Innes Fullerton: My girlfriend and I-used these facilities while in Madrid, and in a word, amazing. The price is very fair, and storage facilities secure and easy to use. Our main positive takeaway from our experience was the staff! Will was extremely friendly. He helped us through sorting a cab to the airport for a cheap price. Just an all round helpful nice person and will definitely be using again due to the excellent service provided. 10/10

Celia Baran: Best 5€ I have spent. It is really useful when you want to leave your luggage / backpack to be free of any heavy lifting during the day before going to the airport ! When I booked my locker I entered an old email address by mistake. When I called the hotline to explain what happened, the staff was really helpful and I got my codes in less than a minute ! Alessandro Bonvini: Very close to the metro and train station, this place is perfect for someone who just needs to stay in Madrid for a day.Get rid of your luggage for some hours (you pay per day and per number of item) and you are free to go anywhere. The staff is also nice.

Doug Dosdall: The customer service just when I wanted to inquire with this company does not inspire confidence. I filled out their web inquiry form and asked some simple questions. The form required both email and phone to submit. I then asked (in Spanish) to please NOT call me; that I was not currently in Spain. Instead they have continued to call me 8 or 9 times over and over again while I am roaming outside Spain. The email they sent after 3 or 4 of those calls asked me for information of what information I was looking for even though I already supplied exactly that in their inquiry form. Wishing I never had anything to do with these people who keep calling over and over again.
MARIA EMILIA PUREZA: We used Bluespace Atocha to let our heavy luggage for doing the Camino de Santiago. It was the best and cheapest solution. The Bluespace Atochas staff was very kind and helpfull. We strongly recomend for travelers interested in long term luggage keeping service.

Francisco Gomez: Excellent locations and customer service. I mistook the address and they rebooked for me at 11 pm in the evening. The bad thing is that you cannot book for hours what it can be very costly if you leave the lugagge i.e. 11 pm and you collect 2 hours later, I paid 14 euros. They offer free internet what can be great for an emergency and the have plugs to connect and charge your phone.

Florence Thomas: Fantastic experience here! Everyone is immensely helpful, especially Pablo, and the 24 hour access is a massive plus.
Kopal Gakkhar: The experience with HomeBox so far has been amazing. Pablo helped us with the paperwork and guided us to our safe. The safes are clean and the whole compound is, in general, very well maintained. The biggest positive is that you can access it 24/7. The price is reasonable too so definitely recommended.

Beth Gillespie: This is an excellent company to use if you need to store your belongings. It is clean and efficient, and most of all they customer service is incredible. I was apprehensive about going into the building the first day I went to move things in, as it was after hours and the staff were gone for the day. I called Pablo, the contact I have and he actually turned around and came back to the facility (after having left for the day) to help me, and show me how everything worked. He was so kind and gracious and made me feel so comfortable. I really appreciate that he went out of his way for me, a person renting the very smallest size locker. I definitely recommend Homebox!

Peter Frantellizzi: Fast, easy and a fair price for luggage/backpack storage in the heart of Madrid. Perfect for Airbnb checkouts in the morning/afternoon with travel, like flights, later in the day. Rafael Teixeira Pinto: Great place to let safely the luggage. This place is open 20h a day from 6am to 2am. We received a code to enter in the place and it also opened the locker. The price is normal. We paid 4,5€ for an entire day. This place safe us because at 7am there is not much places where you can left your stuffs. I recommend it for sure!

As they give you a key for the elevator, this only allows you to go to the floor where you have your storage room, so there are no people from other floors milling around the area that does not correspond to them. But above all the girls are charming, they do their best to help and advise you. Exceptional treatment super professionals :)
Alexander Bernal Cortes: The storage rooms are filled with a lot of dust and dirt, now if you spend a couple of days paying, they immediately threaten you with a burofax for €54, this is absurd. To charge and threaten they are top N.1 but to solve different fatal situations, better solutions I have found better price and more space and without threats of burofax.

Rachel Lustig: Over the summer I left my belongings in storage at Urban Store, and I very highly recommend them. My stuff was completely safe, the price was affordable (cheaper than the other storage units I looked into), I could access my things with ease, and the service was excellent. Dani is such a friendly, positive, trustworthy, and helpful person who makes sure you never feel like a nuisance asking him any questions. In fact, he is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in Madrid in all the time I have spent there. While I was away from Madrid, I emailed him several times and he was responsive, accommodating, and super easy going. I recommend going to Urban Store 100% and if I ever need to utilize a storage locker in Madrid again, I will certainly go to them without any doubts. Nabeel Ahmed: We had to go home for few months, and in the meantime put our stuff in Urban Store, on a very short notice, Dani was so helpful with everything, from getting a storage, suggesting the best suited given the amount of stuff , and also putting things. The price was less than half what we found at other storage companies and with the best of service. In the end we used it for 6 months, on closing Dani helped with everything again moving stuff, calling in the taxi, etc. Highly recommend!!

They have trolleys to help move your things, and as I was alone sometimes they would always come over to help me. The unit itself is super clean and secure, with lots of different size options, and access to it is always easy. Highly recommend!
