Jose Antonio Nuñez Pascual: Located in a very nice old building, and attached to the National Geographic Institute, the Map House is a paradise for those of us who like maps. All the national cartography, in addition to a complete library, make this store an ideal place to find maps, if you add to this a very pleasant and efficient treatment, then, what else can you ask for? I recommend visiting it.
Elena Alcalde Rueda: I was alone in the store, haha, but I will see the expos again! I take great maps.
Lorenzo Martín: singular place. Center dependent on the Ministry of Public Works. We went to buy a calendar and they attended us on the spot and very kindly. In addition, you can find numerous maps from different times and places at a good price.
Marcos Miguélez Cabezas: Museum and map store of the IGN (National Geographic Institute) interesting and very educational exhibitions.
Tenerias Alameda: If you are going to go out to the field anywhere in the country, stop by here. For €4 you will have a map of the area.

Sander Domaszewicz: Tried so hard to visit this store over the two weeks (during different months) in Madrid. Every time I came during “open” hours, the door was locked/barred with a sign saying “we are closed” giving some days they would not be there…. Very frustrating!
Gabe Schiffer: Incredibly nice owner, speaks fluent English and is very happy to speak about his maps. His knowledge is very expansive and his store is worth going to if you are in Madrid, even if you aren’t interested in maps!

Julio Galindo: Good quality t-shirts with super original messages. The collection of sports myths is spectacular. Karla Luebbert: OMG! I didn’t know what to expect. All of my friends are always talking about this store , but I never really payed attention until I saw it with my own eyes. This store has like 5 floors where you can find everything from makeup, shoes, underwear, accessories, etc. And don’t get me started on the prices, they’re totally fair and if you’re lucky enough to find a good discount you would bring home a trendy garment for less than 5 euros. My advice is go with a lot of time, at least 3 hours to see and try everything. There’s a lot of people, so the lines at the dressing rooms are very long. The staff is nice, polite and quick. If you see something you love and you’re not so sure about taking it home, TAKE IT! Or you’ll regret later. Enjoy this beautiful, trendy, and cheap clothing paradise 💕
Bethany Nauert Mendez: This five floor department store is so packed it’s almost overwhelming. I thought there was so much i didn’t know where to start. I did find cute pajamas and a dress. But by the time you go try stuff on it’s almost exhausting bc there’s so much to look at. Customer service was great, everything is was well stocked and the lines moved fast. Even for a weekend it was quite efficient in there.

I love this place, but the other branches around Europe were more helpful. (Like Germany & France & UK branches.) unfortunately, here most of the employees (laborers) doesn’t speak or understand English, which was really annoying. I’ve noticed that the prices here are higher than the other countries but I’m not sure is it because it’s a high season or the prices has already increased in all Europe?. escalators are in one place which makes me very tired. This branch is full & very crowded 24/7. There are dressing rooms but I haven’t been able to try them out. The store sells most Disney characters stuff! Also harry potter! And all the accessories like stationery, food (sweets). Best thing in primark is the Pajamas! Don’t miss them!!! Prices are still considered good compared to the quality. EVERYTHING IN ONE STORE. MEN, LADIES, TEENS, KIDS, BABIES, FOOD, STATIONERY. You must visit.

Jun Deng: It is the first Japanese grocery store that I rarely see in Madrid. Although there are not many snacks, I like it very much. It has stationery that I have used since I was a child to graduate from university, and I am very happy to be able to continue buying it in Madrid.

Y T: A very small 2-storied store, but well stocked. Some undergarments didn’t have any size information except as S, M, and L, so we asked the employee, but she didn’t know cm or inches and couldn’t or wouldn’t help us. Not sure how other people manage to buy them short of trying them on. Checking out took forever. Only one person in front of me, but I stood there for what seemed like 10 mins to buy 3 travel-size tubes. There were other employees there who probably could have opened the other register, but no. I love Muji, but customer service at this store is far behind the US and Japan stores. Seems like many brand-named stores in that area have poor customer service, even when you try to communicate in Spanish.

John Goldring: Seems expensive for what you get. Has some nice aromatherapy oils but again, they are got good value. On the positive, has some interesting things in too.
James Warner: Great muji products, just not much variety and it seems Muji are slowly changing stock to have more mass market appeal. Please go back to having Japanese inspired clothes.

