Chandra Jennings: Beautiful store! Super open and easy to navigate and check out everything! I love that all of the clothing is color coordinated, well organized, and just beautiful. I had a great shopping experience as I was able to find what I wanted and the check out staff was nice as well! I was very happy!
Kyriacos Kyriacou: After picking clothes around the store for 20 minutes I walked to the fitting rooms and there was an employee there who denied me from entering. She said that the rooms close at 20:30 (the time was 20:25) and that there "were no more rooms available". I was told by another employee that I should come back the following day to try on the clothes. Both employees were coarse and did not offer an apology. Overall a bad experience and terrible customer service. Never visiting H&M again.
zehavit cohen: The stuff was very helpful, but the the section of big sizes shrinked :(I hardly found a good pair of pants!!!At Gran Via they closed the big size section and I had to go all the way to Serrano store to find me what to wear :(

Luis Mariano: In a very quiet shopping center, where you can buy without stress. If you are a member you have good discounts. The parking lot is quite large and you have it on the surface and underground. The best thing about it is that it is not overcrowded like other shopping centers.
Pequeños Felinos: They have everything, friendly service and the only bad thing, which is not their fault either, is that to leave the area you have to go all the way around the roundabout.
CHAZAK: Recommendable. Very friendly staff. Big store.
Israel Correcher: ALERT!!! The €300 they give away for purchases over €1,000 are to be spent in 6 months, not as the clerk told us that it was to be spent in 1 year and we are not the first to give us this information. Imagine the look on your face when you go to spend them and they tell you that it has expired, when if they had given me the correct information at the time they would not have expired. By not having any contracts with said gift card, it is your word against theirs. Excellent worker for the company, lousy worker for the client. Prenatal San Fernando de Henares.
Maria Zuazo: I went to buy a pair of pants, my daughter had a leak. The discount policy buying the signature card for 20 euros so that you only have discounts for one year, seems a bit high to me. We took a classic burgundy sweat pants.

We were approached after going into a dressing room to try on clothes. They wanted us to stay in the front. When white people came in they were able to chose the dressing rooms they wanted. We have the same money and should be treated equally. I want be shopping at any of the H & M stores. A total disgrace to treat people differently.

But one of the customer service forget to take the security tag and i live half hour walk from this shop so i cant be bothered to come back. So i have to do this with myself. As its purpose, this tag is really tough to remove so it took me a while to get it off but end up having the item damage. Instead of getting a good bargain, i end up having a damaged item due to their negligence. It wasnt a busy sunday so this issue could have been avoided if they pay attention. Yemisi: Situated in a easy to access location. One of the bigger stores. I like that they have non-midget sizes. Usual sizes range from 2 to 14. Store attendants are helpful and they have a couple that speak English.
