c c: I had a very positive experience with laser hair (beard) removal on my face! The staff is friendly and professional and the prices are very reasonable. First I came in for a free consultation with Irene, during which a small test treatment was performed. I returned some days later for the actual treatment, this time performed by Patricia. Both employees seemed courteous and knowledgeable and the treatment was performed in a professional manner. I felt hardly any pain and afterwards the treated area was cooled down with ice and then some lotion was applied. It has been two weeks now and I haven't noticed any side effects. I needed to reschedule several times due to my tight schedule but none of the staff gave me any grief about it. We were able to communicate sufficiently well with my basic Spanish skills and a translator app. That said, I think Laser Natura could do better to accommodate English-speaking customers, as the documentation (instructions and privacy statement) were only available in Spanish. Elena González Rodrigo: I underwent a facial laser hair removal treatment and during it I was burned 2 times. The first time, based on ointments, the stain was removed. The second time, they gave me a series of wounds and scars that have not disappeared. After much discussion with them, they determined that my visible lip stains were not significant and that they had provided all possible solutions. In conclusion, I paid for the treatment, my hair has not disappeared and I have had a stain on my lip for life.

We are sorry but we cannot do much more when you already have your own diagnosis and you have not wanted to understand at any time that in no case did you have a burn but rather a folliculitis in an area of about 2 cm2 on the upper lip that occurs whenever the treatment develops successfully. Laser hair removal is based on selective photothermolysis, that is, the follicle is destroyed by the heat produced by light energy and this manifests itself with "red or brown dots" resulting from the burning of the keratin of the internal hair shaft. A laser burn would need to be 18mm in size and circular. That folliculitis that is eliminated in hours, as you could read in the informed consents, can sometimes cause post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which is what you have. As HPI has his treatment and no stain remains for life and we gave him a free master formula for his treatment which is not our responsibility as it is an adverse effect that can occur due to many factors unrelated to the hair removal process that was carried out in a successful. The last time that hpi was almost completely eliminated and we wouldn't have minded following it up, but we understand that months later we continue to insist that we have burned it or carried out malpractice, threatening from the first day with complaint forms or putting 2 of them in rush hour without appointment for it for 90 minutes and without being able to attend clients is not the best way. If you really need advice or treatment, we are at your disposal like any client, as long as it is constructive and empathic with our team of professionals.

aleebyme: The treatments that I have tried in this center I have to say that they have done very well and I have been happy with the results, however I have to point out that they are extremely heavy with selling you other treatments as soon as you step foot in the premises. I understand that it's part of their job, but it's extremely annoying and awkward that they try to sneak in other treatments every time I go. For this reason I'm not going back anymore and it's a shame, my advice is to lower the intensity a bit with that, which makes the experience very unpleasant.

Marta Gal: I had a Wonderbox box and I decided to exchange it here with a beauty treatment of which I am very satisfied because Lucia, the professional who attended me, did it phenomenally, she knows how to treat what she is working on very well, not as much as the one in charge of taking the appointments, already that it is very difficult to contact and make an appointment, especially if you say that you have a Wonderbox. The center is in the Chamberi neighborhood near the Quevedo or Iglesia metro, it is not very big but it is very well decorated and cozy. Improve the management of appointments, thanks
Elena Carmen Horno García: They gave us a gift voucher from Wonderbox for "experience for two" but when we wanted to make a reservation at Integral Aesthetic they asked us for an extra price (€40 in total, €20 per person) to be able to do it at the same time. So we asked that at least the two massages could be done by the same person, on different days, and they didn't let us. It seemed to me that their "experience for two" is false advertising. I asked them to discuss it with the person in charge to find a solution, but they did not contact me, they told me that they had no problem publishing what happened, so I hope it serves as a warning if someone wants to give a gift voucher from this company.
Response: We appreciate your point of view. You have a coupon 2pers 45 '/pers which informs you that it can be spent by the same person 90 'or two but consecutive. The extension is for 15 more minutes of treatment and the possibility of doing the treatment at the same time. (Since as a business we have to optimally organize time). The conversation was directly with the director of the center and they were already informed that these were the conditions, if they were not interested they have a book with a multitude of centers where they can request the desired treatment, always complying with the regulations of each center. Irene González: Company little committed to new customers. I have tried on several occasions to contract the services and they do not want to provide me with availability - requesting it more than 2 weeks in advance. I hope they treat the current client portfolio better. I have read comments referring to similar experiences and I fully agree. They are very unprofessional and show a lot of lack of interest. In my case, I don't know if it's because they don't want to do the experience through Wonderbox, in which case I don't understand why they make the agreement.

Charo Saez: I went yesterday to have a treatment and the machine broke down and it was not possible to do it, but the super friendly girls gave me a cleaning for the disorder and today I came back for cleaning and what a surprise!!! Iris Ateca: They only serve you well the day they are going to sell you the voucher. Then when you call to make an appointment it is impossible. On Friday I had an appointment for three months, I was standing waiting for 30 minutes and I left, no one comes to tell you if there is a delay for something. Jeanne: The owner of Clinic Model Esbeltic Dr. Marcos Delgado Mora performed a blepharoplasty on my eyelids on August 31, 2018. He insisted that I pay in advance. I trusted him, so I followed his instructions. I was hoping that everything would go smoothly since it was a fairly simple upper eyelid blepharoplasty. On the day of the operation, Dr. Marcos Delgado Mora behaved in a way: „Let’s get this over with” and I felt very uncomfortable. After the operation, I noticed immediately that something was wrong: There was a lot of pain as well as a big, black, hematoma around my right eye. To make a long story short, I ended up with two asymmetric eyes. Even worse, I can’t close my right eye completely, and I will probably need another surgical correction. After reviewing the hospital documents, I was shocked to see that he took only 23 minutes to perform the operation on my eyes. When I confronted him about this, his only response was that I should be patient. Meanwhile, over a month has passed, and my ophthalmologist has confirmed that the health of my eye is in danger due to Dr. Mora’s badly done blepharoplasty. I probably don't need to mention that I won't be getting my money back, but this is my least concern right now. I can earn money again, but I can’t restore my health. The last week, I was at his office again to ask what could be done about my right eye and the fact that he cut off too much skin, and he said literally: “Qué coño. Son solo dos milimetros.” At that moment, I saw what kind of an unprofessional, unethical and incompetent doctor I was dealing with; I realized that I should be happy for being able to see at all after this botched operation. What a sad and horrific experience. I'm writing this to warn other people because I wish that someone had warned me. I have decided to contact the “Asociación el Defensor del Paciente por Negligencia Médica” to evaluate this case.