Jose luis martinez: The worst service in all the Louis Vuitton first you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to get any service then when you want to buy an item they tell you it is only for display and won’t sell it, save the time and aggravation and go to another Louis Vuitton in another country because in Spain they just don’t care. Harjot Grewal: Felt discrimination while shopping there. The employee helping us felt frustrated when we asked him for help. I asked if one of the display bags was available in a different color and he felt like it was hardest thing he had to do all day..... While we were paying for our items I asked if I could see a certain wallet after we were done paying. The employee right after making our purchases walked our bags to the front door and said have a good day. He clearly wanted us out of the store ASAP. Other luxury stores in the area had way better treatment than what I experienced here

Was able to reserve them by paying for them and then picked them up on our appointment day. Like other LV stores, stock is limited so know what you want and discuss with your client advisor. Teddy was good with communication.

Dima El: Experience in this store is one of the most awful experiences I had in my life. First, cheap imitation of popular brands, awful manager who don’t even know how to work his own job and third awful communication with customers. I buy Nike shoes in this store and after just one day when I try I return it because it was almost impossible walk in them, to that state that one shoe was bigger than other one ! Of course they didn’t wanna return the money (cheap excuses!), second manager, if we can even can call that person manager because I never seen most uneducated, ignorant and lazy Menager in my life, didn’t even consider to try to find solution for customer’s problem, just tell “sorry no return of money no replace”. Awful experience! My suggestion to everyone, if you wanna positive expert and quality go to Nike, Adidas, Foot Locker or similar high quality stores, ignore this all the way !

Pato: Good store in Malasaña for sportswear, and above all with a great variety of sneakers (of all brands) and caps. There is a small space for women, but mainly the clothes are for men. They sell Moon Boots Snow Boots and Blundeston Australian Wonder Country Boots, which are hard to find. But only for men, although if you are a woman and wear a large size, the small ones for men may be worth it.

Jim Skau: Outstanding service, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I had my knife in 48 hours. Absolutely recommendable shop for national and international clients. I have been looking for a quality Japanese cooking knife on the Internet for weeks and found the online vendors extremely difficult to trust. Many sell Chinese poor quality copies that has nothing to do with proper aogami steel. Importing directly from Japan is a headache and the shipping prices are extortionate. Simon and sons has been a revelation. They are the rare and real deal when it comes to a traditional expert high end shop. I found them very reasonable priced for high quality knifes (and they have a lot of them!) Really Good advise and service, no pushy sales spin, just professionalism

Aminda Warburton: I walked by this store and was smitten with the beautiful tools, knives, cutlery and kitchen gadgets. I marked it on the map so I could be sure to come back and buy a very special aceitera (olive oil pourer). One night when I had the opportunity, I came back (walked over 1.5 km) to purchase one. When I arrived with my friends (we are American), the shop keeper treated us terribly. There is a velvet rope to get back to the aceiteras. The employee asked someone (a Spaniard) if he wanted to pass through and he declined. I told him I would like to and he refused (our whole exchange was in Spanish). He said "you are not clients here". This store discriminates. Do not give them your money.

Sabino Diaz: The mall is okaish, the retails options are limited, mainly mid to low end. Good core is ok, mainly fast food and cheap options. The type of visitors vary from families to teenagers groups. My recommendation is the cinema and bowling ( both are great options)

Nurece Gunes: Nice shopping center, very luminous, you can find any shop you need… There is Primark also . Parking is very large. Very close to the city, easy to reach.

Hector Zelaya: We made the trip from Gran Via to Plenilunio. After several stations and a 15 min walk, we arrived. It was worth the trip! Plenilunio is beautiful, trendy, and well kept. We had a great time with my wife and kids. You’ll find multiple food options on the 3rd floor and stores, including Primark, Zara, and others. You’ll enjoy it!

Yassir Khairi: One of the best malls in Madrid. Variety of products at reasonable prices. There is a place for your children to play as well. Food lovers, go ahead to the third floor and enjoy different flavours from all around the world. Coffea is great here too!
