confinement I called. They promised me that they would be installed at my home in March. Well, after two months from that communication, after having repeatedly called the center, they have not even deigned to call me to give me an explanation. They have the full money, but they are not capable of calling to give a simple explanation. Surprisingly, if you go to the website and ask for advice on selling, they contact you that same day. Conclusion: terrible management of the situation, zero communication, total dissatisfaction and absolute disappointment. Reflection: is it useful to sell without building loyalty? It is useful to have a megalocal with money invested if then there is not a minimum after-sales service. I hope after you read this you can call me and give me a solution to an order that has been made and paid for almost 5 months now.

They have come to my house 2 times, not even professional technicians and they drop a sentence like you will not have sat on the furniture ..... TO HALLUCINATE!!! I have nothing better than sitting on a piece of furniture of more than 9000 euros. And if that were not enough, the command that they were going to send me never arrives. And hardworking Susana is always busy. I will take legal action. I haven't seen anything like it in my life.

Andreas Correlli: After buying in this store where the attention was very good. My partner and I had a problem with one of the pieces of furniture. Natalia Golenkova: After 2,5 months of waiting we finally got the sofa that was not the size that we ordered and with other materials. All this time we had to call to company ourselves and remind about our order, lack of customer service and feedback. They were interested in us only till the moment we paid the order .. don’t recommend to order here.

Al inicio nos pidió presupuesto con 2 telas distintas pero al final el día 19/05/2020 nos confirmo que quería la tela de promoción mas económica. En cuanto al plazo, efectivamente durante la pandemia algunos pedidos se vieron afectados con plazos mas largos al haber empleados de baja en fabrica y materiales sin llegar. En su caso fueron solo 2 semanas mas que las 8 que figuraban en su pedido. Lo lamentamos evidentemente pero ha sido una pandemia mundial que afecto a muchos sectores de actividad con retrasos de materias primas y bajas de empleados por casos contacto o casos covid. In his case it was only 2 weeks more than the 8 that appeared in his order. We are obviously sorry but it has been a global pandemic that affected many sectors of activity with delays in raw materials and loss of employees due to contact cases or covid cases.
