Patricia López: I write the review not because of the store itself, but with the Kielhs online service in general, and because I have always gone to this store to buy products. I bought a product on the Kielhs page. I used this product several years ago and bought it to use again. I had been given samples of this same product (Midnight Recovery Concentrate) in previous purchases and I started testing them a few days before starting my new bottle. My surprise was that I started to get pimples (I only introduced this product into my routine) so I didn't want to continue using the samples. I decided to return the oil since I had not even opened it. My first surprise was that I went to the Kielhs store to return it (it doesn't catch me very close, but hey, taking advantage of a walk), and I was stunned to hear that since I had bought it online, that I had to return it online too, which was different stores. So I don't understand the concept of recycling very well (as I told the girl who helped me) if as a customer instead of using a courier service again I physically approach the store. And they don't accept my package. Recycling products is fine as marketing, but accepting the products you have bought online as a physical return is also a great gesture to help the planet. The case that after calling the Customer Service and Returns telephone numbers several times, I get the label to return the product. I send it on October 20, and my surprise is that as of November 22 I still do not have the refund in my account. When contacting them, they still ask me for proof of shipping and the product that I returned, since I ordered another one. And it looks like none of the 3 conversations I had by phone explaining my case has been useless, because they don't have the information or the product I returned. It is the first time that this has happened to me with Kielhs (and also the first time in more than 12 years using the brand to return a product), but I am very negatively surprised with the bad process that you have for returns. Not to mention the disappointment with the recycling issue and making me return the products online instead of accepting them in person when I take them to the store. Of course, I have learned a lot from this case, and that is why I wanted to share it.

Viviana San Miguel: The truth is that at first this hairdresser gave me a lot of confidence, I feel a certain resentment at being ripped off and well, I came out with that feeling. Why? Now I tell you: I was encouraged to do balayage for €100, I have very black hair and the hairdresser told me that I could lighten a maximum of 6 tones without damaging my hair. I agreed. He did the test with the oxidizer and when he saw that I reacted very quickly after 6 minutes, he told me that he advised against it and that if he wanted to see me change why not try a contouring. He told me the price, more or less €50, since I don't know about that and I trusted him I didn't ask him more and I thought that there would be many processes or that they would be very necessary. What is contouring? He literally did 6 highlights around my face, gave me a tint and then an Olaplex treatment. In total €58 attached the photo ticket. My surprise when I got home is that I began to investigate and in my case the shading would not have been necessary since I saw the color that remained and the dye (copper tones) could have been applied directly and he charged me as if it were for the WHOLE HEAD!!! Regarding Olaplex, say that it is normally used for bleached hair and my hair was virgin and it was not so damaged except at the ends, I did not notice more shine. In summary, the hairdressers are very nice, the site is very cool but I feel cheated because nothing is noticeable on top of that, I attached a photo with direct light because otherwise you don't see anything !! My advice: find out in advance if it charges you the same, for example, the 6-wick toning that all the hair

Gladys Fernandez Rey: Yesterday, September 26, a friend and I had booked a Tarte masterclass at 6:00 p.m. When we arrived, we told the tall, blond clerk about it and, putting on a surprised face, he told us that he had no idea there was a masterclass. He goes to whisper with his classmates and comes back telling us that the product from the masterclass is out of stock that we should look for the store we want and he teaches us how to apply it. Really? After having gone there, do you expect me to look for a product? We are sure that the masterclass did not consist of that and we doubt that what he told us is true since when he told us that his classmates whispered again and looked at each other knowingly... Unfortunate treatment (in case there were any doubts)

sunset: Bad experience I go in, I ask a lady if she can help me, please, she tells me “just a second”, I thank her. After a few minutes I say "oops, where is it?" And I see her doing makeup on a lady…OK. I ask another lady and she tells me: I leave something in the box and I come, after 15 minutes it doesn't appear, well nothing, I'm gone. Bad customer service. I don't come back.

German Miranda Garrido: A disaster of experience at Flap. A few years ago the experience I had was quite regular due to lack of interest in the service, but yesterday I decided to go again and give it another chance since they have a lot of products. I bought a fantasy dye from the Crazy color brand, VIOLETTE, so we can understand that the tone is violet-purple, or at least that's what its name and sample letter say, just like on the internet. Unfortunately, my hair after dyeing it was electric blue and in some areas greenish blue, a real disaster since my last idea was to have that color on my head. I went to the store to see what solution could exist, since of course it was not my fault that they sold me a shade that did not match the result I asked for or the product description. To my surprise, they gave me absolutely no solution, that is, it was my fault for having chosen a tone that they sell as purple and that really isn't. The girl who was in the store tried to talk to her manager and the response was a total lack of interest in the customer and the error that belongs to her product. On top of that, they talked to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about, as if I hadn't been dyeing my hair all my life and making changes to my hair. I will never set foot in this store again or recommend anyone to set foot in it. You sell products with too much margin of error to show such disinterest :/

Marien Martínez: As of today, Saturday, December 10, at around 11:30 a.m., I have received disastrous attention from the lady in charge of the establishment. I have not been able to make the purchase because it lacked changes and of course I had no intention of solving it, since according to what I said, it did not depend on it. Zky Explorer: one of my Favorite shops in Spain... lots of choices and the price is good... 💙💜🌟

Roderick Terwal: Nothing wrong with Primor itself. It has a huge range of items, amazing priced and good quality. Affer visiting different Primors, it shows that this is the worst one. The staff is very cocky, they don't seem to be happy to work here, and they are almost annoyed when you ask something. At returning an item, the woman behind the till even did a big sigh at us, because she didn't fancy to do the whole process. How welcome can you make your customer feel?

RANRAN GUAN: There is a woman who works by the stairs at the end of the shop next to the YSL brand area. I have never encountered such a rude, unprofessional, ill mannered individual in this sector of service. They way she speaks to customer is totally unacceptable. I can see similar reviews from other customers who have had similar experiences in this same store. I can not believe a shop such as Primor would employ a person with this attitude and absolute lack of customer service, which in turn is tarnishing the reputation of the brand. I hope all employees can treat customers with respect!!

Anastasia K: Very poor service. There's little space already as it is, and the shop assistants just uselessly stand there in the middle without letting you come through. The only good thing is that their choice of brands is pretty vast and prices are good, but I'd rather pay more than endure this bs again, so I definitely won't be returning.

Qurratulain: Great products but small space. It can be a bit of a struggle to see and find things without bumping into people. Having said that, they stock a lot of brands (Milani, Catrice, Wet n Wild etc.) and everything is pretty inexpensive. I visited a couple of times and ended up buying a ton of things!

Azhar Arshad: It's very nice stroe to buy things which are normally cheaper then any other market in Spain. Staff is also very good and helping. I love Massimo Dutti deodorant, unfortunately which is not available at many place. Normally I use to buy from them. They don't keep much of them in stocks and mostly they are run out of that, instead kept the shelves filled with other commercial brands, some times I have to visit different stores of them in Madrid to find.
