Kyle Szary: Holy mother of all that is good in life! My husband and I made reservations here during our holiday stay in Madrid, and ended up booking another round before we left! The studio is extremely clean and above-the-bar. They ask you to remove your shoes before entry, and there are restrooms if you need. They provide a massage shirt/pants to change into, and lead you downstairs to the massage areas. The actual massage, itself, was unlike any I’ve ever had. As someone who loves deep tissue massage, this really pushed the boundaries of what I thought deep tissue massage was, and could be. The therapist stretched things I didn’t know could or needed to be stretched, and used his knees, elbows, hands, and body in general to provide one of the most amazing deep tissue experiences I’ve ever had. I will, without a doubt, be returning here on my next trip to Madrid. €38 for an hour; cash only. Absolutely worth it.

YAO XIAO: Best Thai massage ever. At the front desk the clerk will let us choose the type and intensity of our massage, especially which part of our body we want to have a deep massage. Naim Sedik: Since a silly accident years ago i suffer chronic muscle tension, knotting and stiffness in my shoulder and neck area. Deep tissue, massages sometimes do the trick and will provide relief for a while (After the hurt of going through the massage). Now i just had a Thai massage with David. He made sure to ask me what my issues were and what areas needed specific attention. Then he went to work with his personal blend of pressure and stretching and now i honestly feel like elastified! I've been touched by an angel! Can't wait to go back. Thank you David! This isn't my visit to Art Thai and i have never been disappointed. And their prices are unbelievably affordable so feel free to tip your masseur extra!!! (Even though I've never felt tipping was expected in this place). 5*****!
John Nelson (Jónico): I've never taken any courses, I just go in for the massages. Very clean, up-front, massages that are not really physiotherapy but that do a lot to unwind muscles and cramps. Each masseur / masseuse has his/her own style and technique, worth coming back and and trying different ones till you find the one that suits you best. At 28 euros it is a bit expensive, so I can only do it once a month or so--if it were 18 I'd come in every week.

Jessica Torres: My masseuse slept through the last 20 minutes of the service. I didn't know what to do. I kept trying to couch and wake him up every few seconds. I would twitch or yawn loudly. Even at one point I opened my eyes and asked him if he was tired. When I told the lady at the front desk, she seemed shocked, sheapologized. We payed full price for the massage. I felt like we should have gotten it free. I was so uncomfortable about it so it .she the experience unpleasent.

Jonathon Lavers: As soon as you walk in you feel that you are in Thailand and having been to Thailand this is something I am very familiar with. We were greeted by one of the massage therapists and asked to sit down and put our slippers on and then escorted to our massage room where very tranquil music was playing. The massage therapists were both Thai and this only added to the Thai massage experience. We both had the Balinese massage opting not for the traditional Thai massage this is well know for being harder on the body. After 1 hour with a special promo costing €45 I felt brand new the massage hit all the right spots and left relaxed beyond belief. 100% recommendable if you need a massage in Madrid.

I went there several times, the massages I took was the Bali Massage, back and shoulder and a mixed Thai oil massage. All type massages are good indeed as the staffs are professional.. Nicola Riske: This is my favorite place for a Thai (or Balinese) massage in all of Madrid. The massage therapists are intuitive, responsive and truly experts in what they do and how they work with their clients. Having strong trust with a massage therapist is so important and I trust these therapists completely. (And my body has old sports injuries and whatnot so it is of the utmost importance to me). Whenever I have jetlag, neck/back pain from sitting at my desk, or simply need to ‘reset’ my body, i book an appointment. I see them regularly and cannot recommend them enough.
D: I absolutely loved this place. My priority is always hygiene and it was great. The Thai tea was very delicious and a nice touch to the experience. Lastly the staff members were very hospitable and polite. Definitely visiting this place again!

The music was really bad, not relaxing but more like Beyoncé which is not very helpful when you want to relax. It was too loud as you could hear people from the street and mattresses don’t have a hole to put your head when laying in the stomach which made it a bit uncomfortable. The employees were nice and polite and the massage itself was not bad but not amazing either. It was ok

Sheena Garcia: The massage was great and with good pressure. Me and my friend tried the Thai massage with oil and it was really great. The masseues were also nice and check in on the strength of the pressure which was really great. The place was tidy and the room we had the massage in was really cozy. We had water and tea after the session also. I do have one issue to point out,the spa doesn't give receipts. My friend needed one so she could reimburse it from the company she works for but then they said that they 'don't normally' give receipts which is odd. I mean,every business ,however small you are,should have the responsibility to give receipts to customers. If not,people would think your business is a black market. Just my opinion. But overall,it was a nice experience.

SAMANTHA ROUSSEL: Incredible Thai and oriental massages in the heart of Madrid. The hands of the masseurs relaxed my body and removed all the contractures. The Tsuchi combined massage is the best. Next time I'll try the four-hand massage and maybe I'll go with my partner to try a relaxing massage to remove stress. It is very well located, in the center of Madrid. Terpeutical and relaxing massages highly recommended.

