Ro Rodriguez: Very bad customer service. They had my laptop for two months and we’re not able to fix it because the parts they ordered were all faulty. When I would ask for updates they would leave me on read or not read it at all. After calling them they would send me a voice note that they would give me an update soon, but then the wouldn’t. I had to call again to get any information from them. They gave me the run around for 2 months. I understand if you are busy or if you are trying but you are getting faulty parts but at least try to have good communication about it. When I finally went to pick up my laptop after them not being able to fix it, it took them several minutes to find my charger cable and they only gave me part of it. When I asked where the other half was (the part that plugs into the wall) they were about to give me an excuse that they don’t have it. Then they started looking for it and found it immediately plugged into the wall. They are very disorganized and their customer service is seriously lacking. I recommend they hire additional help to get that place organized.

He spent time and money trying, but he was too damaged, even so lame. We regret not having been able to repair it, thanks to the effort we made to move it forward.

My computer now comes on and works perfectly. The place is hard to find as there are no signs and yes, once you go in, everything is all over the place, but if you are looking for quality service and you are looking to have your laptop repaired, this is the place to go. I am 100 percent satisfied!

Tagson: Changing my review on PcComponentes, it is actually a really good tech shop in Madrid, maybe actually the best one. At the end, I received help from them in English multiple times and today I received my MSI laptop! Overall, I will say it is a super good store, the only problem was that, I had a delay of one week, but I think it is okay. If you are not rushing anywhere and you can wait, maybe one week for your product, you should buy from them!!

Alejandro Ramirez: I took my HP computer with problems with the charger and the battery, which had made me a mess for a long time. I went for a keyboard replacement for my 15.4 inch macbook pro and they replaced my keyboard, touchbar, trackpad and battery all for free even though my macbook was out of warranty. Apple store said they would take at least 10 days for the repair where as Rosellimac did it all in 4 days. Phenomenal experience and customer service. Highly recommend it

Leandro Di Stefano: VERY PROFESSIONAL. I happened today because I had a serious problem on my MacBook Pro, the screen turned off out of nowhere. As soon as I started to explain what was happening to me, the person who attended me identified the problem, knew that it was something that had happened with the 2016 Mac and that they had given 5 years to fix it.
