Chervey Fan: Loved my pedicure at Allure Nails! Mariana is very skilled and paid so much attention to my comfort and preferences. It has been so hot and dry that my feet needed a LOT of attention. I got the callus treatment that helped a lot. I’m practicing my Spanish, and definitely not a native speaker, and Mariana was very patient in her communication with me. They seem very busy, so make sure to book appointments ahead of time! I really appreciated Mariana and my experience here. If I have time, I would like to come back before I return to the US.

Nicole Doyle: This place is amazing! I had an appointment for a classic manicure and pedicure. It’s very important to me that my hands and feet are cleaned, which Arza did perfectly. I was satisfied with the nail polish choices. Both my manicure and pedicure was done in less than 2 hours. When I finished, I was so impressed that I thought I should try out how they do eyebrows. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they squeezed me in and again, she did my eyebrows perfectly!! I like my eyebrows thick so I was nervous that someone would make them really skinny but she understood to just clean them up and keep my shape. Overall, I’m very happy!
Mariel Isakson: Allure is the best nail and beauty salon in the area. The ladies are super nice, a couple speak english even though they`re shy about it. They really make an effort to do the best job. They take the time needed for you to get quality service. I'ts a small place so do book in advance. I've been getting my nails, eyelashes and wax done there for as long as they've been in business and never have they botched a job. Truly highly recommended.

Alice Yagolnitser: Was so happy with my express mani & pedicure. I had a very strong shellac on my hands (done in another country) and the girl did the best job trying not to use the machine to remove it but rather use an acetone and go over each nail a few times. Really nice decor and very good service. They speak English too.

Lo Ov: I don’t usually write any reviews, but for this I have to. This place is definitely over priced for regular service. I set an appointment for the Jet-lag pedicure, and half of what is in the description did not happen. The service ended 20 minutes before the promised time (1hr 15 min) shown when you book the appointment. They did not properly remove dry skin, making my feet drier. Also, for €69 I thought there will be a proper massage, but I did not receive that neither. Although they didn’t fully deliver on the service, they did a good job painting my toe nails. I will not be coming back though. Service: Pedicure
Iulia Radulescu: I called to make an appointment and explained everything that has to be done on my nails. The girl said ok it will take one hour to do that. I explained to her again what I wanted to do to be sure I will have the treatment I want. I arrived there and the girl that looked at my nails asked me what kind of polish I have on my hails and how she has to take it off. Then she said she cannot do what I want because she does not have enough time. They were rude and they acted like it was all my fault for this situation and they have nothing to do with it. Besides paying so much for a manicure in Madrid you are also receiving something else than what you actually want. Very disappointing

Noha El Bakkush: A little on the pricey side but with every penny! I had acrylics on and they were pretty much destroyed, Sofia basically brought them back to life...they looked shiny and pretty ❤ and customer service was perfect, highly recommend!
Chiara Santevecchi: Definitely overpriced.i paid more than what I would pay in London for a combined manicure and pedicure. The girl was so attentive on the cuticules that she hurt me several times. My feet were swollen after a long flight so I felt it very much! Also they tried to upsell me everything as much as possible.they're not happy with the pricy service as is. However I can praise the customer care, Alejandro rakes good care of you at any time. I wouldn't go back though.

Nicole Papai: This is truly a 5 star experience from the minute you walk through the door. Not only are you greeted warmly (in English if you don't speak Spanish), but the customer service and personalized attention makes you feel as if you are their number one client. Any question you may have is answered thoroughly with the range of options available to you. The estheticians were very careful and attentive. I especially appreciated the products they used. I am definitely their new regular customer.

The work is always impeccable; it’s such a pleasure to have a well-done manicure that lasts (3-4 weeks!). This is now the only place I will go for manicures etc.

Barbara Kinney: Wonderful! Over the course of two visits, I had a mani, pedi, eyebrow threading, and facial. My skin is still glowing from one of the best facials I’ve ever had. My eyebrows are perfect, and as painless as possible. Everyone I had contact with was super nice, friendly, helpful, and kind. If I lived in Madrid, I would be a regular customer. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
Ashley Ford: They did a wonderful job on my nails and fit me in last minute when the service took longer than expected. My nails came out beautifully! The only downside, was it was more expensive than I’m used to paying, for similar quality, so I probably won’t go again, just for that. But they did a wonderful job and try to make sure you get what you pay for.

Renata: A very poorly managed and expensive center. Marta treats clients fatally, even those of us who had been going for more than 10 years. I made an appointment through the app and then called to change the schedule and confirm that I was signed up with the professionals I like - because there are always mistakes. Marta confirmed me. When I arrived at the center, punctually at the time of the appointment, I was waiting 20 minutes to be seen and I found out that they had canceled my appointment and taken other clients. The girls there completely disregarded the situation and offered me no solution. It seems to be something very common. Finally, they called the owner and I received a fatal treatment from Marta, who only made excuses and blamed me, and not offered a solution or apologized for her mistake. You see that in the responses to the reviews. It is not uncommon for many long-time customers to stop coming.

