Pamela Rey: Wonderful shop window, then you go in to see things more closely and you find two women, without a mask, who look at you strangely and ask you if you need something, when you tell them that you are going to take a look, one of them looks at you strangely to which I ask .... Can it not ???? And with a weird face he answers that well .... That this is somewhat messy .... Anyway ... something similar had never happened to me ..... Of course I left ...

Almudena Jimeno Sanjuán: The footwear is very beautiful and quality, although it is not cheap. They treated us very kindly.

laura scheinfeld: Quality and design My favorite shoe store ❤❤❤

Silvia Pesquera: You can find every type of espadrilles here...They have so many colors and variety. A very typical Spanish shoe shop! Great customer service and there was a guy who speaks English as well
Response: Thank you Chantelle for your review, we hope to see you in the future .

EmiTogo: An espadrille shop with esparto shoes like the ones of a lifetime. Good prices, taste, variety, traditional and modern designs. Enormous kindness. Very close to the Sol metro entrance. The place has been recently renovated in great style.
Response: Thank you very much Emily for your review! We are pleased to know that you like the reform we did 😊 We hope to see you soon !!

Laura Aránguez: They advise you and that is important if you are looking for shoes to wear insoles. It is easy to find shoes in winter but in summer it is a horror. Buy two and I will go for sure in April to see models in summer (anatomical shoes are ugly)
Response: Thank you very much for the review Laura! We are glad to know that you found your shoes for insoles. In mid-September we will have the new collection .☺️ See you soon !!

Dan C.: Great value for the price. Beautiful shoes, made in Spain. Totally recommended this shoe store.
Response: Thanks so much for the review Dan! We hope to see you soon ☺️

Sonsoles Abascal Junquera: In this shoe store they have a wonderful personalized attention with their customers. I have bought several pairs of shoes for my older aunt and they have brought them home and have been charming in the deal. This last time the model of shoe that she wears they no longer had it but they did us the favor of making the necessary modifications on another model quite similar to make her feel comfortable. Definitely a shoe store that I would recommend.
Response: Thank you very much for the review Sonsoles !! 😊

Response: Thank you very much for the review Miguel. We hope to see you soon

Anabel N: Delighted with the treatment, my mother knew this shoe store all her life, today I have accompanied her, she has bought some sandals, she has delicate feet, quality price very well, and how they have treated her, the person who attended, unbeatable professional and close, they have variety of footwear, without hesitation we will continue being clients, thank you very much for the attention

Crownhill Shoes: what do users think?

D Brus: What a great service and friendly staff, he was very patient and helpful. Super happy with my new black shoes! :)

wholesaler shoes (Look at my picture): perfect!

Courtney Townsend: Wonderful experience at Crownhill Shoes!! Sergio assisted me and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am from the United States and am so pleased with the quality of my shoes I will certainly be making a purchase in the future online.

Marcin Baranowski: I bought a pair of Oxford New York, they sent me damaged shoes. At the beginning they claimed a bruise on the heel was on purpose, eventually they admit it was a damage. What they offered me was a 10€ refund for the next order, no word about an exchange of the current order. They didnt reply to numerous e-mails, they dont pick up the phone. Terrible customer care. The worst I could imagine and I needed the shoes for my wedding. Crownhill Shoes this is your finan call to react before legal action is undertaken.

Andreas Fellini: Probably the best value out there in this price range. I am very happy with my balmoral-boots and my suede tassel loafers. Very kind, quick and helpful customer service (Alejandro Sirvent).
Response: Dear Andreas, Many thanks for your kind comments we are pleased with it, We are also very glad you like our shoes and Customer Service. Best regards

T. Alison: Amazing shoes, excellent experience, brilliant value. This shop is a little gem in the city. Bought two pairs of Chelsea boots and will highly recommend!

Flix Moreno: Great shoes at a great price!I have bought several pairs and am very happy with the quality and durability of the product. Will buy again.

