Nielsen Vega (AL70): I stopped by to buy a wrist strap for my camera, and get one on the store but the guy working there had the initiative to install the trap on my camera himself so i find that service was excellent,. Meanwhile a lady enters to ask directions and the attendant was willing to give directions to the lady in details, thats confirms that the guy working there was a good hearted person. We need more people like him.

Jennifr Herrera: Took my photos in to ve developed on Saturday. I come here at least once a week. The process should take one business day. Today is Tuesday, I went by to check why it was taking long and it was closed. Apparently will be closed until next Saturday. I should have been told that you would be closed for a week so I could take my photos to be developed somewhere else. I have a deadline I will now miss. Lleve mis fotos a revelar el sábado y ya es martes y no me han contactado. Que pasa que necesito mis fotos para trabajo que tengo que entregar el jueves. Si Ivan a estar cerrados me lo tenían que decir Debian haberme dicho si Iban a estar cerrados y atrazados la semana entera.

Francisco Grau: I needed to buy a lightweight tripod to carry in my backpack. I was going to do it through Amazon, but an Argentine friend recommended this house to me. I went with the medium-weight camera and lens, so I could try it out. The owner attended me, very friendly and understanding. Seeing the camera and the lens, he suggested a compact Manfrotto (good brand). But the truth is that the fixing system (screw/sphere) is not stable at all. Inevitably, once the shot is selected and the mechanism adjusted, the camera with said lens tilts a few tenths, but enough to distort the shot. It is always necessary to select a little higher than what we intend to capture, so that when it "falls" it leaves us, obviously in an approximate way, the frame that we wanted. I returned to the store, after a journey, at 3 weeks. An employee took care of me and I asked him (discarding the idea of a return) if it was possible that they take me as part of payment (used, but almost new) that tripod to buy a new one that would effectively fulfill what I wanted and the answer was a resounding "not". I wonder: will the day have come when we trust the algorithms of online shopping sites more and it is their comfortable return processes than in people? --- The day after my comment I add a star for the positive and quick response from the store.

Fran ocaña molina: I had always heard of Casanova foto but it has not been until now when I have decided to buy. I have trusted them for a 70-200 2.8 rf cannon and I can only speak highly of Raul (the salesman who treated me) as well as the speed at which they sent it to me, packaging and clarification of doubts. Edgar I: Everything is pretty standard for a photo place, but the service wasn’t not good. When developing film I asked film to be delivered to an address. Next day I come to change the address they say to send them an email, then they ask for additional information and then they send the film a week after sending the scan. Nothing too critical but created unnecessary steps for me and waiting. Then bnw film development and scan price is 20€ which is much more expensive than in other European countries. Mby it’s a normal price for Spain, but feels too overpriced when in other countries it’s 10€ per bnw film. Then they have a nice variety of film for sale which was a plus. 4 starts overall.

Manuel Yuguero del Moral: I know Antonio del Solar and he has been a crack in photography for 50 years now as a mechanic and as a person he is worth a lot. But he knows how to find the solution in terms of repair, there are not as many mechanics left as him. I do know where he works, as a flash mechanic, since he was a good mechanic for a well-known brand, that is, it is in his blood as a mechanic.

Dany Perez: The attention from the lady at the reception has been very cordial on the two occasions that I visited the premises. The camera, to which the viewfinder and an aesthetic detail were repaired per hit, seems to work well (I will test it thoroughly and write it to you). The detail is that they do not answer the phone easily and that for worse, the times are wrong on the answering machine, I went on Friday because it said that they were open from 4:30 to 6:00 pm and it was closed. I have commented that this detail in an official service is not acceptable. In my opinion, they should improve this because they are the official service of the Japanese firm, no less. Alfredo Zaragoza: We carry a D810. Focus Adjustment and Sensor Cleaning 105 euros. Treatment in correct store and adequate explanations. Somewhat long budget and delivery time, but they complied with what was agreed.
Emilio Puente Rojo: Good professionals in solving problems, excellent treatment, exhibition of Nikon products very well, careful customer service and everything very clean, including the windows of the showcases where Nikon products are found.

Emmanuel Zapata: The worst service I have ever seen in my life, I am going to take some photos for my ID and the girl who attends tells me that her batteries are not working…. Where have you seen that in a store that does not have spare batteries? And to top it off, he tells me to go and take them out in the photo booth, where you have to drop coins…. Natalie Samake: Although the people at the store were generally friendly, we were very disappointed as we wanted to buy a computer they had on sale. They told us they had no more in stock but that they would order them and the computer would guaranteed be available for pickup on Monday. We paid the full amount and trusted that we could come back for it two days later. On Monday we returned in the late morning and were told that the computer was not available and would not be in time for us to pick it up before continuing our travels. Had we known that, we could have found other computers during our weekend as this was a weekend of sales and now we feel we missed out and had to settle for a computer that was more expensive. Not what I expected from fnac.
Digital Redesign: love the diversity and variety of products, from books to electronics, to kids toys . Great place to choose a birthday or Christmas present.

The shop is 5 floors like one floor is for electronics and gaming items, another floor is for Books etc. The only problem is nobody speaks in English here!
