Christina Mirnaya: The worst experience in my life for a lot of money! My appointment was with Isabella on Saturday and it was supposed to be pedicure and manicure. To begin with I am sure that her name was not on a list of people I’ve chosen while booking my visit. She made me cuts till the blood was dripping from almost every toe. All the time I had to stop the manicurist, cos she was grabbing the skin so hard, pulling it with power and making me pain even though I told her a couple of times her actions made me uncomfortable. Either NailCorner doesn’t supply workers with sharp instruments or they are just super unprofessional who need to have more classes. The pedicure was so bad that I just asked not to cut the cuticles on my hands and just covered it with color. I wouldn’t complain that much if it was one accidental cut, but next day all the skin around my nails was itchy and I’ve noticed wounds. I have pain till now. My great recommendation is when by accident a manicurist cuts a client not for them to clean the blood with a metal instrument like Isabella did, but with cotton and something to stop the blood. Also I know when the manicurist just covers the nail with a gel it’s not the same as cutting the cuticle, but the gloves still must be present on the manicurist hands! The manicurist shouldn’t clean the nail polish on a client’s hand with a bare nail not covered in glove. It’s absolutely unprofessional. I do suggest NailCorner check its workers, otherwise they will be losing money and their place will be associated with min a butchery and max a nightmare.

Zlata Rimchuk: The service could improve. For €70 I expected more than 2 crooked nails looking to the left and 30 minutes trying to make a simple design of 2 flames not even in color. The treatment was not bad, although as I said I expected more than the "Luxury" that the room was. Yes, they were nice to wait for me about 20 minutes because of the traffic, but the girl treating me made me feel like I owed her something: “YOU were 20 minutes late, I don't know if I'll have time to make you a design you want”. Only when his partner has told him that we are on time, he relaxed and spoke to me more attentively. Too bad I didn't take a photo, but I always take photos if I like the result and just because I was in a hurry I couldn't ask them to fix it. For €70 it's a steal.

I go every month to get my gel and filler nails done, and Ingrid does my nails, a nice girl, with interesting conversation and who respects your silence if you want to work while doing your nails. He does great gel nails and the guys who are at the reception and serving other clients are great and very nice. THANK YOU

Ambere Mauldin: Took about 3.5-4 weeks to receive as they came from Spain. No shipping or tracking info and no response to any emails which was frustrating. I went and got my nails done for Disney professionally. They were super cute and I was so excited. Even after using top coat, etc. they only lasted about 3 days 😥 I haven't done any strenuous activity involving my hands and I avoided hot water for the first 24 hours to help them seal..super disappointed. See pics for before and after..(3rd pic is after..Tinkerbells feet are missing and the castle is almost gone).

Elizabeth Red: The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the waiting time, it took a month to arrive, when I emailed them about my order they responded promptly and professionally, the decals were amazing, love every single one of them and everything I ordered came. If it's something you need right away, probably shouldn't order from here, but if it's something that can wait a month, its definitely worth it. Placing my second order soon. SN: I live in Michigan.

Barbara Kinney: Wonderful! Over the course of two visits, I had a mani, pedi, eyebrow threading, and facial. My skin is still glowing from one of the best facials I’ve ever had. My eyebrows are perfect, and as painless as possible. Everyone I had contact with was super nice, friendly, helpful, and kind. If I lived in Madrid, I would be a regular customer. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Ashley Ford: They did a wonderful job on my nails and fit me in last minute when the service took longer than expected. My nails came out beautifully! The only downside, was it was more expensive than I’m used to paying, for similar quality, so I probably won’t go again, just for that. But they did a wonderful job and try to make sure you get what you pay for.

Renata: A very poorly managed and expensive center. Marta treats clients fatally, even those of us who had been going for more than 10 years. I made an appointment through the app and then called to change the schedule and confirm that I was signed up with the professionals I like - because there are always mistakes. Marta confirmed me. When I arrived at the center, punctually at the time of the appointment, I was waiting 20 minutes to be seen and I found out that they had canceled my appointment and taken other clients. The girls there completely disregarded the situation and offered me no solution. It seems to be something very common. Finally, they called the owner and I received a fatal treatment from Marta, who only made excuses and blamed me, and not offered a solution or apologized for her mistake. You see that in the responses to the reviews. It is not uncommon for many long-time customers to stop coming.

María José Bres: I do not recommend it at all, it is CARISISISISMO. In life he had paid so much. The varnishes are not of quality, they had to paint my nails 3 times because the varnish did not fit. Their prices are on the page but it still seems like an insult to me how expensive. The only good thing is the girls who serve who are very friendly.

