Alana Talbot: Love Deborah, she is the best. Great colour and cut and is always so friendly.
Sophia: It is quite an experience. You are going to get a haircut and they receive you with a head massage, to do the washing you go to a room with very dim lighting, quiet music and massage chairs. Apart from all that they have very good prices, the girls are super nice and attentive, the service is very good and the hair looks great! The atmosphere is very nice and calm, with music at a pleasant volume and at the ideal temperature. Begoña has listened to me and left me very happy with the result!
Daniela Čapková: I wanted to wave my straight hair. Result - worse than if I did it alone at home, they have offered me a hydration product, I agreed, but I think they should report its price at 18 euros. Result: 40 euros spent and pissed off for the rest of the day. Of course, they have caught me without an appointment.

Yo Mar: It is the first time that I go to this salon and in general to one of the mint chain. I practically went with a blonde chicken and some black roots, they advised me on several things and took the reins with what I asked of them. They clearly notify you before starting if what you are looking for is possible or not, at no time do they force you to accept and they tell you the prices to know if you are satisfied. In my case, Ana attended me, her treatment was exquisite and her pulse too. 4 hours later I had what I was looking for, highlights of three colors, a tremendously natural tone and a hairdresser that I will return to more often. The girl from Almería was also charming. I show my transformation. Thank you Ana!!

Marien Martínez: As of today, Saturday, December 10, at around 11:30 a.m., I have received disastrous attention from the lady in charge of the establishment. I have not been able to make the purchase because it lacked changes and of course I had no intention of solving it, since according to what I said, it did not depend on it. When requesting the claim form, the lady in question lacked a pen and in her opinion she was disrespectful. Conclusion an establishment in which they mistreat you and to which you will have to stop going if this lady is there.

Bri Ang: The shop is amazing. So many choices and the prices are great, however, the staff is not very kind and helpful. I have gone a few times there searching for something specific and all of the times they could not help me very much and did not know when exactly the products were located so I had to spent more time searching for it.
RANRAN GUAN: There is a woman who works by the stairs at the end of the shop next to the YSL brand area. I have never encountered such a rude, unprofessional, ill mannered individual in this sector of service. They way she speaks to customer is totally unacceptable. I can see similar reviews from other customers who have had similar experiences in this same store. I can not believe a shop such as Primor would employ a person with this attitude and absolute lack of customer service, which in turn is tarnishing the reputation of the brand. I hope all employees can treat customers with respect!!

Having said that, they stock a lot of brands (Milani, Catrice, Wet n Wild etc.) and everything is pretty inexpensive. I visited a couple of times and ended up buying a ton of things!