María José Bres: I do not recommend it at all, it is CARISISISISMO. In life he had paid so much. The varnishes are not of quality, they had to paint my nails 3 times because the varnish did not fit. Their prices are on the page but it still seems like an insult to me how expensive. The only good thing is the girls who serve who are very friendly.

Even now after 3 weeks it hasn't chipped or lifted at all. The customer service was great and very professional, I sadly can't remember the nail techs name. Recommend 1000%!

Elīna Dūče: Update: Shortly after my first review I have received the message from salon apologizing and offering to provide another complementary pedicure free of charge. I used the opportunity and now after a week being passed all is great - polish keeping great and I am super happy with the outcome. Thank you for taking care of your clients and being attentive to customer’s experience! I recently did my pedicure there and in a week the nail polish started to peal from the top of both thumb nails. Was very disappointed as I have paid 65€ for this. Maybe just a coincidence however I haven’t experienced this for years so assume either the nail polish was bad quality, the base or the lamp. The attitude and service though was good yet that is not enough for me to return.

Baylea Sorto: Not worth the price and bad service! No matter where I go, I always get the top-level pedicure (spa pedicure), and I expect a 5-star experience. This salon was by far the most expensive spa pedicure I've ever seen at 58 euros, but that didn't bother me. I was excited to see what it would consist of. First, the atmosphere is awful. They weren't very happy to help. It felt like they didn't want to be there. The seats are extremely uncomfortable, and there was nothing to look at during my time there. Secondly, with a spa pedicure, you expect the technician to know the process. She seemed to have no clue what to do each step along the way and had to keep asking the others. There was no massage portion. She wiped a couple of different cremes on my legs, and that was it. The soaking water was cold. It was just a pitiful excuse of a "spa" experience. Finally, she didn't wipe all of the oil off, so when she put my shoes on, I couldn't walk. It was so slippery, I took at cab home. I can't express my disappointment enough, especially at this price. What a waste.

Estefany Arzola: The semi-permanent manicure lasted me a day, the girl who did the job very kindly, but the manicure was bad, I came back to have it fixed the next day, another very kind girl finished it too, although she had to do the job again and they turned out great. but the nails began to peel, today is the 5th day and I have almost nothing in condition. The girls are fine, but the material or technique is not.

Ana Palencia: I paid for a semi-permanent manicure just 7 days ago for 30 euros (I think it's quite a generous amount). It didn't last me more than 4 whole days -it's supposed to last about two weeks-, my enamel fell off in pieces, a wreck. I went two days ago to have my affected nails painted again, and the shop assistants weren't even able to get up to attend to me formally. It seemed like a robbery to me. I will not return to this site again.

Daniela García Márquez: Hello!! I am leaving the room. Pretty flat deal, I felt like super pressured to pick the color haha and it was missing some bright summer color options that I was looking for. I thought it was excessively expensive €25 for an express pedicure with color. They did nothing but soak my feet in water, file my toenails, and put on my polish. Then they left me with my feet in the dryer for about 30 minutes and nobody said anything to me until I asked something like: Can I go now? He he. A pity, the nice girls but still and they have too much work and the owner of the place does not take good care of them and they are not happy. I don't think I'll go back even though it's literally downstairs from my house.

Alejandra García de: I went in to get a normal, basic, unvarnished pedicure (my nail was dry and I wanted to let it breathe) just clean cuticles and cut. They were with me for 30 minutes and they charged me 42 euros. I told the girl who attended me that I thought she had made a mistake because on her website it said that the price of the express manicure lasting at least 30 minutes was 25 eur. She replied, quite angrily, that I had chosen not to enamel but that if I had done it I would have been there for 45 minutes and that is why I had been charged for the basic service. Apart from being rude, she seemed to me to have an incredible hard face. In any case, very expensive for the service provided. Any other local in the area has more competitive prices.

Ruth Kingsbury: Very friendly place that does great work, and they happened to have an opening when I arrived although they got very busy later in the day. While I was there they helped a loyal customer for free! Also spoke enough English to communicate with international customers (although I conversed in Spanish). They care a lot about the quality of their work and the price is reasonable for the amount of time and care they spend.

Jose Jorge: Horrible customer service. They ask you to make an appointment only to make clients consistently wait over an hour (which I normally do) but today was just humiliating. With my 4:00 appointment, I arrived at 3:55 and wasn't helped until 5:30. The owner told me to "wait just ten minutes" twice as she greeted and helped women she was friendly with as I sat waiting. To add insult to injury, she didn't have the correct change to give me (they are cash only by the owner's decision). The owner gave me a "sorry" as I exited which tells me she knew she was in the wrong for directing the nail tech (and herself) to place Spanish walk-ins she knew before someone with an appointment. Intentionally being made to sit for over an hour as they happily chatted with their friends/clients is where I draw the line. I highly recommend "My New York Street" instead- very friendly, professional and use sinks to do pedicures instead of dry foot-in-lap like Nails Maker. -Kathryn

Laura Fernández: I had my manicure done on Tuesday, December 28, and two nails had already been removed on New Year's Eve. The following Wednesday I went to touch them up and after two days four nails were removed, so I decided to remove them all so as not to waste more time. I also did an eyelash lift that was not noticeable at all. I consider that the products are not good since it has never happened to me that a semi-permanent manicure does not last even three days. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