Yessika Pacheco Vetencourt: The first time that I am delighted to leave this store and not because of the product, which is excellent, but because of the attention of the staff, especially Adina. I am super happy with my purchase and the attention

Lucía Piñón: Terrible treatment of customers by the employees of this store. They should review the forms, there are many valid people who want to work.

Carla Arias: I bought some sneakers online and they came with a stained toe. Reading customer comments I see that it is super complicated to get your money back or make the change. Therefore, the option I take is to keep it and never buy here again.

Irene Guzmán-Benito: Nice and friendly store. They have brand name clothes and shoes. Cheaper backpacks than elsewhere!

Mallorca Meermin Shoes: what do users think?

Dinuka Ginige: I have a been a long term loyal Meermin and Carmina buyer. Recommended it to so many people. The Black Friday sale bought two pairs, apparently after flapping around from their end, apparently both out of stock. How convenient… No option given to change the shoes to a similar prices shoe or even size down or up (would have been happy with 0.5 size change). Was it sellers remorse? Anyway terrible experience. Never buying or recommending these people ever again. You should really honour your sales and don’t price things at a point you don’t want to follow through with. You just wasted my time and also cost me so much with currency conversion and bank fees. Ridiculous and I am disgusted

Bernardo Coronado Guerra: Incredible shoes, and in-store shopping experience was great! The sales associate was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. She was patient and took the time to made sure I felt completely at ease and satisfied with my purchase.

Shawn: My favourite brand of shoes, you will not find a similar level of workmanship and quality at this price. The staff at the store were knowledgeable and helpful, gave good recommendations

Michael Karbach: After having owned 9 pairs by them over the years finally first “offline” experience during a Madrid visit. In-store experience was great with friendly and helpful staff, and their shoes deliver great quality and aesthetics (this is subjective obviously) at a great price point. In shorter, added pair no. 10 to my collection…

Leo LEE: Unbelievable experience. The delivery is lost and i accept tats beyond the control of meermin. I made a claim via paypal and after almost a month, it is not handled. I reached out to meermin again and i was told becoz i made the claim via paypal no refund will be made until the claim via paypal is settled. No one thought to reach out to me at the whole process. Just silence until the customer reaches out to them. I dunno about the shoes but the customer service is nothing but horrible. Edit after two months The refund is still not handled. Cant be worse

Tomonori Kaneko: The best shoe shop in Madrid (if not the world). The best hand made shoes and professional service. The clerks were very attentive and patient. Christel especially was professional and knowledgeable, she spoke truthfully ensuring that we feel comfortable with our purchase - great food recommendations too! My partner and I left the store with three brand new shoes, will definitely come back again.

Sean Eliot Blake: I have finally had the opportunity to visit Meermin’s physical store in Madrid after years of a somewhat frustrating shopping experience through their online store (shipping and return costs, taxes, long waiting time for items to be shipped etc..), and I have to say it was the exact opposite of the online experience. The physical shop is just lovely and tastefully adorned (the wall full of wooden lasts was a great highlight) and the sales representative was very knowledgeable on their products, understanding of my requirements, whilst also being both friendly and professional in the process. To all customers who have been frustrated to some degree by Meermin’s online experience, I would highly recommend visiting Madrid’s physical store instead should you have the opportunity. The product is the same (which is to say probably the best value Goodyear welted shoes worldwide) without all the hassle related to shipping, returns and additional taxes. I have had a great experience and will return the next chance I get.

Robertas Armonas: Terrible experience with the returns. I have a pair of loafers size 11,5 and they are great, perfect fit etc. Ordered another pair of size 11,5 and they seem as if they were 3 sizes bigger than the loafers. I sent them off for a return and have to continually chase everyone around (ups and meermin) to get my refunds. It has now been a month and if not my own efforts calling/emailing everyone i would still be in square one. I have today been told that the returs might take up to 1,5 months. Really? 1,5 month? Why dont we make it a year? We do in fact live in the 19th century so why not

Adrian Ehrlich: I’m a long term client both online and at the store in Madrid.Shoes and boots always fit perfectly and the personnel at the store are always friendly and professional, they have never hesitated to go the extra mile to help with whatever I’ve needed.Thank you!