Alice Yagolnitser: Was so happy with my express mani & pedicure. I had a very strong shellac on my hands (done in another country) and the girl did the best job trying not to use the machine to remove it but rather use an acetone and go over each nail a few times. Really nice decor and very good service. They speak English too.

Lo Ov: I don’t usually write any reviews, but for this I have to. This place is definitely over priced for regular service. I set an appointment for the Jet-lag pedicure, and half of what is in the description did not happen. The service ended 20 minutes before the promised time (1hr 15 min) shown when you book the appointment. They did not properly remove dry skin, making my feet drier. Also, for €69 I thought there will be a proper massage, but I did not receive that neither. Although they didn’t fully deliver on the service, they did a good job painting my toe nails. I will not be coming back though. Service: Pedicure

Iulia Radulescu: I called to make an appointment and explained everything that has to be done on my nails. The girl said ok it will take one hour to do that. I explained to her again what I wanted to do to be sure I will have the treatment I want. I arrived there and the girl that looked at my nails asked me what kind of polish I have on my hails and how she has to take it off. Then she said she cannot do what I want because she does not have enough time. They were rude and they acted like it was all my fault for this situation and they have nothing to do with it. Besides paying so much for a manicure in Madrid you are also receiving something else than what you actually want. Very disappointing

Noha El Bakkush: A little on the pricey side but with every penny! I had acrylics on and they were pretty much destroyed, Sofia basically brought them back to life...they looked shiny and pretty ❤ and customer service was perfect, highly recommend!

Chiara Santevecchi: Definitely overpriced.i paid more than what I would pay in London for a combined manicure and pedicure. The girl was so attentive on the cuticules that she hurt me several times. My feet were swollen after a long flight so I felt it very much! Also they tried to upsell me everything as much as possible.they're not happy with the pricy service as is. However I can praise the customer care, Alejandro rakes good care of you at any time. I wouldn't go back though.

Not only are you greeted warmly (in English if you don't speak Spanish), but the customer service and personalized attention makes you feel as if you are their number one client. Any question you may have is answered thoroughly with the range of options available to you. The estheticians were very careful and attentive. I especially appreciated the products they used. I am definitely their new regular customer.

Although the website shows us, that the store is still open until 21h, the staff told us 10 min to 19h, that it's now closed because of nochebuena. Dear management, I fully understand to close earlier but not the fact, that a big company like sephora is not able to make a clear statement towards their customers about the opening times. This is not customer friendly.

They are curing my adult acne, and while my visage is not yet perfect is getting there. I actually brought in a friend of mine and her skin now is absolutely flawless... They offer great quality for the price. I've been coming here for around 4-5 months now to renew the jars as I empty them.

Irene HM: A friend recommended it to me. I had terrible skin after using a mask and I made an appointment, they advised me very well and gave me a treatment. It has improved me a lot. Very attentive and pleasant and the very good creams show the quality. I had tried many on my own and was tired of not getting results. I had an appointment with Jerónimo and the girls take great care of you. I definitely recommend it.

I couldn't make an appointment with Jerónimo for a study due to my schedule, but I went without an appointment, the charming girls treated me wonderfully well, they wrote me the treatment that they thought could come in handy. Having never tried their products, I have been acquiring little by little what they recommended to me, and I have to say that it has been a success, my skin is visibly improved, the prices are not excessive, and very consistent with the size of the products. Elena Carrera: I have been buying for more than 12 years and it is the second time that it happens to me, I ask someone to go buy the treatment specifying a small bottle of repair cream and you sell them the big bottle. In addition, I just found out that the normal bottle of other creams directly gives you the 100 ml one, I understand it clearly because the difference in the bill from what I wanted to what has been is 80 euros!!! Be careful with this, if you order someone specify the size because they are going to sell you by default the big one in everything!!!! I also take this opportunity to say that a few months ago one of the girls of all my life recommended me a contour treatment, when I went back in time for the second one, Nuria, the girl with light hair, told me that it was impossible for a colleague to sell me that cream, and by his nose he didn't sell it to me. Laura Cavallini: Worst manicure ever. Charged a lot, hurt me while removing the previous nail polish and didn’t even clean the cuticles before applying the new one. In fact after less than a week it’s already starting to lift at the edged and looks horrible. Sorry but this is not a 30€ manicure I won’t repeat. Ayse Kucukyilmaz: I had a very bad service today. They do dry manicure, the quality is really substandard and unhygienic. I was serviced by Alba, and she cut into my middle finger quite deeply (pictures attached). It was surprising as the part she cut away wasn't even near the nail border. She didn't attend the bleeding, which was so strong I was afraid a bit, didn't put any disinfectant and didn't care to wipe it. What's worse is she didn't even care to say sorry. She couldn't find the color I had selected so she was continuously asking me to choose something else while the only thing I could think of was my bloody member. In the end the manicure was really bad, most of the skin is left intact and my finger hurts like hell. Alba didn't care to clean the blood that went under my finger, and when I asked this to be cleaned her manager said it was expected from customers to come with clean fingers! I told her this was their doing and expressed my discomfort on such a terrible comment. in the end, the manager said they were only human, whereas Alba didn't care to say she was sorry for making a mistake. All in all, their behaviour was rude and frankly I don't think they have a very hygienic service.

