Edimil DOSA: I have taken my Nissan Micra to this workshop on two occasions, the treatment has been spectacularly pleasant, you will have the service as soon as possible despite the amount of work they may have, and the most important thing is that they take care of your vehicle.

Ali Al Housseini: The workshop is fine and above all you can combine repairs from the official workshop and the Euro-workshop. It is not good at the level of commitment and treatment, since after a big repair, they have given me a voucher to exchange for a subsequent repair. The issue that they have not taken up with the excuse that it has expired (it has only been a few days since the expiration date) despite the fact that the workshop had supply problems and they themselves delayed the appointments.

I went for a tune-up for an ITV review expressly mentioning it repeatedly, I left the workshop and automatically suspended the ITV because they had not looked at everything correctly despite having paid a considerable bill and having repeated that they look at absolutely everything. Javier Luque: I have taken the car for a breakdown and apart from not finding it, they are more than 15 days late in its repair. They show no signs of life. When I have complained to them they tell me that the injection does not work but that they "believe" that the rest of the injectors have to be changed, that they will give me an estimate. My experience is disastrous. 700 euros invoice and take the car to another workshop because they do not know how to repair it.

Vicente Angel Garcia: Regrettable. I can't think of another qualifier. I took the vehicle in for a brake range camera failure. The car was there for 6 weeks to be returned to me unrepaired. According to them, they didn't know what it was at first. Then they asked for the camera and it took a while to arrive. When it arrived they literally admitted that they did not know how to program it or do the repair. They consulted other workshops and the Opel headquarters and, after several dizziness, they discovered that the new part was wrong (something that could have been thought much earlier). They asked for the part again, which, according to them, would arrive in 10-15 days. It's been almost three weeks and I don't know anything about the part or the workshop. But, to make matters worse, when they returned the car to me (I repeat, without fixing after more than a month and a half) I find that it has several pecks on the rear bumper that it did not have previously. Obviously they accepted that it was their responsibility and that they assumed to repair it... but as I said, here I am still waiting for everything, with no solution and no compensation. Do not even think of going to this workshop for anything in the world. Edit: It's been more than two months and I still have no solution. In addition to lying that the piece would be in two weeks (and it's already been a month).

Yihan Cheng: It is my first time to rent a car and I chose europcar. I booked my reservation with check24 and pickup the car at Madrid airport. In my opinion the whole rental process is smooth and efficient. The staff are all friendly, the only regret is that I chose to upgrade and then pick a big SUV, it's really inconvenient to drive a big car in the center of Madrid, there is no way to find a suitable parking space, I had a scratch whilet parking but the whole repair process and price are reasonable, I will choose europcar again

Fredrik Jensen: They try to hustle you with small scratches and dents. Other car companies have stopped caring about scratches smaller than 1-2 cm so this company is quite useless. I didnt make a scratch but the return guy insisted I had. Luckily i had a video showing that it was there on the day of rental start so i didnt have to pay, but if i hadnt made the vide8 they would have charged me.

My greatest surprise and concern comes when I take the car to another workshop to repair it and they tell me that they have not balanced the wheels after the change nor have they replaced the leads and that the valve was repaired with glue. Shameful professionalism and responsibility at work.

The two people who attended me, because of the way they spoke, I think they were the bosses, they treated me horribly, in a very bad manner, they seem to not want to serve new clients. At first they told me that they couldn't spend all day giving quotes so that later the cars wouldn't stay there. I insisted that I just wanted a tire change quote, that it was easy, that they didn't even have to look at the car. In a very bad way they agreed to give it to me, with the tagline, "you already have it, now go to another workshop". Obviously the price they gave me seemed abusive, about 15% more than the rest of the workshops, but as I say the worst thing was not the price, but the treatment. I don't think it's so strange to ask for quotes in different workshops, but it seems that these gentlemen don't like them, despite not having too much work at the time I went. Conclusion, don't bother going there, it's an absolute waste of time.

A change of oil and filter, routine operation, cost me 124 euros well, when I usually pay between 70 and 80. EDIT: seen the response of the workshop, which is based on the "highest quality", I think it was the only time that I had to have to take the car again, since after a simple maintenance now my car was losing oil, I was told that it could be the "dirty" tray, that I was cleaned and reassembled, I had not never happened, but the best surprise was in the next oil change in summer, when I referred to the other workshop "plate" noises and they told me that the tray was loose (or caught with a single screw, or something like that, I don't understand the issue) and that the noise came from there, it was effectively solved.