Quack Quack: I was looking for formal and comfortable shoes, and the owner of this shop gave me the best recommendation ever, great price and good quality. Totally satisfied.

Soraya Plaza: It is not true that it opens on Sundays, waste of time.

helena gomez barrajon: I have been shopping for 4 years, in the same shoe store for my feet, because no shoe I had could put it on me and wounds and blisters. And those of this shoe store are perfect, very comfortable and also do not make any wounds on the foot. So much booties as sandals. And always bought here.

Beatriz Garcia: very bad attention The man did not give me a ticket when making a purchase and he puts many impediments to making a change in size for not having a ticket when HE did not give it to me. I would never buy again. Bad experience and worst attention. In addition they do not return the money, only a voucher to buy again in their store. nothing recommended I almost asked for the claim sheet
Response: Thank you for your comment because it helps us improve day by day. We truly believe that our return policy, which consists either in offering the customer the possibility of choosing between giving him a voucher for the full amount of the item to be returned -which he can enjoy whenever he wants because it has no expiration date- or purchasing another item for the price of the purchase, it is reasonable for our customers. With this commitment / policy we have worked for almost 50 years and most importantly, our customers have shown their compliance with trust and loyalty. In this way and in accordance with the review carried out by the Association of Footwear Merchants of Madrid, the following information appears on all our sales tickets: • Prices indicated with VAT included • This purchase ticket will be required to present it for any claim or change of the products purchased. • Changes are allowed within 15 calendar days from the date indicated above • For exchanges it is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with its original packaging and box. • The money is not returned, a voucher will be delivered without expiration • All of this without prejudice to the provisions of current legislation on a two-year guarantee for products with defects or manufacturing defects.

Valentina Nedeva: We entered with some shoes wet from the rain and we left after a long research and very kind assistance of the salesman also in Italian with a pair of new water resistant shoes according to our needs and also discounted.

Lalo Rys Lar: Terrible service, very unpleasant treatment.

Angela Pardo Galindo: Classic shoe store with a lot of catalog.

Ambrosio Prieto Gutierrez: Good shoes

Lola Cruz - Claudio Coello, Madrid: what do users think?

Leticia Fuentes: Super online customer service! I needed the shoes to arrive on the 9th, and they have done everything possible and quickly to see if there was any chance of the shoes arriving earlier. It has not been possible but at least they have tried, they have been quick to respond and they have warned me in advance that they would not arrive that day. It is appreciated. I was able to find a plan B. (although I would have liked to wear his shoes :( )

Clelia Conti Vera: Very poorly attended. The clerk with short hair and glasses is a very effective customer repellent. In the end I bought some beautiful Lola Cruz sandals at Hangar, a multi-brand shoe store on Calle Hermosilla, where they treated me accordingly.

Cris Hernandez: The saleswoman (with short hair and glasses) closed the door in my face without giving any kind of explanation with a very rude attitude and during opening hours.

BlondΛrt: If you want a special and quality footwear do not hesitate. Original designs with a very wide variety 🌸

Antony: Without comments, the treatment they have offered me is excellent. 100% Satisfied

Alicia Herrero: I love everything they have. Great attention Belén and Patricia are lovely

Javier Corral Barcenilla: Very good store, the saleswomen are the best, especially Tatiana

Dima El: Experience in this store is one of the most awful experiences I had in my life. First, cheap imitation of popular brands, awful manager who don’t even know how to work his own job and third awful communication with customers. I buy Nike shoes in this store and after just one day when I try I return it because it was almost impossible walk in them, to that state that one shoe was bigger than other one ! Of course they didn’t wanna return the money (cheap excuses!), second manager, if we can even can call that person manager because I never seen most uneducated, ignorant and lazy Menager in my life, didn’t even consider to try to find solution for customer’s problem, just tell “sorry no return of money no replace”. Awful experience! My suggestion to everyone, if you wanna positive expert and quality go to Nike, Adidas, Foot Locker or similar high quality stores, ignore this all the way !

