The teaching staff could not be more professional, the treatment is super human and they provide facilities for everything. Kyle Szary: Holy mother of all that is good in life! My husband and I made reservations here during our holiday stay in Madrid, and ended up booking another round before we left! The studio is extremely clean and above-the-bar. They ask you to remove your shoes before entry, and there are restrooms if you need. They provide a massage shirt/pants to change into, and lead you downstairs to the massage areas. The actual massage, itself, was unlike any I’ve ever had. As someone who loves deep tissue massage, this really pushed the boundaries of what I thought deep tissue massage was, and could be. The therapist stretched things I didn’t know could or needed to be stretched, and used his knees, elbows, hands, and body in general to provide one of the most amazing deep tissue experiences I’ve ever had. I will, without a doubt, be returning here on my next trip to Madrid. €38 for an hour; cash only. Absolutely worth it.

Naim Sedik: Since a silly accident years ago i suffer chronic muscle tension, knotting and stiffness in my shoulder and neck area. Deep tissue, massages sometimes do the trick and will provide relief for a while (After the hurt of going through the massage). Now i just had a Thai massage with David. He made sure to ask me what my issues were and what areas needed specific attention. Then he went to work with his personal blend of pressure and stretching and now i honestly feel like elastified! I've been touched by an angel! Can't wait to go back. Thank you David! This isn't my visit to Art Thai and i have never been disappointed. And their prices are unbelievably affordable so feel free to tip your masseur extra!!! (Even though I've never felt tipping was expected in this place). 5*****!
John Nelson (Jónico): I've never taken any courses, I just go in for the massages. Very clean, up-front, massages that are not really physiotherapy but that do a lot to unwind muscles and cramps. Each masseur / masseuse has his/her own style and technique, worth coming back and and trying different ones till you find the one that suits you best. At 28 euros it is a bit expensive, so I can only do it once a month or so--if it were 18 I'd come in every week.

Jessica Torres: My masseuse slept through the last 20 minutes of the service. I didn't know what to do. I kept trying to couch and wake him up every few seconds. I would twitch or yawn loudly. Even at one point I opened my eyes and asked him if he was tired. When I told the lady at the front desk, she seemed shocked, sheapologized. We payed full price for the massage. I felt like we should have gotten it free. I was so uncomfortable about it so it .she the experience unpleasent.

At EQM I found very good teachers, showing empathy with the students, who have also become a group of good colleagues among us. They have taught us the different treatments, but also a style and professional ethics to apply with clients. Very good also from the administration girls who explain everything very well and facilitate any management. As for the facilities and teaching materials, they are excellent and the best I visited before enrolling. Cleaning is the most careful part both in the material and classrooms as well as that required at the level of people. I definitely recommend this school and I will return to do more courses. Darya Potapova: As a b-day present my boyfriend had booked me an appointment in the Fix Room. Without exaggeration I can say that I had the best deep tissue massage in my life. Augustine is very attentive, he could detect right away the areas that were specifically tensed and needed more treatment. In an hour I felt completely recharged. Damaris de Leeuw: One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever gotten in my life! Both Augustin and Lourdes have angle hands and know exactly which points to pay attention to. They are also extremely prudent and have an incredible eye for detail to make the whole experience impeccable (From providing you with special underwear and hair ties to making sure the room temperature is correct and serving you tea after the massage). The first time I went, I had Augusting and I remember he made sure that I was completely comfortable with everything seeing as I was a women and he a man and I really appreciated that. Augustin above all speaks perfect English, which I found quite comforting as my Spanish is not fluent yet. I try to return as often as my budget allows and have recommended The Fix Room to many of my friends!

Sheena Garcia: The massage was great and with good pressure. Me and my friend tried the Thai massage with oil and it was really great. The masseues were also nice and check in on the strength of the pressure which was really great. The place was tidy and the room we had the massage in was really cozy. We had water and tea after the session also. I do have one issue to point out,the spa doesn't give receipts. My friend needed one so she could reimburse it from the company she works for but then they said that they 'don't normally' give receipts which is odd. I mean,every business ,however small you are,should have the responsibility to give receipts to customers. If not,people would think your business is a black market. Just my opinion. But overall,it was a nice experience.

Next time I'll try the four-hand massage and maybe I'll go with my partner to try a relaxing massage to remove stress. It is very well located, in the center of Madrid. The advices for the first visitors: take off all your clothes except for bottom underwear before massage. Don't put makeup before massage. You can be little flexible after massage. But some part of my body was hurt after the massage day. If you like soft massage, you should ask them before massage.

Having strong trust with a massage therapist is so important and I trust these therapists completely. (And my body has old sports injuries and whatnot so it is of the utmost importance to me). Whenever I have jetlag, neck/back pain from sitting at my desk, or simply need to ‘reset’ my body, i book an appointment. I see them regularly and cannot recommend them enough.

Best consistent pressure I’ve had in a massage and the price (50€) per person was more than reasonable. I am not surprised to see so many other positive reviews. Bo: I went to this place twice--the first time for a 1 hour Thai massage and the next day for a 1 hour reflexology. The Thai massage was fantastic and one of the best I ever had. The foot reflexology was not good. As with any place, it was hit or miss depending on the therapist, and you should see Aom Chuthatip. She was the best therapist hands down.

Maria Soledad: Amazing!!! This is a hidden gem! Great service from everyone, the place is super cute, comfortable and with great energy! I went in for a Thai Massage with oil with Oan Siriwan and she’s just magic! Came back later for a reiki session cause I LOVED the energy and the reiki master was also divine and I left literally floating from both services! I’ve had massages all over the world and this has been the best really! I’m booked already for next week Thank you so much!

MoniMariposa DeLuz: This massage exceeded my expectations! The place is super clean, the staff very professional and the masseuses have incredible technique! I had an oil aromatherapy 90 min massage followed by a reiki session. I came in stressed and fatigued and left renewed and energized! I will be back! It is also very conveniently located next to brand name shops! I highly recommend it!
