NAARIN HIRUNBOONYASETH: SA here is super nice compare to poland (I live there and usually purchase from them but the SA there not even create customer profile for me) I came here today just to shop some beauty line but the SA is really friendly and helpful. DS YC: The staff judge you based on what you wear walking in. They stand at the entrance and ignore people who wear plain tshirts but immediately attend to people who are dressed well. I’m an introvert anyways so it’s fine but I had to personally track down a staff member to get me the items in the color I wanted. Was able to buy what I wanted without having to wait that long so was a decent experience.
A Jarzabek: Visited this boutique with my friend while on vacation for some retail therapy :) The entire team there was very pleasant and professional. Victor helped us and he was so attentive. I purchased a couple of items. The bum bag my friend wanted wasn’t available, but because of Victor’s great customer service, we came back the following day anyway and my friend purchased a different item. Very happy/friendly atmosphere at this boutique which I loved!

Oliver Smith: Didn’t go inside the mall as my visit was more for the Christmas market outside That being said personally I like this market more than Plaza Mayor if you’re in search of food. There were several food trucks all around the market so you can grab a bite to eat, a hot beverage and some dessert to fill yourself up. There was a very elaborate nativity scene made of small figurines that you can enjoy. A lot of Christmas music as well as a mandatory Christmas tree and a huge light display on the wall of the mall overlooking the market. You can walk here if you’re wanting to stretch your legs out and if not the Nuevos Ministerios train station is literally a few steps away. My favorite Christmas market in Madrid so far. I only wish it was a bit bigger
Louis Desmet: Beautiful building with amazing interior and easy acces from the metro to the building, the staff is very professional and well trained. This Corte Inglés has lots of luxurious brands. Each floor has something to offer (woman clothes, mens clothes, children toys and clothes, sport clothes and a technology floor).
David Lazar: I love this location of El Corte Inglés. It is much nicer than the more touristy locations in the Madrid Centro. The best thing about this one is the upscale cafe that is found on the ground floor. You can spend a very nice afternoon shopping and eating here. The Nuevos Ministertios Area is a little nicer in general and walking around this area is good for some top notch window shopping!

Yohan Vincento: This is maybe the largest corte inglés in Madrid. For sure the most luxurious. With brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci and many more luxury brands.
Mark Opitz: Large shopping centre that can be a 1 stop shop to get almost anything. From clothing/apparel, sporting goods, homewares, toys, etc. The centre is very contemporary and caters for all major brands as well as generic grands. There are also many options to get a meal and also a very boutique style food court with cafes and nice amazing stores to get some special treats.
Raymond Henry Clynick: El Corte Inglés are wonderful stores, this store really had a fantastic Gourmet food and drink area. We had some fantastic browsing and then a glass of wine. Impressive wine and spirits on sale

Natalia Estrada: My mother bought a bag of cloth and time later when she was brand new she had a broken one. The only drawback is that they do not return the money, but make changes and if you buy something to give as a gift and the person you give it to, does not like anything about the store, they have to put up with it. I looked at one of your bags and as I was opening it one of your sales people ran over screaming: “careful it’s expensive”. Well, yeah… I know it’s expensive but he was screaming in such a condescending tone. He could have been more helpful and asked I.e: “may i help you?” You certainly lost a sale that day due to poor service

Gilles Chapellon: This place looks beautiful, posh. A bit smaller than Paris outlet but much nicer. Great service as well with lot of people to help. Main issue is that supply is limited and they have only 1 or 2 sizes in the shoes we had interest in.
