Chervey Fan: Loved my pedicure at Allure Nails! Mariana is very skilled and paid so much attention to my comfort and preferences. It has been so hot and dry that my feet needed a LOT of attention. I got the callus treatment that helped a lot. I’m practicing my Spanish, and definitely not a native speaker, and Mariana was very patient in her communication with me. They seem very busy, so make sure to book appointments ahead of time! I really appreciated Mariana and my experience here. If I have time, I would like to come back before I return to the US.

Nicole Doyle: This place is amazing! I had an appointment for a classic manicure and pedicure. It’s very important to me that my hands and feet are cleaned, which Arza did perfectly. I was satisfied with the nail polish choices. Both my manicure and pedicure was done in less than 2 hours. When I finished, I was so impressed that I thought I should try out how they do eyebrows. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they squeezed me in and again, she did my eyebrows perfectly!! I like my eyebrows thick so I was nervous that someone would make them really skinny but she understood to just clean them up and keep my shape. Overall, I’m very happy!

She also keeps her prices fair and offers stamp cards to get a free mani/pedi. The shop is clean & I like that I can see the team sterilizing the packs of tools as I’m having my nails done.
K. Joy Figueroa: Clearly the place of choice for us foreigners in Madrid, I’m so glad I’ve started going to Lisa’s for my manicuras permanentes. The work is always impeccable; it’s such a pleasure to have a well-done manicure that lasts (3-4 weeks!). This is now the only place I will go for manicures etc.

Barbara Kinney: Wonderful! Over the course of two visits, I had a mani, pedi, eyebrow threading, and facial. My skin is still glowing from one of the best facials I’ve ever had. My eyebrows are perfect, and as painless as possible. Everyone I had contact with was super nice, friendly, helpful, and kind. If I lived in Madrid, I would be a regular customer. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
Ashley Ford: They did a wonderful job on my nails and fit me in last minute when the service took longer than expected. My nails came out beautifully! The only downside, was it was more expensive than I’m used to paying, for similar quality, so I probably won’t go again, just for that. But they did a wonderful job and try to make sure you get what you pay for.

Response: We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience we might have caused you, yet we must remind our clients that this is an appointment based center, therefore if a client arrives half hour late there is a very high chance he will lose his spot. As you can understand we have clients that come on time and we cannot keep them waiting. This is the reason why we were unable to attend your request.

Renata: A very poorly managed and expensive center. Marta treats clients fatally, even those of us who had been going for more than 10 years. I made an appointment through the app and then called to change the schedule and confirm that I was signed up with the professionals I like - because there are always mistakes. Marta confirmed me. When I arrived at the center, punctually at the time of the appointment, I was waiting 20 minutes to be seen and I found out that they had canceled my appointment and taken other clients. The girls there completely disregarded the situation and offered me no solution. It seems to be something very common. Finally, they called the owner and I received a fatal treatment from Marta, who only made excuses and blamed me, and not offered a solution or apologized for her mistake. You see that in the responses to the reviews. It is not uncommon for many long-time customers to stop coming.

María José Bres: I do not recommend it at all, it is CARISISISISMO. In life he had paid so much. The varnishes are not of quality, they had to paint my nails 3 times because the varnish did not fit. Their prices are on the page but it still seems like an insult to me how expensive. The only good thing is the girls who serve who are very friendly.

Alice Yagolnitser: Was so happy with my express mani & pedicure. I had a very strong shellac on my hands (done in another country) and the girl did the best job trying not to use the machine to remove it but rather use an acetone and go over each nail a few times. Really nice decor and very good service. They speak English too.