Raymond Dabao: Busy place. Most review says their service is bad. But if you can be timely then there’s no worries. Good sneaker choices! Unique sneaker selection. Maybe if they can add one or two attentive staffs. Would be great!

Vlad Cojocaru: Okay place for sneakers shopping.

Clarisa P: One of the coolest shoes and streetwear shops in Madrid. They offer a bigger variety of shoe models and not just the basic one they have in every other store so if you’re looking for something that nothing has but is quite cool, you might find something here. The staff can be unhelpful sometimes.

suzanna kesek: Always a fun place to get your sporties. So many distinctive patterns, its difficult to choose, BUT, promotions mean you can get 2 or 3 pairs for the price of 1.Yahoooooooooo

Martin Lehnert: Nice store ... but man, don’t ask if anybody of the staff can help you. One looks more bored than the other and getting a smile is impossible. Worse, instead of working they try the shoes themselves and leave the customers aside 🤪😂 shittest Service ever

Nicolas Agudelo: Cool store but nobody is wiling to help you with sizes or color ways. Go to another sneaker shop there are plenty in Madrid.

Pablo De Tena: The worst store in Madrid, a nefarious customer service. I will not return.

Carrie Zhang: Worst service ever. No matter what I ask, all they can say is "yo que sé", as if I was begging them to grant that I can finally spend some money

Santiago Tacoronte: Great selection of sneakers including special edition. The staff is very helpful and they speak in English. To me prices are a bit higher than other shops, but this is the cost of exclusivity :-)

Gabrielle Moran: Thanks for accommodating us, very quick and friendly staff!

Ani K: Queued on Monday night 1a.m. 24 May for a special Nike offer that was available on Tuesday. I have queued overnight before in London and had great experiences. At 5 a.m. we were told to leave by a Mafia gang. As there were 20 of them we politely did what we were told. Does Foot Locker know that they are promoting Mafia / Gang activity? Also the gang did not do much to promote racial harmony. No more said! I Won´t be visiting any more Foot Lockers anywhere in Europe or the US for the rest of my life after that terrifying experience!

Tiago Campos: Luís, the Store Manager has a total lack of education for the client. I asked for an information and a problem that I have considered to a product that I bought and he was so rude that his assistant was in shock. Completly unsatisfied with this store attention!

Tareq Dinia: Large choice of sneakers. Nice staff

andre-claude Fafard: The manager is really nice and helpful... Great staff. Lovely experience they were life savers to me for a pair of Yeezy

Filip Nilsson: The whole experience was fantastic, everything from the customer service to the whole atmosphere inside the store was on point.

Gary Green: Fantastic shoe 👞 shop catering for men, women and children. If you want something totally different to wear that will make you stand out from the crowd then this is the place for you. There is so much choice here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shoes are a bit on the costly side but if you want an eye-catching design you should shop here. 👍👍👍👍

K: It is not adapted for people with reduced mobility as there is no space to move. IT IS AN OUTLET of the brand, if something suits you the price is quite good, the attention of the staff is normal. It is located in a strategic point. The quality of the products are of average quality, pulling bad, the price is consistent with the quality.

FAISAL ViP: A small store and the shoes that are found in the rest of the big stores and its reasonable prices

Miguel Rodriguez: Poor quality product. Bought ankle boots for €35, a week we had to put covers on them. A month and a half later you dream split in two. Sent mail to let them know what happened. No reply. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Mario Diaz: disastrous, they put stock of one euro and there is nothing worth more than 10 euros

Charles Wood: In my personal opinion this shop is a blessing. Boots and shoes amazing and very kind sellers, thank you for this great Sunday.

