carlesspa: This time I went to try a new eyebrow service, specifically the laminate, and I was delighted!! I have very hard and stiff eyebrow hairs and it is often impossible for me to keep them in one direction and leave my eyebrows well groomed. I can't even get it with the brand's fixative. With this laminate treatment, the eyebrow hair is more malleable and fine, now I use my brush and get the laminated effect that I like so much or simply that the hairs stay where I want. Isabel Rezawi: If you want to get an unprofessional service from a grumpy lady, you have come to the right place. performed Brazilian wax with her, she did the practice with negligence and very slowly. To perform hair removal with wax, one must pull the wax off quickly, while she takes off very slowly. When I was told I was suffering, I was asked to be quiet. The good feedback she has received is probably written by family and friends and she had very little experience with wax.
Maddy Flores: I’m from the states and I’ve had issues whenever I travel. This was the best place I’ve ever gotten waxed!! It was so quick and the least amount of pain I’ve ever felt. I’ve come here twice now and could not recommend more. I’ve also tried other places here in Madrid and Valencia and I won’t go anywhere but here now!

Gigi Tracey: Very unprofessional. My first time waxing and she was not helpful. Proceeded to start waxing even after expressing that it wasn’t long enough and would not work. Was unable to answer any questions and made me feel very uncomfortable during the whole session. I am not an expert in hair removal, that is why I am here as a client, there is no need to make a client feel guilty for using a razor. Everyone needs to start somewhere but I suggest you don’t start here!
Marilena Sartzis: The beautician did it in a hurry. She did not have a nice technique in waxing and seemed not able to handle the wax, as it was dripping all over the place. The job was done at the end, but for someone who is just starting to wax it will be a horrible experience! Would not recommend.
Csuigar: I came in hoping to make an appointment for later that day or the following day. The lady was helpful and was able to squeeze me in right away.Despite the language barrier she was very courteous and she proceeded to give me my best bikini wax to date.
Madison Arnold: Do not go here. The wax is applied with the same popsicle stick for all strips, so it is contaminating the wax. This is the number one red flag for waxing places, as it can give you an infection. It is disgusting that they do this and dangerous for their customers. Update to owner response: the product is disposable but they do not dispose of it. They used the same popsicle stick and put it back into the wax pot multiple times.

Nima Nurbu Sherpa: Its a very fine professional establishment here Manju and Laxman have with a more personalized approach to the clients. My wife has a lot of gray hair and she has to get her hair dyed twice or thrice monthly. 2 weeks ago she had her hair dyed here, and the result were very good. We are quite happy with the service. Kenya Tay: This was the worst experience I've had with threading. The lady doing my eye brows did not take into consideration any of my concerns before starting. I indicated I wanted a subtle clean up, and she proceeded to thread all my eye brows away. She then told me that it looked perfect to her. I received no apology, nothing. Their attitude was overall deplorable. Ladies, do not get your brows done there.

Celine F: I was so excited to get lashes again but these are the worst quality lashes I’ve had in a long time. 5 days later over half of the lashes on my left eye have fallen off?! It looks terrible. Usually lashes last me almost a month and here I’m 5 days in. Knowing I paid €80 to get them done and now have to spend more money to get them touched up, not even a week later is painful.

Lea D: Super wonderful experience! The best lash lift I have had in Spain! Sabina made sure my lashes lifted appropriately since they are very stubborn- and had me lay for a few more minutes with the perm solution on my lashes to make sure it worked. My lashes are VERY stiff and straight!!! But she did an amazing job perming them!! She also told me that if, next week, I need to touch up my lashes, I can feel free to stop by! Highly recommend!

Gala Fombella Shuckburgh: The best place for threading and manicures. I have tried many sites and no one does brow styling, waxing and maintenance like Sabina. It is delicate, careful, with good taste (essential to design something that has as much impact on the face as eyebrows). Also very good manicure and pedicure, always with chemical-free enamels, 12-free. I like it so much that I used to go out of proximity and now I travel halfway around Madrid to see it.