H C: I had regular manicure, the nail product/color was very old and in poor quality , it looked uneven with small holes on nails. It charged for 15euro, which is quite expensive in Madrid. I asked them to wipe out the colors on my nails afterwards, as it looked so bad and cheap ( I would rather loose 15 euro and not look bad on nails), and they asked me to pay 5euro more, which was ridiculous. So I just left. The place is very small with maximum three clients sitting next to each other, not good at covid time. Later on, I passed by a nice and friendly local nail place with good color selections, and spent only 5 euro (the normal manicure price is 9 euro)to apply a chic color after removing the old one on my nails. sofie grube: Super rude staff! We went there to book an appointment and they were busy, which is of course acceptable, but they barely even wanted to talk with us. We can speak and understand Spanish on a fairly good level but she spoke so fast we didn’t catch what she said at first which made her role her eyes at us when we asked her to please repeat. We both felt super uncomfortable afterwards and baffled that someone can treat a customer this way. Seems like we were judged beforehand just because we are tourists and that is very condescending in my opinion.

AS: Only gave 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Was here yesterday asking for a full acrylic set. Since I am a nailstylist in my own country, I know what is right and wrong when applying it. The girl who was helping me(alba) had probably never done this before, because wow. What a mess. The acrylic was applied dry, most of the time, or it was so wet it would run over my nail as if it was water. She placed it almost against my cuticle, which is not how it works and I bet the girl had never heard of the ‘arch’ of the nail because my nails were flat, and some of them reminded me of the ocean, you can imagine how wavy they were. I added photos but it wouldn’t surprise me if these photos are not accepted to be shown at google ;). The shape of the nails was a laugh, they were all different and a few of them were really slanted. The funniest part was that one of the nails broke off in the nail “salon” itself because of the dry applied acryllic. When I told the girl I was not happy about it (through Google Translate) I had the impression both of the workers were amused by it. They were laughing, which I find very unprofessional. The girl called her boss, and told me I had to pay €22 euros for the nails. Of course this would not happen, because it is not my fault they let amateurs work in a nail salon. After another call with her boss she told me that It was okay if I went, but that they would not remove my nails. Bet you can guess it, I went. Very, very unprofessional of a nail salon, I would not even cal it a salon, it was a joke.

Anne O.: Betty made my day by putting a lot of effort in repairing three of my nails. She did a very good job in working carefully and thoroughly though it was already late in the evening. Four stars because the place is very narrow and the air not very good, but perfect service.

Corbin Smith: I’ve gotten gel polish there twice now and each time I’m pleased with the result. There is one girl who speaks English which is really helpful. They do a good job for the cheap price you pay.

They try to trick you, when asked about a shade of blush they didn’t have they went to “look for it” and came back with a different number and tried to sneak it into the purchase. Lara Richards: Issue at the till. Big queue. Hot. All staff decided they needed to help that one person. Poor customer service experience. On other hand. I like the nail varnish and eyeshadow. Reasonably priced decent quality.

Stephanie Little: I first discovered Kiko when I came to Madrid. I loved it instantly. The quality isn't always brilliant, but it is definitely budget-friendly. You can find eyeshadow and nail varnish in every colour and they also do cool special editions. The staff is always on hand to offer you advice. Good place to buy presents!