잉빈잉빈: Therapists are super nice. The price is reasonable compared to other places. For 2 people, 95€. Paying by cash is easier, vut still you can pay by card in there too. The advices for the first visitors: take off all your clothes except for bottom underwear before massage. Don't put makeup before massage. You can be little flexible after massage. But some part of my body was hurt after the massage day. If you like soft massage, you should ask them before massage.

Robert Simpson: My wife and I enjoyed a Couples Massage (Traditional Thai+Thai Oil+Reflexology) Wow! It was great! Very professional comfortable surroundings with separate rooms for the massages. Water before and tea after the massage. My wife said it helped her shoulder. We are definitely coming back.

Darya Potapova: As a b-day present my boyfriend had booked me an appointment in the Fix Room. Without exaggeration I can say that I had the best deep tissue massage in my life. Augustine is very attentive, he could detect right away the areas that were specifically tensed and needed more treatment. In an hour I felt completely recharged. The great atmosphere in the studio just adds to the whole experience: nice essential oils, music, decor, heated massage table and so on. I had a 90 minute sport massage on both areas and it did not disappoint. Very deep and intense massage which is exactly what I need after being absent from sport for over 5 months. They are also extremely prudent and have an incredible eye for detail to make the whole experience impeccable (From providing you with special underwear and hair ties to making sure the room temperature is correct and serving you tea after the massage). The first time I went, I had Augusting and I remember he made sure that I was completely comfortable with everything seeing as I was a women and he a man and I really appreciated that. Augustin above all speaks perfect English, which I found quite comforting as my Spanish is not fluent yet. I try to return as often as my budget allows and have recommended The Fix Room to many of my friends!

Ece Sen: My boyfriend booked a couples massage for our anniversary. I can confidently say that I had the least relaxing massage in my life. I did not enjoy it, on the contrary I had body parts hurting after the ‘massage’. The masseur did not use any massage techniques but only stroked my body for 80 minutes. The package was marketed as a oriental massage including a reflexology. I am having massages frequently and know the techniques used for different types of massages and this had nothing to do with reflexology. Usually, the masseur would stimulate your acupressure points. All this masseur did was literally petting my feet. The oil used for the massage of the body was cold and had not essential oils. I don’t know what can be considered ‘oriental’ about this poor experience. Safety wise, I was not asked if I have any injuries before starting (big red flag!) and the masseur was coughing the whole time which made me extremely uncomfortable. We will surely look for another massage place and I’m sad we spent the money on such a poor experience.

Danielle Galloway: I used to like this place and have no complaints about the massage therapists however a couple of other issues were very off putting for me. The first one being that during the massage there were kids and adults yelling and talking very loudly. It was not relaxing at all. The second issue was the saleswoman at the end. They always ask you what you'd like to drink so they can sit you down and pitch more massages to you. Which is fine, however this was the last massage on the bono I had paid for and the woman was trying to sell me more. After I told her no, she basically shoo'ed me out of the room and didn't even let me finish my water. It was so obvious that she only cared about making the sale. As a paying customer it just left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm happy with my decision to not buy more massages from this place.

Sinclair Palavecino: Eloquently situated in the more "upscale" area of Madrid you'll find this gem. My girlfriend and I booked a Thai massage of 90 minutes a day in advance to be sure there was availability. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist ( don't remember her name) who offered us water or tea before choosing how we would like the 90 minutes distributed. I opted for 60 massage and 30 facial while my girlfriend did the full 90 massage. Not sure what those ladies ( Muk and Meow) did to us but we came out very relaxed and in another world! Thank you!

Sonder Expeditions: I had a massage today. My masseuse Umi, really put in work for some chronic pain I had. Very grateful. Prices are decent. Cane yesterday with friend for a 30 minute foot massage, price was 35 euros. Then did 30 min facial and 60 minute massage of choice, cost 95 euros. Will be back ❤

Chuong Dang: Got the Balinese massage; came in looking for a deep tissue massage for my lower back. It's just been hurting. Went in, got undressed, and laid down. Masseuse was all right asking what pressure I wanted, which I told her. But then through it all it just became moderate. More like a hit and miss on the pressure. It didn't feel like consistent so I wasn't happy about the experience. I enjoyed the fact they brought hot tea out for my stuffiness and the menthol ointment for my nose which helped. I am thank you for that. Receptionist was great and service was there. Otherwise, just need an improvement and consistency on massage.

Sailesh Shankar: Great Thai massage in Madrid. Clean place with good ambience. My wife an I had a aromatherapy massage after walking around Europe for 5 weeks and we were not disappointing. Having had massages in Thailand and Bali, the massage here was comparable and I would go back anytime. Cheers.