Karina A.: Nice shoe shop. Staff is very kind and helpful

David Gomez: I made the huge mistake of buying from this store that has THE WORST RETURN POLICY in Spain. I bought some dr martens boots and wanted to change the model (2 days after purchase) the answer was that the model in the store was not available and that it was impossible to get it. So, I opted for the return. The "return" is a voucher that allows me to buy again on this site which I would not like to return to. But, as I have a €200 voucher, I am obliged to return. The store employee was also very upset with me because I returned the product, which made no sense to his annoyance and arrogance when I made the return. Clearly I am forced to go back to buy because they have my money, but if it were up to me I would never go back.

Marta Quiros González: The employees loved it, the store was very nice and with beautiful shoes... Of course, every time I return to Madrid they will have me there and I will also buy on their page.

אבי אלקבץ: Excellent service, reliability and professionalism, they took responsibility and immediately replaced a damaged shoe.

María Obregón: My favorite store to buy Vans and Converse. The shoes and decoration are beautiful, and the shop assistants are all very friendly and help you with everything.

Ana SB: The treatment by the two dependent boys from Fuencarral was very good, they managed to fix the discomfort created by the two saleswomen of the VAS store on Ayala street. The Ayala girls do not notify that they do not return the money in case of return, also when I went to return some shoes, the girl with short hair literally told me: we cannot be warning everyone that the money is not returned. Well, yes, maja, they are not €30 shoes… On the other hand, in Fuencarral they offered me their help at all times with the change, they are professionals, they made me leave happy with other shoes. Of course, here I will return.

Mireia Novillo: The treatment of the two boys Guille and Mario has been very good, very attentive and sincere. It is greatly appreciated that the clerks take care of you like this.

Marisa Diaz Muneta: This morning I went in to buy some slippers, the clerk who helped me, Juan, was very kind. I will be back. Highly recommended.

Adolfo del Rey: Good gender and very good treatment and attention

Brent w: I bought 1 pair here and am very happy with my purchase. The store is in a neighborhood with great shopping. Shoes were around 150 to 195 euro per pair, which seems much less than Carmina (another Spanish company with a store in the city - different styles). They will give you the vat refund form. The store has shoes in the front and another room in the back where the lighting is better. I found the shoes to be comfortable, stylish, well-made, and nicely packaged. I speak very little Spanish but managed just fine with the salesperson. There were 2 pairs i really liked but at the end of the day i went with the more comfortable/everyday shoe as I rarely wear more dress type shoes. If you are looking for shoes, checkout this store and Calle de Augusto Figueroa around the San Anton Market.

Antonio Ciempozuelos: Staff wasn’t great. Decided not to buy. Hope you can improve the customer experience in the future!

Said Khalid Scharaf: Great shoes but the sales person (old, skinny man) was just rude and incompetent.

Tomáš Madaj: Nice and helpful personnel, selection of the casual models could definitely be bigger.

Miljan Lečić: One of my favorite shoemakers! Totally recommended!

Peter Slim: Excellent shoe boutique.

José Antonio: There is no better value store for goodyear shoes. I bought three pairs of shoes there 5 years ago. One of them I have changed the sole, and like new. If these people were Italian, or French, their shoes would cost two or three times their price. I recommend them to anyone who has good classic taste in footwear.
Response: Thank you very much for your comments, we strive to always offer the best value for money. All the best.

Levy david: Excellent Spanish shoemaker. Very nice well made shoes. Impeccable welcome from the team. A special big thank you to Estrella who patiently answered all my questions about the stitching, the leathers and the sizes. Perfectly French-speaking, it was a pleasure to talk with a great professional who masters her profession from start to finish. Berwick chairs are beautiful and of high quality. An address and a seller to remember!
Response: Thank you very much for your comments. We strive to provide the best store service and produce quality shoes. Best regards from all the Berwick team.