I came to this store after it was recommended to me by one of cousins who lives in Madrid. I'm a make up junkie and they had tons of stuff on sale so I went and purchased a couple hundreds worth. The next day I brought a friend in with me to help her get some make up. I was speaking with my friend about the products I recommended which obviously were sale products (lipsticks and eye shadows) because honestly for their regular price items, MAC is best. All of sudden in the middle of my conversation, as I'm explaining the difference between the price of this and MAC to her the store manager approaches me with the nastiest attitude and asks me if I need help. I said no, thank you I'm a make up artist in Florida, I appreciate your offering but I'm just trying to help my friend. I continue my conversation with my friend about the differences of the price and make up quality and the store manager, Tania/Nadia (young blond hair russian girl) once again interjects my conversation and tells me, well maybe you should go to MAC. I could not believe that a store manager would be so rude to one, interject my personal conversation and two to advise me to go to another store after I had spent hundred of dollars at their store already. I asked them for their corporate number and the would not provide it to me. But I got the number myself from the internet and place a complaint against this employee with their corporate offices. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE… I of course went to MAC which is next door and explained to them what had happened and they were in shock and immediately came to assist me and provided my friend with samples and all !!

Sue Val: I hate leaving bad reviews .. Honestly I would give my nails itself a one star but because the owner offered to fix the problem I gave them a higher rating.... But I'm a trying to be as fair as possible with this. I started off wanting a somewhat complicated design but I felt like it would just be easier to get something simple. So I settled on just having a multicolored Spring look. It's hard to tell when acrylic is being put on how the nail is going to look... so I tried not to complain too much as the work was being done. But once the color went on I was getting kind of worried. At that point we were already 2 hours into the appointment and I was just tired. Once we got done it was closing time the owner asked me if I liked the nails. I just said they were ok because there was nothing left to do about it. She did offer to give me 5 days to fix the problem. But I'm not gonna go back because I don't have the confidence that it can get any better.🤣 ***I liked the owner and the employees seem nice but maybe the one that did my nails isnt very skilled. I didn't catch her name.

Hilal Erdem: I hate giving bad reviews but I have something to share and hope you work on this: I had an appointment for semi permanent mani and pedi. They postponed my appointment to 10 mins later which is not a problem. But then I had to wait for at least 10-15 more mins. Then the usually very simple process turned into a very chaotic situation because two ladies were jumping between three customers so every 15 mins someone else was doing my nails. It was not very relaxing at all. Also, the files and other utensils looked very out of shape and I felt very uncomfortable because it didn’t look very hygienic. I had to put my bare feet (after washing) on the floor without any slippers or anything. And after 1 hour and 45 minutes !!! later, only my pedicure was finished and I didn’t have time to get my nails done. I never had such a long pedicure in my life. Unfortunately, the result was not good. My cuticles were painted with polish and it looked bumpy and simply not good. After that much time I was expecting them to be perfect.. I gave the owner immediate feedback and she responded that this was the best she can do so that was not very helpful. After 5 days I already lost big parts of the polish… super disappointed because even my regular nail polish lasts longer than 5 days. Both if them are ver kind and sweet people, but overall i am sorry to say that this was one of my worst experiences in a nail salon.

Regarding time, we always try to serve each of our clients on time and exceptionally we can make you wait up to 15 minutes after the appointment time. On this occasion, when investigating what happened, they told me that they had time to make your hands unpainted and to apologize for the wait they only charged you for your feet since you didn't have time to have your hands painted. In addition, it should be said that hygiene and cleanliness are essential for us. That is why all the tools we use for each service are sterilized and the floor is disinfected after each service. We do not know if you have already had any previous experience with us, but we would like to explain that in the event that your service is not satisfactory, we will do everything possible to make your new experience satisfactory. Every time I was taken great care of, the people and the warm attitude give the place a special and welcoming ambience. Betty is very charming and ensures customers leave with a big smile. zoe lohoff (ZML): Very nice salon. Its small but cute, the women that did my nails was extremely nice and careful. She really tried to make the nails as natural and longlasting as possible. The whole process was very clean and I felt like I was in very good hands. The only thing I should mention is that the whole manicure took quite long, i was there for over an hour, but to me it was worth it considering the outcome. Service: Manicure

Regarding the duration of the manicure it's quite normal :) It usually takes 1h20-30 minutes for new acrylic nails' extensions and longer when the nails are bitten. Carolina: Pedicure was very well done, professional and precise. It was just too hot inside the first time but the second time it was great, air condition was on :). Juana is very good in her good, I was very happy again with my pedicure and manicure.

Emily Lautenbach: Great service and very nice pedicure, however, it’s a bit uncomfortable because you place your foot on the technician’s knee. It gave me quite the hip flexor workout.