Cristina Torres Anguiano: Really disappointed. I came here just to get my hair styled for a party I was going to and the guy insisted I needed a haircut because my hair was "too heavy" and that I should get layers to add movement. I didn't need a haircut but I said OK because he insisted it would look way better. He then proceeded to cut off a ton of hair, give me layers, and THIN IT OUT without my permission. I'm down like 1/3 of my hair density now just because this dude deemed it to be too thick. I just feel like I was forced to pay for a haircut that I didn't want, didn't need, didn't ask for, and didn't even like. He was really nice but I just really hate the way that my hair looks now, after spending literal years growing it out and trying to get it thicker. If you want a place to do what you ask, I'd recommend literally any other hair salon in Madrid lol. Service: Hairstyling

Thomas Priscott: **Men please read before booking a haircut** A strong warning if you are looking for anything but a very simple buzz cut! I went in with longish hair around 8inches in length. I told Val I wanted it shorter around the side, which was quite a big deal considering I’ve been growing my hair for over a year, he proceeded to use clippers and cut it to 1cm(grade 2) on the first cut WITHOUT consulting me on the length I wanted. It was so short you could see my scalp, not only was it short, the sides were cut much higher than they should be, which clearly shows inexperience and a lack of understanding as to how to cut men’s hair. My hair is now an absolute disgrace and I am so embarrassed I’m having to wear a hat until I get a professional hair dresser to try and sort it out (which is to shave it all to the same length!). Admittedly, he had clearly realised he made an error, he obviously didn’t check the length of the clippers and tried to resolve the situation as best he could. But once you’ve cut hair you can put it back...! If you don’t have a very clear idea of what you want directing on all areas of how to cut your hair DO NOT GO, Val seems to have his own ideas as to what he wants the finished product to look like so you’ve been warned! Val, I’m sure you’ll respond saying I wasn’t clear on the length, but you didn’t even ask me how long I wanted it, no experienced hair dresser would ever cut it that short on the first go, you always start by cutting it longer and gradually taking it off as per the clients wishes. That’s so basic! I’ve actually tried to be as fair as I can in this review because I appreciate that you tried to resolve the situation.

Cassidy San Filippo: Be very careful! Left me with EXTREMELY THIN EYEBROWS. The woman was kind but my eyebrows are the thinnest they have ever been. I told her I liked my eyebrows thick and just needed a cleanup. She took off way too much hair. It also took her a long time and was painful. The area is still sensitive one day later. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 10 years and have never been more dissatisfied with the outcome and experience. Service: Eyebrow threading
Carolina: Unprofessional people, the lady who did my eyelashes didn’t know what she was doing! worse wasted money! i have to see how my eyelashes got “permanently” uneven, i had to go back after the first one because she did it so bad that the left one was very high and the other low. That day and after 45mins of listening her and her colleague talk, eat, etc, and the bad result of what she did, just wanted to leave! Besides she caused me some damage as well as my eye was crying for two days and had a needle pain in it. I had to return for them to fix it, but they couldn’t, the left one still remain higher and that’s what i have to see everyday... i shouldn’t have pay for that horrible job she did!

Virgin Gonzales: Okay. The girls are very friendly but I consider that the place is not worth what they ask for. I have other more standard places and they count less. I can't say I like it at all I was not informed of prices The suggested eyelashes were not adequate , too long . And I told him I want them to look but not too exaggerated. I consider that they should know more about what they do when recommending since the eyelashes go according to the eye of each person NO To a Photo as a reference because not everyone has the same thing. For me, in that place, the maximum to pay for some eyelashes should be 70 euros, not 100. They did my eyebrows BADLY they changed my color they gave me black eyebrows and they say it's brown. I told them I want the same color. In the end, I don't think I'll come back.

cristina cuevas: I have had a "supposed" eyelash lifting done in this center but what they have done to me has been a curling. The result is that my eyelashes have curled in such a way that I look like a doll, it looks horrible. The center is nice and clean but the phone won't stop dreaming and it's at an incredible volume which makes the experience quite uncomfortable. I will not repeat and I do not advise this center for a lash lift.