Lo Ov: I don’t usually write any reviews, but for this I have to. This place is definitely over priced for regular service. I set an appointment for the Jet-lag pedicure, and half of what is in the description did not happen. The service ended 20 minutes before the promised time (1hr 15 min) shown when you book the appointment. They did not properly remove dry skin, making my feet drier. Also, for €69 I thought there will be a proper massage, but I did not receive that neither. Although they didn’t fully deliver on the service, they did a good job painting my toe nails. Iulia Radulescu: I called to make an appointment and explained everything that has to be done on my nails. The girl said ok it will take one hour to do that. I explained to her again what I wanted to do to be sure I will have the treatment I want. I arrived there and the girl that looked at my nails asked me what kind of polish I have on my hails and how she has to take it off. Then she said she cannot do what I want because she does not have enough time. They were rude and they acted like it was all my fault for this situation and they have nothing to do with it. Besides paying so much for a manicure in Madrid you are also receiving something else than what you actually want. Very disappointing

Noha El Bakkush: A little on the pricey side but with every penny! I had acrylics on and they were pretty much destroyed, Sofia basically brought them back to life...they looked shiny and pretty ❤ and customer service was perfect, highly recommend!

While we were waiting for the acetone to remove my nail polish, she was even looking at her phone. Total silence, not even a bit of music. Later I found out that she was one of the co-owners. Ího Fenix: The regular experience. I got a simple permanent manicure. In principle good, a good treatment and they seem very professional, but when I took off my cuticles they made me a wound and everything itched to me. At the end of the manicure I filed my nails again, so now you can see the white edge of the nail. The rest is fine, but those two bugs should correct them.

Elīna Dūče: Update: Shortly after my first review I have received the message from salon apologizing and offering to provide another complementary pedicure free of charge. I used the opportunity and now after a week being passed all is great - polish keeping great and I am super happy with the outcome. Thank you for taking care of your clients and being attentive to customer’s experience! I recently did my pedicure there and in a week the nail polish started to peal from the top of both thumb nails. Was very disappointed as I have paid 65€ for this. Maybe just a coincidence however I haven’t experienced this for years so assume either the nail polish was bad quality, the base or the lamp. The attitude and service though was good yet that is not enough for me to return.

Rousse Gomez: This is, without a doubt, the best nail salon in Madrid. The people working there are incredibly polite. The girls who did my manicure and pedicure were gentle and very sweet. The place is beautiful and super clean. They have a huge range of nail polish colors for you to choose. They offer you a magnificent service. The price is high but definitely worth it.

Ruth Kingsbury: Very friendly place that does great work, and they happened to have an opening when I arrived although they got very busy later in the day. While I was there they helped a loyal customer for free! Also spoke enough English to communicate with international customers (although I conversed in Spanish). They care a lot about the quality of their work and the price is reasonable for the amount of time and care they spend.

Barbara Nieves: Very rude staff. I was in Madrid on vacation and needed my nails done. I walked in and the lady had such a nasty look on her face like I had done something to her. The door doesn’t even open all the way, you have to walk in sideways. The place is the size of a closet. I asked if I could get my nails done and He said they were all booked but the place was empt. Definitely avoid that place!!

Christina Mirnaya: The worst experience in my life for a lot of money! My appointment was with Isabella on Saturday and it was supposed to be pedicure and manicure. To begin with I am sure that her name was not on a list of people I’ve chosen while booking my visit. She made me cuts till the blood was dripping from almost every toe. All the time I had to stop the manicurist, cos she was grabbing the skin so hard, pulling it with power and making me pain even though I told her a couple of times her actions made me uncomfortable. Either NailCorner doesn’t supply workers with sharp instruments or they are just super unprofessional who need to have more classes. The pedicure was so bad that I just asked not to cut the cuticles on my hands and just covered it with color. I wouldn’t complain that much if it was one accidental cut, but next day all the skin around my nails was itchy and I’ve noticed wounds. I have pain till now. My great recommendation is when by accident a manicurist cuts a client not for them to clean the blood with a metal instrument like Isabella did, but with cotton and something to stop the blood. Also I know when the manicurist just covers the nail with a gel it’s not the same as cutting the cuticle, but the gloves still must be present on the manicurist hands! The manicurist shouldn’t clean the nail polish on a client’s hand with a bare nail not covered in glove. It’s absolutely unprofessional. I do suggest NailCorner check its workers, otherwise they will be losing money and their place will be associated with min a butchery and max a nightmare.
