+ I am an attorney in the Litigation and Arbitration department (International Dispute Resolution) at Fieldfisher law firm in Madrid (Spain), providing expert legal advice to individuals and companies all over the world as a counsel, drafting legal opinion reports, and managing legal teams. As a senior litigation lawyer I represent clients during every stage of a lawsuit: pre-litigation and trying to settle the case out of court, conducting litigation and advocacy in a trial, the judgment and compulsory enforcement. In summary, I am responsible for carrying out the lawsuit through the whole court process: drafting settlement agreements, writ of claims, lodging of appeals, etc.
