Gonzalo Raddatz: Coinciding with the accuracy of several negative comments towards one of the store clerks, I share the following experience. 3 days ago I went in to try on a garment that I really liked, but that I did not buy due to the indifferent treatment I received from the salesperson. 2 days ago, when I saw that there was another shop assistant, I took advantage of trying and, in turn, buying the garment that was my favorite at that time. Today, to my misfortune, when trying to change the purchased garment (size), I was attended by the same first salesperson, who made me feel like a third-class customer, since I did not have the label hanging from the jacket. The response of another (male) employee to this consumer was that the jacket was also very nice. Thank you, I am going to contact the workshop to fix it (at my request), but I will not return to any of these stores (company) again, despite the fact that I was a customer of theirs 6 years ago with my family. Beware of presumed bad faith to the consumer and bad treatment.

I’ve been a fan of the brand for quite some time now but living in a small town in the states I haven’t had the chance to visit a store.The quality is top notch and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Chestnut K: The store doesn’t have many color choices of their bags. Perhaps they do have more colors than what they display, but no one approached me or assisted me during my 20 mins visit at the store - they had approximately about 5-8 customers. I wanted to get a Spanish souvenir during my Spain trip. Perhaps the staff didn’t think I need another one because I was wearing a Loewe bag already. At the minimum I got help when I entered and exited the store.

shahnaz hussain: Nothing too grand or particularly unique about this Loewe store… expected more. Additionally it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant shopping experience having someone follow you everywhere to every corner or the store. This was quite unnecessary and did not provide the customer an opportunity to browse leisurely.

And you can clearly tell they have a great relationship with the customers.
