Daylin Alvarez: I can’t say enough about how much I loved my experience at this store. Anna and Mamen were amazing. I wasn’t expecting much after having such a crappy experience at another store, but they turned my day around when I got there. They instantly recognized what I wanted and brought out incredible dresses to match my request. Marcela Barnes Hernandez: The customer service at the store is great, all the girls take care of every detail but Sometimes you feel when you have your appointment for fitting day, they are in so much rush that you can’t have enough time to check everything or enjoy your time. The central customer service is the worst ever, lack of service, lack of attention to detail and overall response and empathy considering the pandemic was very poor. Michelle Geiger: Because I don't speak Spanish, the Rosa Clara team made an effort to give me an English speaking assistant. Lucia was very attentive to my needs and showed me dresses within my budget and according to the style I described. I was also allowed to browse dresses in the store. She even called me when I was abroad again to answer any further questions I had and accommodated to my every need. In the end I didn't go with a Rosa Clara dress, as I found another one better suited to me and my budget, but Rosa Clara dresses are absolutely gorgeous and the price includes all the tailoring and fitting. The dresses are also made for you from scratch, so you really get a custom made dress, which is more than what is offered from a lot of other wedding dress shops. I always wanted a Rosa Clara dress, and although I didn't take one in the end, the service in the store made it at least a possible option for me. Thank you!

María Dolores Ibáñez de Aldecoa Martínez: El precio es elevado pero la calidad y el trabajo de ser hecho a medida es espectacular, así como la atención de Larisa (mi asesora en tienda) y María quien hizo cambios a contrarreloj. Vivo fuera de España y solo tuve oportunidad de hacer las pruebas una semana antes de la boda, pero todo fue genial. Tuve tres pruebas de lunes a viernes y los cambios fueron rápidos pero correctos. Me quedaba el vestido como un guante, lo cual nunca tuve claro que pasase al 100% por vivir fuere e ir con el tiempo contado. María fue muy profesional y me explicaba con paciencia los cambios que recomendaba y el por qué, todos quedaron perfectos. También he de destacar que la tela es increíble y en mi caso hizo que el vestido cayese natural y perfectamente y era muy, muy cómodo. María was very professional and patiently explained the changes she recommended and why, they were all perfect. I also have to point out that the fabric is incredible and in my case it made the dress fit naturally and perfectly and it was very, very comfortable.

Entonces me seguí probando y ya Bea me convenció de que me probara el que ella me había aconsejado y yo me lo probé un poco a regañadientes pero sabiendo que me tenía que dejar aconsejar . Y al verme en el espejo…no os lo puedo explicar con palabras, es MI vestido! Precioso, con una tela espectacular, y sobretodo que gracias a la profesionalidad de Bea que me había calado desde un principio y su sutileza al volver aconsejarmelo puedo decir que tengo mi vestido de novia. Además fue el único vestido que consiguió unificar las opiniones de mis acompañantes (7 en total, que no son pocas) No puedo estar más feliz y contenta de haber decidido ir allí y que me tocara Bea de asesora. Jasmine Melrose: Sadly, I cannot say that I had a good experience at Pronovias Velázquez. We called in advance to ask if the appointment could be in English, and on the phone, they assured us that it was fine. Then when I arrived, the employee who could speak English told me she would be with me right away and then another employee came and began the appointment in Spanish, indicating that the other person was busy and I had to struggle with the very little Spanish I speak. On top of that, I came in with the same list of 15 dresses that I liked from the website, hoping to try at least one of them, and I was informed that they didn't have any. I was told that I couldn't walk around and look at the dresses and I was brought a few dresses that she thought I would like from a description I gave her. Then, after trying on three dresses that she brought me, I was asked which one I wanted to buy, and if I wasn't sure that I should "make up my mind quickly", I felt like there was pressure to buy and I had no intention to after my experience there.

Aggie Wang: My friend and I had the worst experience in Spain just in the store. When we entered we were told they were going to close in 30 minutes. When we grabbed our stuff and went to the fitting room, the girl showed her reluctance to let us in. Originally I grab five cloths to try on. But realized we didn’t have much time so returned three back to her and only tried two cloths. During the time she showed her attitude with so much impatience and annoyance on her face. Also told my friend who was waiting outside to rush me. We were not the only customers in the store. There was another couple of which the lady also was in the fitting room and husband/boyfriend was waiting. But the staff did not say anything to them. Only pushing us. Maybe because they were Spanish speakers. We were apparently tourists speaking English. When I came out and we were going to the ground floor, it seemed the lift did not work. We asked the girl: has the lift been turned off? She responded in English in a very rude tone: I don’t understand. The whole time she was pushing us in English! Now she acted as if she did not understand English. We were so disgusted by her attitude and rudeness. If she does not like her job, does not want to serve her customers, why not leave?!

Karla Luebbert: OMG! I didn’t know what to expect. All of my friends are always talking about this store , but I never really payed attention until I saw it with my own eyes. This store has like 5 floors where you can find everything from makeup, shoes, underwear, accessories, etc. And don’t get me started on the prices, they’re totally fair and if you’re lucky enough to find a good discount you would bring home a trendy garment for less than 5 euros. My advice is go with a lot of time, at least 3 hours to see and try everything. There’s a lot of people, so the lines at the dressing rooms are very long. The staff is nice, polite and quick. If you see something you love and you’re not so sure about taking it home, TAKE IT! Or you’ll regret later. Enjoy this beautiful, trendy, and cheap clothing paradise 💕

Bethany Nauert Mendez: This five floor department store is so packed it’s almost overwhelming. I thought there was so much i didn’t know where to start. I did find cute pajamas and a dress. But by the time you go try stuff on it’s almost exhausting bc there’s so much to look at. Customer service was great, everything is was well stocked and the lines moved fast. Even for a weekend it was quite efficient in there.

I’ve noticed that the prices here are higher than the other countries but I’m not sure is it because it’s a high season or the prices has already increased in all Europe?. escalators are in one place which makes me very tired. This branch is full & very crowded 24/7. There are dressing rooms but I haven’t been able to try them out. The store sells most Disney characters stuff! Also harry potter! And all the accessories like stationery, food (sweets). Best thing in primark is the Pajamas! Don’t miss them!!! Prices are still considered good compared to the quality. EVERYTHING IN ONE STORE. MEN, LADIES, TEENS, KIDS, BABIES, FOOD, STATIONERY. You must visit.
