Natashia S.: After looking at Estefania's whole instagram page, I really liked the previous work she had done for people and trusted her expertise to even out my very sparse and uneven brows. I was nervous when I went that my eyebrows would be thicker or darker than I'm used to, but Estefania and her staff comforted me by answering all the questions I had regarding design, colouring, and healing. Everyone is extremely friendly. It's a bit difficult to judge the design when you have all the black guide lines on your face, but I chose to trust the process and in the end I really enjoy the shape and evenness of my brows! I knew that the colour is much darker when you first get the treatment as opposed to after a week of healing and colour settling, but it was extra helpful to hear from the assistant that her eyebrows initially were much darker than mine when she had hers done and then be able to see the colour they settled as. I'm very much looking forward to seeing the fully healed results, even now I can tell they will look great. P.S. Everyone had told me microblading was painful, but Estefania put a numbing cream on my eyebrows and I felt no pain at all! Only felt as if someone was brushing my eyebrows with a spoolie. I love them- however they are getting paler by the day so make sure if you like a bold brow they don’t do you too light! ❤️ The only reason I would knock off a star is because some of the staff are extremely condescending. Patricia GONZALEZ-ARROYO: The lady who designs the eyebrows is excellent and professional. However, the lady in the reception is not profesional at all. She was actually rude considering how much you are paying for any treatment. They also have a beautiful office but the lady who welcomes you doesn’t even offer you water or a coffee (they have a nespresso machine for clients). For the above reasons, first impressions count a lot and is what gave me the “bad feeling” about the place. At the end, I didn’t go for the final treatment because their pdq (cc machine) didn’t work 100% or that was their excuse as reading all the reviews everyone had pay in cash..... a bit strange right? I’m glad I didn’t go for the treatment.

I will tell you about our experience and I assure you that it has not been satisfactory at all, I am not going to go into other treatments, and if there are people who have been wonderful, I advise you before doing the MICROBLADING that you read the negative reviews because it can happen to you perfectly , my partner has left 500 euros when they promised him a result that is very, very, very different, not to say ridiculous, from what they have left him, it is no longer just that he has depigmented, it is because the hair-to-hair design shines through their absence, now they will tell me that their details are not in our database and blah blah blah, of course they are not because I didn't do it myself, but come on, I'll tell you that my partner did it to him, that he you have left a blur of eyebrows as if it were a pencil erased stain and I refer to the attached photo. And worst of all, they don't even give him half a solution, that is, he has a completely faded and depigmented shadow on both eyebrows, which you will tell me now how to remove that, he will have to pay for a laser treatment for sure. I wish I never really went.
Nadia Fernández Barros: Very good treatment. Good professionals. The design is great. In my case, I value it with three stars, because, in the retouching, I exceeded the fifth week. When I did the touch-up, I only needed three counted strokes on each eyebrow and they still charged me €50. It seems expensive to me after the price that I have already paid initially.

Gemma Garrido Ruiz: I have had the micropigmentation of the eye line done in this establishment and I do NOT recommend it at all. After having spent €400 on it, the result has been NULL. Supposedly two sessions are enough... And then it lasts for years!! I had to endure 3 sessions. And I say endure because it was a VERY painful experience. The anesthetic cream they use had little effect on me. From the pain, my eye would not stop shaking and crying. And even though he tried to put up with it... That was inhumane! Meanwhile, Ángela told me that you couldn't work with water... that the color didn't stick... and that there was no way. Session after session. As if I wanted my eye to be crying!! Perhaps this has not happened to all of them, but it is an experience that I would NEVER repeat. At least in this clinic.. Especially when after the economic and physical effort, after a few months, the line practically DISAPPEARS completely and it is as if you had not done ANYTHING. Saying DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. Money thrown away and the face of teasing. The photos they show you are a hoax. It is from the work just done after each session, when the pigment is fresh and no time has passed. And if you tell them that it has not worked for you, they do not offer you ANY guarantee. That the fixation of the pigment cannot be foreseen. Than other color maintenance session. What maintenance? IF THERE IS NO COLOR!! It is as if you are going to get a tattoo, endure the pain, spend €400 and after 3 months there is no longer a tattoo!
