Edimil DOSA: I have taken my Nissan Micra to this workshop on two occasions, the treatment has been spectacularly pleasant, you will have the service as soon as possible despite the amount of work they may have, and the most important thing is that they take care of your vehicle.
Ali Al Housseini: The workshop is fine and above all you can combine repairs from the official workshop and the Euro-workshop. It is not good at the level of commitment and treatment, since after a big repair, they have given me a voucher to exchange for a subsequent repair. The issue that they have not taken up with the excuse that it has expired (it has only been a few days since the expiration date) despite the fact that the workshop had supply problems and they themselves delayed the appointments.

Javier Luque: I have taken the car for a breakdown and apart from not finding it, they are more than 15 days late in its repair. They show no signs of life. When I have complained to them they tell me that the injection does not work but that they "believe" that the rest of the injectors have to be changed, that they will give me an estimate. My experience is disastrous. 700 euros invoice and take the car to another workshop because they do not know how to repair it.

Fredrik Jensen: They try to hustle you with small scratches and dents. Other car companies have stopped caring about scratches smaller than 1-2 cm so this company is quite useless. I didnt make a scratch but the return guy insisted I had. Luckily i had a video showing that it was there on the day of rental start so i didnt have to pay, but if i hadnt made the vide8 they would have charged me.

Luigi Bottari: Bad experience, exaggerated insistence at the desk for additional insurance, previous damage to the car in the lower part of the door was hidden from me, finding it parked on the passenger side very close to others and therefore invisible to a quick check. On my first stop realizing the previous damage I called europcar and they assured me that everything was resolved. At my delivery in Valencia this was not the case. I periodically rented with other low cost agencies and never had any problems. I strongly advise against it, I will never rent again

Alberto Barrio Perles: The worst service I have ever received in a workshop, unpresentable, the car arrived in a tow truck to change the two front tires, one of them had a broken valve, which I reported and they were aware of it. the next day they call me to tell me that the car is checked, with the wheels changed and ready to pick up, two days later I go by road and the car goes towards the median, I stop and see that I have the same wheel that the damaged valve without air and without having any idea of mechanics I see that the valve is still broken. My greatest surprise and concern comes when I take the car to another workshop to repair it and they tell me that they have not balanced the wheels after the change nor have they replaced the leads and that the valve was repaired with glue. Shameful professionalism and responsibility at work.

Iván Nokia: I took the car to this shop because of the good reviews and it was a complete failure. I bought a car from them 6 months ago, they tell me that the mechanics is revised and perfect, its maintenance book stamped by them when I take it away, my surprise is that they lifted the car on a lift because I work in the sector and I see that it has a broken dust cover, worn rear pads and a damaged disc and some other defect that I solved because ITV had to pass. After six months the car lost the clutch, that is the first thing I asked when I bought the car and they assure that it has been changed and in the maintenance book it is stamped by them as changed but it is not like that xk in 6 months no a clutch is gone so everyone who reads the comments of this workshop I want to tell them not to trust them I have called them xk supposedly if they had changed it they would have a guarantee but they tell me that they do not have they are liars and do not trust to leave your car, well, you see how they spend it, they are not professional or serious, very upset by the incompetence of these people

Luis Acosta: I do not recommend this company. I bought a car that was 25 years old, which was supposed to be "spotless". Miguel, the only employee, continually insisted that everything was in order and that any problem would be dealt with under the guarantee. Well, after buying the car and giving it a bit of use, problems began to appear: a window got completely clogged, fuel began to leak through a hose, the adjustment of the seats got blocked, the seat belts did not collect and in a workshop they found a Lots of rust under the underbody covers. And of course, Miguel ignored everything and also in a very unfriendly and unpleasant way. Better not to deal with this person again.
Trendssy Store: They sold me a broken car. And they gave me long to fulfill the warranty period. A very unprofessional treatment (I called them and they did not pick up the phone or answer me on WhatsApp). Be very careful with this company, the owner is a certain Jose Miguel.
